ဆာလံ 128

1 ၁ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​ကို​ကြောက်​ရွံ့​ရို​သေ​၍ ကိုယ်​တော်​၏​နည်း​လမ်း​တော်​များ​နှင့်​အ​ညီ ကျင့်​ကြံ​ပြု​မူ​သူ​များ​သည်​မင်္ဂ​လာ​ရှိ​ကြ​၏။

A SONG OF THE ASCENTS. O the blessedness of everyone fearing YHWH, Who is walking in His ways.

2 ၂ သင်​သည်​မိ​မိ​လက်​ဖြင့်​လုပ်​ဆောင်​၍​စား​ဝတ် နေ​ရေး ဖူ​လုံ​အောင်​ရ​ရှိ​လိမ့်​မည်။ သင်​သည်​ရွှင်​လန်း​၍​ကောင်း​စား​လိမ့်​မည်။

You surely eat the labor of your hands, You [are] blessed, and good [is] to you.

3 ၃ အိမ်​တွင်း​၌​သင်​၏​ဇ​နီး​သည်​အ​သီး​နှင့်​ပြည့်​သော စ​ပျစ်​ပင်​ကဲ့​သို့​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ စား​ပွဲ​ပတ်​လည်​ရှိ​သင်​၏​သား​များ​သည်​လည်း စိုက်​ပျိုး​ထား​သော​သံ​လွင်​ပင်​ပျို​များ ကဲ့​သို့​လည်း​ကောင်း​ဖြစ်​လိမ့်​မည်။

Your wife [is] as a fruitful vine in the sides of your house, Your sons as olive plants around your table.

4 ၄ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​၏​စ​ကား​တော်​ကို နား​ထောင်​သော​သူ​သည်​ဤ​နည်း​အ​တိုင်း အ​မှန်​ပင် ကောင်း​ချီး​မင်္ဂ​လာ​ခံ​စား​ရ​လိမ့်​မည်။

Behold, surely thus is the man blessed who is fearing YHWH.

5 ၅ ဇိ​အုန်​တောင်​တော်​ပေါ်​မှ​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည် သင့်​ကို​ကောင်း​ချီး​မင်္ဂ​လာ​ပေး​တော်​မူ​ပါ​စေ​သော။ သင်​သည်​အ​သက်​ရှင်​သ​မျှ​ကာ​လ​ပတ်​လုံး ယေ​ရု​ရှ​လင်​မြို့​၏​ဝ​ပြော​စည်​ပင်​နေ​သည်​ကို တွေ့​မြင်​ရ​ပါ​စေ​သော။

YHWH blesses you out of Zion, Look, then, on the good of Jerusalem, All the days of your life,

6 ၆ သင်​သည်​မြေး​များ​ရ​ရှိ​လာ​သည်​တိုင်​အောင် အ​သက်​ရှည်​ပါ​စေ​သော။ ဣသ​ရေ​လ​အ​မျိုး​သား​တို့​သည်​ငြိမ်း​ချမ်း သာ​ယာ​မှု​ကို​ခံ​စား​ရ​ကြ​ပါ​စေ​သော။

And see the sons of your sons! Peace on Israel!
