1 ၁ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ငါ၏ပန်ကြား လျှောက်ထားချက်ကိုကြားတော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍ ငါသည်ကိုယ်တော်ကိုချစ်မြတ်နိုး၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါ၏ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာကို နားထောင်တော်မူ၏။
I 'ahav ·affectionately love· Adonai, because he sh'ma ·hears obeys· my voice, and my cries for mercy.
Because he has turned his ear to me, therefore I will call on him as long as I live.
3 ၃ သေမင်း၏ကျော့ကွင်းသည်ငါ့ကိုဖမ်းမိလျက် နေ၏။ သေဘေးသည်ငါ့ကိုဝိုင်းရံလျက်နေ၏။ ငါသည်ကြောက်လန့်၍စိုးရိမ်ပူပန်ရ၏။ (Sheol h7585)
The cords of death surrounded me, the pains of Sheol ·Place of the dead· got a hold of me. I found trouble and sorrow. (Sheol h7585)
4 ၄ ထိုအခါ``အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားကျွန်တော်မျိုးတောင်းပန် ပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုကယ်တော်မူပါ'' ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား၏ထံတော်သို့ငါဆုတောင်း ပတ္ထနာပြု၏။
Then I called on Adonai’s name: “Adonai, I beg you, deliver my soul.”
5 ၅ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်သနားကြင်နာတော်မူ၍ ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူတတ်၏။ ငါတို့၏ဘုရားသခင်သည်ကရုဏာတော်ရှင် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
Adonai is gracious and righteous. Yes, our God is racham ·merciful love·.
6 ၆ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ခိုကိုးရာမဲ့သူတို့ကို ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူ၏။ ငါဘေးဥပဒ်ရောက်သောအခါငါ့ကို ကယ်တော်မူ၏။
Adonai preserves the simple. I was brought low, and he saved me.
7 ၇ အို ငါ့စိတ်နှလုံး၊ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ့အားကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူပြီဖြစ်၍ ယုံကြည်စိတ်ချစွာနေလော့။
Teshuvah ·Completely return· to your rest, my soul, for Adonai has dealt bountifully with you.
8 ၈ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ငါ့အသက်ကို သေဘေးမှလည်းကောင်း၊ ငါ့မျက်စိကိုမျက်ရည်ကျခြင်းမှလည်း ကောင်း၊ ငါ၏ခြေကိုချော်လဲခြင်းမှလည်းကောင်း ကယ်တော်မူပြီ။
For you have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.
9 ၉ သို့ဖြစ်၍ငါသည်အသက်ရှင်သူ လူသားတို့၏ဘောင်တွင် ဘုရားသခင်၏မျက်မှောက်တော်၌ သက်ရှင်လှုပ်ရှားလျက်နေရ၏။
I will walk before Adonai in the land of the living.
10 ၁၀ ငါသည်ကြောက်လန့်သဖြင့်``ငါ့မှာယုံကြည် နိုင်သူ တစ်ယောက်မျှမရှိ'' ဟူ၍လည်းကောင်း ``ငါသည်စိတ်ဒုက္ခကြီးစွာရောက်ပါပြီ'' ဟူ၍လည်းကောင်းဆိုစဉ်၌ပင်လျှင် ထာဝရဘုရားကိုယုံကြည်မြဲယုံကြည် လျက်နေပါ၏။
I trusted, therefore I said, “I was greatly afflicted.”
11 ၁၁
I said in my haste, “All men are liars.”
12 ၁၂ ထာဝရဘုရားငါ့အားပြုတော်မူသော ကျေးဇူးများအတွက်ငါသည်ကိုယ်တော်အား အဘယ်အရာကိုပူဇော်ရပါမည်နည်း။
What will I give to Adonai for all his benefits toward me?
13 ၁၃ ငါ့ကိုကယ်တော်မူသည့်အတွက် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းရန်ငါသည် ထာဝရဘုရားအားစပျစ်ရည်ကို ပူဇော်မည်။
I will take the cup of yishu'ah ·salvation·, and call on Adonai’s name.
14 ၁၄ ငါသည်ကိုယ်တော်အားသစ္စာကတိပြုခဲ့ သည့်အတိုင်း ကိုယ်တော်၏လူစုတော်စုဝေးရာတွင် မိမိ၏သစ္စာဝတ်ကိုဖြေပါမည်။
I will pay my vows to Adonai, yes, in the presence of all his people.
15 ၁၅ ထာဝရဘုရား၏လူစုတော်အနက်တစ်စုံ တစ်ယောက် သေဆုံးသွားလျှင် ကိုယ်တော်အတွက်ကြီးမားသောဆုံးရှုံးမှု ဖြစ်ပါသည်တကား။
Precious in Adonai’s sight is the death of his saints.
16 ၁၆ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေခံ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏မိခင်နည်းတူကျွန်တော်မျိုး သည် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေကိုခံပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားသေ ဘေးမှ ကယ်တော်မူပါပြီ။
Adonai, truly I am your servant. I am your servant, the son of your servant. You have freed me from my chains.
17 ၁၇ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းရာယဇ်ကိုပူဇော် ပါမည်။ အထံတော်သို့ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာပြုပါမည်။
I will offer to you the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call on Adonai’s name.
18 ၁၈ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား သစ္စာကတိပြုခဲ့သည့်အတိုင်း ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏လူစုတော်ဝင်တို့ စုဝေးရာ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ရှိကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဗိမာန် တော်၌ သစ္စာဝတ်ကိုဖြေပါမည်။ ထာဝရဘုရားကိုထောမနာပြုကြလော့။
I will pay my vows to Adonai, yes, in the presence of all his people,
19 ၁၉
in the courts of Adonai’s house, in the middle of you, Jerusalem [City of peace]. Halleluyah ·praise Yah·!
