ဆာလံ 3
1 ၁ ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတွင်ရန်သူများစွာရှိပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတစ်ဘက်၌ထကြွသူများကြပါ၏။
A PSALM OF DAVID, IN HIS FLEEING FROM THE FACE OF HIS SON ABSALOM. YHWH, how my distresses have multiplied! Many are rising up against me.
2 ၂ သူတို့ကကိုယ်တော်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကို ကူမတော်မူလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်ကြောင်း ပြောဆိုကြပါ၏။
Many are saying of my soul, “There is no salvation for him in God.” (Selah)
3 ၃ သို့ရာတွင် အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ဒိုင်းလွှားသဖွယ်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး အား ဘေးရန်များမှအစဉ်ကွယ်ကာတော်မူပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားအောင်ပွဲကို ပေးတော်မူလျက်ရဲစွမ်းသတ္တိနှင့်ပြန်လည် ပြည့်ဝစေတော်မူပါ၏။
And You, O YHWH, [are] a shield for me, My glory, and lifter up of my head.
4 ၄ ငါသည်ထာဝရဘုရား၏ထံတော်သို့ကူမ တော်မူရန် ဟစ်အော်တောင်းလျှောက်သည့်အခါ ကိုယ်တော်သည်သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်ရာတောင်ပေါ်မှ ငါ၏ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာသံကိုနားညောင်းတော်မူ၏။
My voice [is] to YHWH: I call and He answers me from His holy hill, (Selah)
5 ၅ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ငါ့ကိုကွယ်ကာ စောင့်ထိန်းတော်မူသောကြောင့်ငါသည်လဲလျောင်း အိပ်ပျော်ခွင့်ကိုရရှိ၏။
I have lain down, and I sleep, I have awoken, for YHWH sustains me.
6 ၆ မိမိပတ်လည်တွင်ဝိုင်းရံလျက်ရှိသော ရန်သူထောင်သောင်းများစွာတို့ကို ငါသည်မကြောက်။
I am not afraid of myriads of people, That they have set against me all around.
7 ၇ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကြွလာတော်မူပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘုရားသခင်၊ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား ကယ်တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ရန်သူအပေါင်းတို့၏ ပါးရိုးကိုရိုက်၍သူတို့၏သွားကိုချိုးတော်မူ၏။
Rise, O YHWH! Save me, my God! For You have struck all my enemies [on] the cheek. You have broken the teeth of the wicked.
8 ၈ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်အောင်ပွဲကိုပေးပိုင်သော အရှင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူစုတော်အပေါ်သို့ ကောင်းချီးမင်္ဂလာသက်ရောက်ပါစေသော။
This salvation [is] of YHWH; Your blessing [is] on Your people! (Selah)
