ဆာလံ 28
1 ၁ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ကွယ်ကာရာအရှင် အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ထံတော်သို့ကျွန်တော်မျိုး ဟစ်ခေါ်ပါ၏။ ထူးတော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ထူးတော်မမူပါလျှင် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်သေရွာသွားရပါလိမ့်မည်။
“A psalm of David.” To thee do I cry, O LORD! O my rock! be not silent to me, Lest, if thou answer me not, I become like those who go down to the pit!
2 ၂ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်သောဗိမာန် တော်သို့ လက်အုပ်ချီလျက်``ကူမတော်မူပါ'' ဟု ကျွန်တော်မျိုးဟစ်အော်သောအခါ နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။
Hear the voice of my supplication, when I cry unto thee, When I lift up my hands to thy most holy sanctuary!
3 ၃ မကောင်းမှုပြုသည့်သူယုတ်မာများနှင့်အတူ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားအပြစ်ဒဏ်စီရင်တော်မမူ ပါနှင့်။ ထိုသူတို့သည်နှုတ်ချိုသော်လည်းမုန်းစိတ်ရှိ ကြပါ၏။
Draw me not away with the impious, and with evil-doers, Who speak peace to their neighbors, while mischief is in their hearts!
4 ၄ ထိုသူတို့ပြုသောအမှုများနှင့်ကူးလွန်သော အပြစ်များအတွက်သူတို့အားအပြစ်ဒဏ် ပေးတော်မူပါ။ သူတို့၏အကျင့်ဆိုးများအတွက် အပြစ်ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူပါ။ သူတို့အပြစ်နှင့်ထိုက်သင့်သည့်အပြစ်ဒဏ်ကို စီရင်တော်မူပါ။
Give them according to their deeds, and the wickedness of their doings; Give them according to the work of their hands; Render to them their desert!
5 ၅ သူတို့သည်ထာဝရဘုရားပြုတော်မူသော အမှုတော်တို့ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ကိုယ်တော် ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူသောအရာများကိုလည်းကောင်း ပမာဏမပြုကြပါ။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့အား အပြစ်ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူ၍ထာဝစဉ်ဆုံးပါး ပျက်စီးစေတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
For they regard not the doings of the LORD, nor the work of his hands; Therefore will he destroy them, and not again build them up.
6 ၆ ထာဝရဘုရားအားထောမနာပြုကြလော့။ ကူမတော်မူရန်ငါအော်ဟစ်သည်ကို ကိုယ်တော်ကြားတော်မူပြီ။
Praised be the LORD, for he hath heard the voice of my supplications!
7 ၇ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ငါ့ကိုကွယ်ကာ စောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူ၏။ ငါသည်ကိုယ်တော်အားကိုးစား၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါ့အားကူမတော်မူသဖြင့် ငါသည်ဝမ်းမြောက်လျက်ကိုယ်တော်အား ထောမနာသီချင်းများကိုဆို၏။
The LORD is my strength and my shield; My heart trusteth in him, and he helpeth me; Therefore doth my heart exult, And in my song I will praise him.
8 ၈ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိ၏လူစုတော်အား ကွယ်ကာစောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူ၏။ မိမိဘိသိက်ပေးတော်မူသောရှင်ဘုရင်အား ကွယ်ကာစောင့်ရှောက်၍ကယ်မတော်မူ၏။
Jehovah is the strength of his people; He is the protecting shield of his anointed.
9 ၉ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏လူစုတော်အားကယ်တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပိုင်တော်မူသောသူတို့အား ကောင်းချီးပေးတော်မူပါ။ သူတို့အားသိုးထိန်းသဖွယ်ထာဝစဉ်ကြည့်ရှု စောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူပါ။
Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance; Feed them also, and build them up for ever!
