ဆာလံ 62
1 ၁ ငါ့ကိုဘုရားသခင်ကယ်တင်ရန်ငါသည် စိတ်ရှည်စွာ စောင့်မျှော်လျက်နေပါ၏။ ငါသည်ကိုယ်တော်ကိုသာလျှင်မှီခိုပါ၏။
Unto the end, for Idithun, a psalm of David. Shall not my soul be subject to God? for from him is my salvation.
2 ၂ ကိုယ်တော်သာလျှင်ငါ၏ခိုလှုံရာကျောက်တောင်၊ ငါ့ကိုကယ်တင်သောအရှင်ဖြစ်တော်မူပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါ၏ရဲတိုက်သဖွယ်ဖြစ်တော် မူ၏။ ငါသည်အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှအရေးရှုံးနိမ့် ရလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
For he is my God and my saviour: he is my protector, I shall be moved no more.
3 ၃ သင်တို့အပေါင်းသည်ယိမ်းယိုင်လျက်ရှိသော နံရံနှင့် ပြိုကျပျက်စီးလျက်ရှိသောခြံဝင်းကဲ့သို့ အင်အားမရှိသည့်လူတစ်ယောက်အား အဘယ်မျှ ကြာအောင်တိုက်ခိုက်ကြပါမည်နည်း။
How long do you rush in upon a man? you all kill, as if you were thrusting down a leaning wall, and a tottering fence.
4 ၄ သင်တို့သည်သူ့အားဂုဏ်မြင့်ရာမှဆွဲချရန် ကိုသာ ကြံစည်ကြ၏။ သင်တို့သည်လိမ်လည်ပြောဆိုရန်နှစ်သက် ကြ၏။ သူ့အားနှုတ်ဖြင့်ကောင်းချီးပေးလျက်၊ စိတ်ထဲတွင်မူကားကျိန်ဆဲကြ၏။
But they have thought to cast away my price; I ran in thirst: they blessed with their mouth, but cursed with their heart.
But be thou, O my soul, subject to God: for from him is my patience.
6 ၆ ကိုယ်တော်သာလျှင်ငါ၏ခိုလှုံရာကျောက် တောင်၊ ငါ့ကိုကယ်တင်သောအရှင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါ၏ရဲတိုက်သဖွယ်ဖြစ်တော် မူ၏။ ငါသည်အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှအရေးရှုံးနိမ့် ရလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
For he is my God and my saviour: he is my helper, I shall not be moved.
7 ၇ ငါ၏ကယ်တင်ခြင်းနှင့်ဂုဏ်အသရေသည် ဘုရားသခင်အပေါ်တွင်တည်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သာတန်ခိုးကြီးသည့်ကာကွယ်သော ကျောက်တောင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ငါခိုလှုံရာကားဘုရားသခင်ပေတည်း။
In God is my salvation and my glory: he is the God of my help, and my hope is in God.
8 ၈ အချင်းလူတို့ဘုရားသခင်အားအစဉ် အမြဲ ကိုးစားကြလော့။ သင်တို့၏ဒုက္ခအပေါင်းကိုကိုယ်တော်အား ဖော်ပြကြလော့။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါတို့ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
Trust in him, all ye congregation of people: pour out your hearts before him. God is our helper for ever.
9 ၉ လူသားတို့သည်ထွက်သက်ဝင်သက်လေမျှသာ ဖြစ်ပေသည်။ လူတို့သည်ယုတ်မြတ်မဟူအနတ္တမျှသာဖြစ် ကြ၏။ သူတို့အားချိန်ခွင်တွင်ချိန်စက်၍ကြည့် ကြလော့။ သူတို့သည်အချိန်မစီး။ ထွက်သက်ဝင်သက်လေထက်ပင်ပေါ့ကြ၏။
But vain are the sons of men, the sons of men are liars in the balances: that by vanity they may together deceive.
10 ၁၀ အကြမ်းဖက်မှုကိုအားမကိုးကြနှင့်။ လုယက်မှုဖြင့်အကျိုးခံစားရလိမ့်မည်ဟု မမျှော်လင့်ကြနှင့်။ သင်တို့၏စည်းစိမ်ဥစ္စာများသည် တိုးပွားလာစေကာမူယင်းတို့ကိုအားမကိုး ကြနှင့်။
Trust not in iniquity, and cover not robberies: if riches abound, set not your heart upon them.
11 ၁၁ ဘုရားသခင်၌တန်ခိုးရှိတော်မူကြောင်း ကိုလည်းကောင်း ကိုယ်တော်၏မေတ္တာတော်သည်ခိုင်မြဲကြောင်း ကိုလည်းကောင်း တစ်ကြိမ်မကကိုယ်တော်မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကို ငါကြားခဲ့ရလေပြီ။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုယ်တော်တိုင်ပင်လူအပေါင်း တို့အား အကျင့်အလျောက်ကောင်းကျိုးဆိုးကျိုးကို ချပေးတော်မူပါ၏။
God hath spoken once, these two things have I heard, that power belongeth to God,
12 ၁၂
And mercy to thee, O Lord; for thou wilt render to every man according to his works.
