ဆာလံ 146

1 ၁ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​အား​ထော​မ​နာ​ပြု​လော့။ အို ငါ့​ဝိ​ညာဉ်၊ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​အား​ထော​မ​နာ ပြု​လော့။

Halleluyah ·praise Yah·! Praise Adonai, my soul.

2 ၂ ငါ​သည်​အ​သက်​ရှင်​သ​မျှ​ကာ​လ​ပတ်​လုံး ကိုယ်​တော်​အား​ထော​မ​နာ​ပြု​မည်။ တစ်​သက်​ပတ်​လုံး​ငါ​၏​ဘု​ရား​အား​ထော​မ​နာ သီ​ချင်း​ဆို​မည်။

While I live, I will praise Adonai. I will sing zahmar ·musical praise· to my God as long as I exist.

3 ၃ လူ​တို့​၏​ခေါင်း​ဆောင်​များ​ကို​မ​ကိုး​စား​ကြ​နှင့်။ အ​ဘယ်​လူ​သား​မျှ​သင်​တို့​ကို​မ​ကယ်​တင်​နိုင်။

Don’t put your trust in princes, each a son of man in whom there is no help.

4 ၄ သူ​တို့​သည်​သေ​သော​အ​ခါ​မြေ​သို့​ပြန်​ကြ​ရ​၍ သူ​တို့​၏​အ​ကြံ​အ​စည်​ပျက်​ပြား​ရ​ကြ​၏။

His spirit departs, and he teshuvah ·completely returns· to the earth. In that very day, his thoughts perish.

5 ၅ ယာ​ကုပ်​၏​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​ကူ​မ​တော်​မူ​ခြင်း​ကို ခံ​ရ​သော​သူ၊ မိ​မိ​၏​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​ကို အား​ကိုး​သော​သူ​သည်​မင်္ဂလာ​ရှိ​၏။

Happy is he who has the God of Jacob [Supplanter] for his help, whose hope is in Adonai, his God:

6 ၆ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည်​ကောင်း​ကင်၊ကမ္ဘာ​မြေ​ကြီး ပင်​လယ်​နှင့်​တ​ကွ​ယင်း​တို့​တွင်​ရှိ​သ​မျှ​သော အ​ရာ​တို့​ကို​ဖန်​ဆင်း​တော်​မူ​၏။ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည်​သစ္စာ​တော်​ကို​အ​စဉ်​အ​မြဲ စောင့်​တော်​မူ​၏။

who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them; who keeps truth forever;

7 ၇ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည်​ဖိ​နှိပ်​ညှဉ်း​ဆဲ​ခြင်း​ခံ​ရ​သူ တို့​အား မျက်​နှာ​သာ​ပေး​၍​စီ​ရင်​ချက်​ချ​မှတ်​တော်​မူ​လျက် ငတ်​မွတ်​သူ​တို့​ကို​ကျွေး​မွေး​တော်​မူ​၏။ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည်​အ​ကျဉ်း​ကျ​နေ​သူ​တို့​အား လွတ်​မြောက်​စေ​တော်​မူ​၍

who executes mishpat ·justice· for the oppressed; who gives food to the hungry. Adonai frees the prisoners.

8 ၈ မျက်​မ​မြင်​တို့​အား​မျက်​စိ​မြင်​စေ​တော်​မူ​၏။ လဲ​ကျ​နေ​သူ​အ​ပေါင်း​တို့​ကို​ကူ​မ​တော်​မူ​၏။ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည်​ဖြောင့်​မတ်​သော​သူ​တို့​ကို ချစ်​တော်​မူ​၏။

Adonai opens the eyes of the blind. Adonai raises up those who are bowed down. Adonai 'ahav ·affectionately loves· the upright.

9 ၉ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည်​ဣသ​ရေ​လ​ပြည်​တွင်​နေ ထိုင်​သော တိုင်း​တစ်​ပါး​သား​တို့​အား ကွယ်​ကာ​စောင့်​ရှောက်​တော်​မူ​၍​မု​ဆိုး​မ​နှင့် မိ​ဘ​မဲ့​သူ​တို့​ကို​ကူ​မ​တော်​မူ​၏။ သို့​ရာ​တွင်​သူ​ယုတ်​မာ​တို့​ကို​မူ​ပျက်​စီး​ဆုံး​ရှုံး စေ​တော်​မူ​၏။

Adonai preserves the foreigners. He upholds the fatherless and widow, but the way of the wicked he turns upside down.

10 ၁၀ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည်​ထာ​ဝ​စဉ်​ဘု​ရင် ဖြစ်​တော်​မူ​လိမ့်​မည်။ အို ဇိ​အုန်​မြို့၊သင်​၏​ဘု​ရား​သည်​ကာ​လ အ​စဉ်​အ​ဆက်​စိုး​စံ​တော်​မူ​လိမ့်​သ​တည်း။ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​အား​ထော​မ​နာ​ပြု​ကြ​လော့။

Adonai will reign forever; your God, O Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking], to all generations. Halleluyah ·praise Yah·!
