ဆာလံ 5
1 ၁ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏မြွက်ဆိုချက်ကိုနားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏မြည်တမ်းသံများကိုကြားတော်မူပါ။
“To the chief musician upon Nechiloth, a psalm of David.” To my words give ear, O Lord, have regard to my mediation.
2 ၂ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘုရင်၊ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘုရား၊ ကူမတော်မူရန် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးဟစ်အော်တောင်းလျှောက်သည်ကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အထံတော်သို့ဆုတောင်း ပတ္ထနာပြုပါသည်။
Listen unto the voice of my loud cry, my King, and my God, when unto thee I pray.
3 ၃ ကိုယ်တော်သည်နံနက်ချိန်၌ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ ပတ္ထနာသံကိုကြားပါ၏။ နေထွက်ချိန်၌ကျွန်တော်မျိုးဆုတောင်း၍ ကိုယ်တော်၏အဖြေကိုစောင့်မျှော်ပါ၏။
O Lord! in the morning do thou hear my voice: in the morning will I set in order [my prayer] before thee, and 1ook up with hope.
4 ၄ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ဒုစရိုက်ကိုနှစ်သက်တော်မူသော ဘုရားမဟုတ်ပါ။ ရှေ့တော်၌ဆိုးယုတ်မှုကိုခွင့်ပြုတော်မမူပါ။
For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: evil cannot abide with thee.
5 ၅ မာနကြီးသူတို့သည်ရှေ့တော်သို့မဝင်ရ။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ယုတ်မာသူအပေါင်းတို့ကို မုန်းတော်မူ၏။
The arrogant cannot stand up before thy eyes: thou hatest all workers of wickedness.
6 ၆ ကိုယ်တော်သည်လိမ်လည်သူအပေါင်းတို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီးတော်မူ၍အကြမ်းဖက်သူ၊ ကောက်ကျစ်သူတို့ကိုစက်ဆုပ်ရွံရှာတော်မူ၏။
Thou wilt destroy those that speak lies: the man of blood and deceit the Lord abhorreth.
7 ၇ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအဖို့မှာမူကိုယ်တော်၏ကြီး မားသော မေတ္တာတော်ကိုခံစားရသဖြင့် အိမ်တော်သို့ဝင်နိုင်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်သောဗိမာန်တော်တွင် ကိုးကွယ်ဝတ်ပြုကာ ကိုယ်တော်အားရိုသေလေးမြတ်စွာ ဦးညွှတ်ရှိခိုးနိုင်ပါ၏။
But as for me—in the abundance of thy kindness will I enter thy house: I will bow myself down before thy holy temple in the fear of thee.
8 ၈ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးမှာရန်သူများစွာရှိပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏အလိုတော်အတိုင်းပြုကျင့်ရန် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားလမ်းပြတော်မူပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကိုယ်တော်ရှင် လိုက်လျှောက်စေလိုသည့်လမ်းကို ဖြောင့်ဖြူးစေတော်မူပါ။
O Lord, lead me in thy righteousness because of those that regard me enviously; make straight before me thy way.
9 ၉ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ရန်သူများစကားကို အဘယ်အခါ၌ယုံကြည်၍မရပါ။ သူတို့တွင်ဖျက်ဆီးလိုစိတ်သာလျှင်ရှိပါ၏။ သူတို့၏ခံတွင်းသည်ပွင့်လျက်နေသော သင်္ချိုင်းတွင်းနှင့်တူပါ၏။ သူတို့၏လျှာသည်လည်းမြှောက်ပင့်လိမ်လည် လှည့်စားတတ်ပါ၏။
For there is not in their mouth any sincerity; their inward part is full of deception; an open sepulchre is their throat: they flatter with their tongue.
10 ၁၀ အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ သူတို့အားရှုတ်ချလျက်အပြစ်ဒဏ်ပေးတော်မူပါ။ သူတို့၏ဆိုးညစ်သောအကြံအစည်များက သူတို့ကိုပင်အကျိုးနည်းစေတော်မူပါ။ သူတို့၏များမြောင်သော အပြစ်များကြောင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ကိုယ်တော်ကို ပုန်ကန်ကြသည့်အတွက်ကြောင့်လည်းကောင်း သူတို့အားရှေ့တော်မှောက်မှနှင်ထုတ်တော်မူပါ။
Condemn them, O God: let them fall through their own counsels; for the multitude of their transgressions cast them down; for they have rebelled against thee.
11 ၁၁ သို့ရာတွင်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ထံတော်တွင်လုံခြုံစွာ ခိုလှုံကြသောသူအပေါင်းတို့သည် ဝမ်းမြောက်ရွှင်လန်းရကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့သည်ဝမ်းမြောက်သဖြင့်အစဉ် သီချင်းဆိုကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်မိမိအားချစ်သူတို့ကို ကွယ်ကာစောင့်ထိန်းတော်မူပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကြောင့်သူတို့သည်အကယ်ပင် ဝမ်းမြောက်ရကြပါ၏။
Then will rejoice all those that put their trust in thee; for ever will they shout for joy, when thou protectest them: and then will exult in thee those that love thy name.
12 ၁၂ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်မိမိစကားကိုနားထောင် သူတို့အားကောင်းချီးပေးတော်မူပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏မေတ္တာတော်သည်ဒိုင်းလွှားသဖွယ် သူတို့အားကွယ်ကာစောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူပါ၏။
For thou wilt bless the righteous, O Lord; as with a shield wilt thou encompass him with favor.
