ဆာလံ 106
1 ၁ ထာဝရဘုရားအားထောမနာပြုကြလော့။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ကောင်းမြတ်တော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းကြလော့။ ကိုယ်တော်၏မေတ္တာတော်သည်ထာဝရတည် ၏။
Praise Adonai! Yadah ·Extend hands in thankful praise· to Adonai, for he is good, for his chesed ·loving-kindness· endures forever.
2 ၂ အဘယ်သူသည်ကိုယ်တော်၏အံ့သြဖွယ်ကောင်း သော အမှုတော်အပေါင်းတို့ကိုဖော်ပြနိုင်ပါသနည်း။ အဘယ်သူသည်ကိုယ်တော်၏ဂုဏ်တော်ရှိ သမျှကို ဖော်ကူးနိုင်ပါသနည်း။
Who can utter the mighty acts of Adonai, or sh'ma ·hear obey, fully declare· all his praise?
Blessed are those who keep mishpat ·justice·. Blessed is one who does what is right at all times.
4 ၄ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏လူစုတော်အား ကူမတော်မူသောအခါ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုလည်းသတိရတော်မူပါ။ သူတို့အားကယ်တော်မူသောအခါ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုလည်းကယ်တော်မူပါ။
Remember me, Adonai, with the favor that you show to your people. Visit me with your yishu'ah ·salvation·,
5 ၅ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏လူစုတော်ကောင်းစားသည်ကို ကျွန်တော်မျိုးမြင်ပါရစေ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပြည်တော်သားများ ဝမ်းမြောက်ရာ၌လည်းကောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်ပိုင်တော်မူသောသူတို့ရွှင်လန်းအား ရစွာ ဂုဏ်ယူဝါကြွားရာ၌လည်းကောင်းကျွန်တော်မျိုး ပါဝင်ပါရစေ။
that I may see the prosperity of your chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of your nation, that I may glory with your inheritance.
6 ၆ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့သည်ဘိုးဘေးများနည်းတူ အပြစ်ကူးကြပါပြီ။ ယုတ်မာဆိုးညစ်ကြ ပါပြီ။
We have sinned ·deviated (from the standard goal)· with our fathers. We have committed iniquity. We have been condemned as guilty.
7 ၇ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏ဘိုးဘေးများသည်အီဂျစ် ပြည်၌ ဘုရားသခင်ပြုတော်မူသောအံ့သြဖွယ်ရာ အမှုတော်ကိုနားမလည်ကြပါ။ သူတို့အားကြိမ်ဖန်များစွာပြတော်မူသော မေတ္တာတော်ကိုမေ့လျော့ကြပါ၏။ ထိုနောက်ပင်လယ်နီအနီးတွင်အနန္တ တန်ခိုးရှင်ကို ပုန်ကန်ကြပါ၏။
Our fathers didn’t understand your wonders in Egypt [Abode of slavery]. They didn’t remember the multitude of your chesed ·loving-kindnesses·, but were rebellious at the sea, even at the Sea of Suf [Reed Sea].
8 ၈ သို့ရာတွင်ကိုယ်တော်သည်မိမိ၏ မဟာတန်ခိုးတော်ကိုပြရန် ကတိတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်းသူတို့အား ကယ်တော်မူပါ၏။
Nevertheless he saved them for his name’s sake, that he might make his mighty power known.
9 ၉ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ပင်လယ်နီကိုအမိန့်ပေးတော် မူလျှင် ယင်းသည်ခန်းခြောက်၍သွား၏။ ထိုနောက်မိမိ၏လူစုတော်အားခန်းခြောက်သော ပင်လယ်ကိုဖြတ်စေရန်ပို့ဆောင်တော်မူ၏။
He rebuked the Sea of Suf [Reed Sea] also, and it was dried up; so he led them through the depths, as through a desert.
10 ၁၀ ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့ကိုမုန်းသောသူတို့၏လက်မှ ကယ်တော်မူ၏။ သူတို့၏ရန်သူများလက်မှကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူ၏။
He saved them from the hand of him who hated them, and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.
