ဆာလံ 11

1 ၁ ငါ​သည်​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​၏​ထံ​တော်​တွင်​ခို​လှုံ ပါ​၏။ ``တိုင်း​ပြည်​ငြိမ်​ဝပ်​ပိ​ပြား​မှု​မ​ရှိ​သော​အ​ခါ သူ​တော်​ကောင်း​တို့​သည်​အ​ဘယ်​သို့​မျှ​မ​တတ် နိုင်။ သူ​ယုတ်​မာ​တို့​သည်​သူ​တော်​ကောင်း​တို့​ကို ချောင်း​မြောင်း​ပစ်​ခတ်​ရန်​လေး​ကို​တင်​၍​မြား​ကို ချိန်​ရွယ်​လျက်​နေ​လေ​ပြီ။ ထို​ကြောင့်``တောင်​ပေါ်​သို့​ငှက်​ကဲ့​သို့ ပျံ​တက်​လော့'' ဟု ငါ့​အား​သင်​တို့​ပြော​ဆို​ကြ​သည်​မှာ​လွန်​စွာ မိုက်​မဲ​လေ​စွ​တ​ကား။

“To the chief musician, by David.” In the Lord have I put my trust: how can ye say to my soul, Flee to your mountain as a bird?

2 ၂

For lo, the wicked bend their bow, they arrange their arrow upon the string, to shoot in the dark at the upright in heart.

3 ၃

For [if] the foundations be torn down, what can the righteous do?

4 ၄ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည်​သန့်​ရှင်း​မြင့်​မြတ်​သည့် ဗိ​မာန်​တော်​တွင်​ကျိန်း​ဝပ်​တော်​မူ​၏။ ကိုယ်​တော်​၏​ပလ္လင်​တော်​သည်​ကောင်း​ကင်​ဘုံ တွင် ရှိ​တော်​မူ​၏။ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည်​လူ​အ​ပေါင်း​တို့​အား​စစ်​ဆေး ကြည့်​ရှု​တော်​မူ​၍ သူ​တို့​ပြု​သော​အ​မှု​အ​ရာ​များ​ကို​သိ​မြင် တော်​မူ​၏။

The Lord is in his holy temple, the Lord hath his throne in the heavens, his eyes behold, his eyelids prove, the children of men.

5 ၅ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည်​သူ​တော်​ကောင်း​ကို​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ သူ​ယုတ်​မာ​ကို​လည်း​ကောင်း​စစ်​ဆေး ကြည့်​ရှု​တော်​မူ​၏။ တ​ရား​လက်​လွတ်​ပြု​မူ​သော​သူ​တို့​ကို လွန်​စွာ​မုန်း​တော်​မူ​၏။

The Lord proveth the righteous; but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.

6 ၆ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည်​သူ​ယုတ်​မာ​တို့​အ​ပေါ်​သို့ မီး​ကျီး​ခဲ​များ​ကို​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ပူ​လောင်​လှ​သည့် မီး​လျှံ​ကို​လည်း​ကောင်း​ကျ​စေ​တော်​မူ​၏။ သူ​တို့​အား​ပူ​လောင်​လှ​သော​လေ​ပူ​ဖြင့် အ​ပြစ်​ဒဏ်​ခတ်​တော်​မူ​၏။

He letteth rain upon the wicked burning coals, fire and brimstone; and a glowing wind is the portion of their cup.

7 ၇ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည်​ဖြောင့်​မှန်​တော်​မူ​၍ အ​ကျင့်​ကောင်း​ကို​နှစ်​သက်​တော်​မူ​၏။ အ​ကျင့်​ကောင်း​ကို​ပြု​သူ​တို့​သည်​ကိုယ်​တော်​၏ မျက်​နှာ​တော်​ကို​ဖူး​မြင်​ရ​ကြ​လိမ့်​မည်။

For righteous is the Lord, he loveth righteousness: his countenance doth behold the upright.
