ဆာလံ 6

1 ၁ အို ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​အား​အ​မျက်​တော်​ထွက်​၍ ဆုံး​မ​တော်​မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်။ အ​မျက်​တော်​ထွက်​၍​အ​ပြစ်​ဒဏ်​ပေး​တော် မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်။

“For the leader of the music; to be accompanied with stringed instruments; to the octave. A psalm of David.” O LORD! rebuke me not in thine anger; Chasten me not in thy hot displeasure!

2 ၂ ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​သည်​မော​ပန်း​နွမ်း​နယ်​လျက်​ရှိ သည်​ဖြစ်​၍ ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​အား​သ​နား​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ လုံး​ဝ​အင်​အား​ကုန်​ခန်း​လျက်​ရှိ​သ​ဖြင့် ပြန်​လည်​အင်​အား​ပြည့်​စေ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။

Have pity upon me, O LORD! for I am weak; Heal me, O LORD! for my bones tremble!

3 ၃ ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​သည်​ကိုယ်​စိတ်​နှစ်​ပါး​ပြင်း​ပြ​စွာ ဝေ​ဒ​နာ​ခံ​စား​လျက်​ရှိ​ပါ၏။ အို ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ဘယ်​ကာ​လ​ကြာ​မှ​ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​အား ကူ​မ​တော်​မူ​ပါ​မည်​နည်း။

My soul, also, is sore troubled; And thou, O LORD! how long—?

4 ၄ အို ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ ကြွ​လာ​တော်​မူ​၍​ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​အား​ကယ်​တော် မူ​ပါ။ ကိုယ်​တော်​၏​က​ရု​ဏာ​တော်​နှင့်​အ​ညီ​ကျွန်​တော် မျိုး​အား သေ​ဘေး​မှ​ကယ်​ဆယ်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။

Return, O LORD! and deliver me; Oh, save me according to thy mercy!

5 ၅ မ​ရ​ဏာ​နိုင်​ငံ​တွင်​ကိုယ်​တော်​အား အောက်​မေ့​သ​တိ​ရ​သူ​မ​ရှိ​ပါ။ ထို​အ​ရပ်​တွင်​အ​ဘယ်​သူ​မျှ​ကိုယ်​တော်​အား ထော​မ​နာ​ပြု​နိုင်​မည်​မ​ဟုတ်​ပါ။ (Sheol h7585)

For in death no praise is given to thee; In the underworld who can give thee thanks? (Sheol h7585)

6 ၆ ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​သည်​ဝမ်း​နည်း​ကြေ​ကွဲ​မှု​ဖြင့် မော​ပန်း​နွမ်း​နယ်​လျက်​ရှိ​ပါ​၏။ ည​တိုင်း​ပင်​လျှင်​ငို​ယို​ရ​သ​ဖြင့်​အိပ်​ရာ​သည် စို​စွတ်​လျက်​ရှိ​ပါ​၏။ ကျွန်​တော်​မျိုး​၏​ခေါင်း​အုံး​သည်​မျက်​ရည် စို​ရွှဲ​လျက်​ရှိ​ပါ​၏။

I am weary with my groaning; All the night I make my bed to swim, And drench my couch with my tears.

7 ၇ ရန်​သူ​များ​ကြောင့်​ငို​ယို​ရ​သ​ဖြင့်​ကျွန်​တော် မျိုး​၏ မျက်​စိ​များ​သည်​ရောင်​လျက်​ရှိ​ပါ​၏။ ကြည့်​၍​ပင်​မ​မြင်​နိုင်​ပါ။

Mine eye is wasted with grief; It hath become old because of all my enemies.

8 ၈ အ​ကျင့်​ဆိုး​ယုတ်​သူ​တို့၊ငါ့​ထံ​မှ​ထွက်​သွား ကြ​လော့။ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည်​ငါ​၏​ငို​ကြွေး​သံ​ကို ကြား​တော်​မူ​၏။

Depart from me, all ye that do iniquity; For the LORD heareth the voice of my weeping.

9 ၉ ကူ​မ​တော်​မူ​ရန်​ငါ​တောင်း​လျှောက်​သံ​ကို​ကြား တော်​မူ​၏။ ငါ​၏​ဆု​တောင်း​ပတ္ထ​နာ​ကို​နား​ညောင်း​တော်​မူ​မည်။

The LORD heareth my supplication; The LORD accepteth my prayer.

10 ၁၀ ငါ​၏​ရန်​သူ​တို့​သည်​အ​ရှက်​တ​ကွဲ အ​ရေး​နိမ့်​ကြ​လိမ့်​မည်။ သူ​တို့​သည်​တစ်​ခ​ဏ​ချင်း​တွင်​က​စဥ့်​က​ရဲ​ဖြစ်​လျက် ပြေး​ရ​ကြ​လိမ့်​မည်။

All my enemies shall be ashamed and utterly confounded; They shall be turned back, and put to shame suddenly.