11 ၁၁ သူတို့၏ရန်သူများသည်ရေနစ်၍သေကြကုန်၏။ တစ်စုံတစ်ယောက်မျှအသက်ရှင်၍မကျန်ခဲ့။
The waters covered their adversaries. There was not one of them left.
12 ၁၂ ထိုအခါကိုယ်တော်၏လူစုတော်သည်ကတိတော်ကို ယုံကြည်ကြလျက် ကိုယ်တော်အားထောမနာသီချင်းဆို ကြ၏။
Then they trusted his words. They sang his tehilah ·praise song·.
13 ၁၃ သို့ရာတွင်သူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ပြုတော်မူသည့် အမှုတော်ကိုလျင်မြန်စွာမေ့ပျောက်လိုက်ပြီးလျှင် ကိုယ်တော်၏လမ်းညွှန်တော်မူချက်ကိုမခံယူဘဲ ပြုမူကျင့်ကြံကြ၏။
They soon forgot his works. They didn’t wait for his counsel,
14 ၁၄ သူတို့သည်တောကန္တာရ၌အာသာရမ္မက် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသည့်အလျောက် ဘုရားသခင်အားသွေးစမ်းကြ၏။
but gave in to craving in the desert, and tested God in the wasteland.
15 ၁၅ သို့ဖြစ်၍ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့တောင်းခံသည့် အရာကိုချပေးတော်မူသော်လည်း သူတို့အားရောဂါဆိုးစွဲကပ်စေတော် မူ၏။
He gave them their request, but sent leanness into their soul.
16 ၁၆ သဲကန္တာရတွင်သူတို့သည်မောရှေအားလည်းကောင်း၊ ဘုရားသခင်၏သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်သည့်အစေခံ အာရုန်အားလည်းကောင်းငြူစူကြ၏။
They envied Moses [Drawn out] also in the camp, and Aaron [Light-bringer], Adonai’s saint.
17 ၁၇ ထိုအခါမြေကြီးသည်အက်ကွဲ၍ ဒါသန်ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ အဘိရံနှင့်အိမ်ထောင်စုသားတို့ကိုလည်းကောင်း မျိုလေ၏။
The earth opened and swallowed up Dathan, and covered the company of Abiram.
A fire was kindled in their company. The flame burned up the wicked.
19 ၁၉ သူတို့သည်သိနာတောင်အနီးတွင် ရွှေဖြင့်နွားသငယ်ရုပ်ကိုသွန်းလုပ်ကြပြီး နောက် ရှိခိုးကြ၏။
They made a calf in Horeb [Desert], and hawa ·bowed low, prostrated· worshiped a molten image.
20 ၂၀ သူတို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏ဘုန်းအသရေ တော်ကို မြက်စားတိရစ္ဆာန်ရုပ်နှင့်အစားထိုးကြကုန်၏။
Thus they exchanged their kavod ·weighty glory· for an image of a bull that eats grass.
21 ၂၁ အီဂျစ်ပြည်တွင်အံ့သြဖွယ်ကောင်းသော အမှုတော်များဖြင့် မိမိတို့အားကယ်တော်မူခဲ့သောဘုရားသခင်ကို မေ့လျော့ကြ၏။
They forgot God, their source of salvation, who had done great things in Egypt [Abode of slavery],
22 ၂၂ ထိုပြည်တွင်ကိုယ်တော်ပြုတော်မူသော အမှုတော်တို့သည် အံ့သြဖွယ်ကောင်းလှပါသည်တကား။ ပင်လယ်အနီးတွင်ပြုတော်မူသောအမှု တော်တို့သည် အံ့ဖွယ်သူရဲဖြစ်လှပါသည်တကား။
Wondrous works in the land of Ham [Hot, Intensity, Passion], and awesome things by the Sea of Suf [Reed Sea].
23 ၂၃ ဘုရားသခင်သည်မိမိ၏လူစုတော်အား သုတ်သင်ဖျက်ဆီးတော်မူမည်ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ သောအခါ ကိုယ်တော်ရွေးချယ်တော်မူသည့်အစေခံ မောရှေသည် ဆီးတားသဖြင့် အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍ထိုသူတို့အားသုတ်သင် ဖျက်ဆီးတော်မမူ။
Therefore he said that he would destroy them, had Moses [Drawn out], his chosen, not stood before him in the breach, to turn away his wrath, so that he would not destroy them.
24 ၂၄ ထိုနောက်သူတို့သည်သာယာသောပြည်သို့ ဝင်ရန် ငြင်းဆန်ကြသည်။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်သူတို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏ ကတိတော်ကိုမယုံကြသောကြောင့်ဖြစ်၏။
Yes, they despised the pleasant land. They didn’t trust his word,
25 ၂၅ သူတို့သည်မိမိတို့၏တဲများတွင်နေ၍ ညည်းညူကြ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား၏စကားတော်ကိုနားမ ထောင်ကြ။
but murmured in their tents, and didn’t sh'ma ·hear obey· Adonai’s voice.
26 ၂၆ သို့ဖြစ်၍ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့အားတော ကန္တာရတွင် သေစေမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ သူတို့၏သားမြေးများအားဘုရားမဲ့သူတို့ ထံတွင် ကွဲလွင့်စေလျက်တိုင်းတစ်ပါးတွင် သေစေမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းကိုလည်းကောင်း ကြပ်တည်းစွာ သတိပေးတော်မူ၏။
Therefore he swore to them that he would overthrow them in the wilderness,
27 ၂၇
that he would overthrow their offspring among the nations, and scatter them in the lands.
28 ၂၈ ထိုနောက်ဘုရားသခင်၏လူစုတော်သည် ဗာလဘုရားကိုပေဂုရအရပ်တွင်ရှိခိုး ဝတ်ပြု၍ သက်မဲ့ဘုရားများကိုပူဇော်သည့်ယဇ်ကောင်သားကို စားကြ၏။
They joined themselves also to Baal Peor, and ate the sacrifices of the dead.
29 ၂၉ သူတို့သည်ယင်းသို့ပြုမူခြင်းအားဖြင့် ထာဝရဘုရား၏အမျက်တော်ကို လှုံ့ဆော်ပေးကြရာသူတို့တွင်ရောဂါဆိုး ကပ်ရောက်လေ၏။
Thus they provoked him to anger with their deeds. The plague broke in on them.
30 ၃၀ သို့ရာတွင်ဖိနဟတ်သည်ထ၍ အပြစ်ရှိသူတို့ကိုဒဏ်စီရင်လိုက်သဖြင့် ကပ်ရောဂါသည်ငြိမ်းလေ၏။
Then Pinchas [Bronze skin] stood up, and executed judgment, so the plague was stopped.
31 ၃၁ ဖိနဟတ်ပြုခဲ့သည့်ကျေးဇူးကိုယနေ့တိုင်အောင် လူတို့သတိရကြကုန်၏။ နောင်ကာလအစဉ်မပြတ်လည်း သတိရကြပေလိမ့်မည်။
That was credited to him for righteousness, for all generations to come.
32 ၃၂ သူတို့သည်မေရိဘစမ်းချောင်းအနီးတွင် ထာဝရဘုရားအားအမျက်ထွက်စေကြ၏။ သူတို့အတွက်ကြောင့်မောရှေသည်ဒုက္ခရောက် ရ၏။
They angered him also at the waters of Meribah [Quarreling], so that Moses [Drawn out] was troubled for their sakes;
33 ၃၃ သူတို့သည်မောရှေအားလွန်စွာ စိတ်နာကြည်းစေသဖြင့်သူမစဉ်းစား မဆင်ခြင်ဘဲစကားပြောမိ၏။
because they were rebellious against his spirit, he spoke rashly with his lips.
34 ၃၄ သူတို့သည်ခါနာန်အမျိုးသားတို့အား သုတ်သင်ပစ်ရန်ထာဝရဘုရားစေခိုင်း တော်မူသည့်အတိုင်းမပြုမလုပ်ကြဘဲ
They didn’t destroy the peoples, as Adonai ordered them to do,
35 ၃၅ ထိုသူတို့နှင့်ထိမ်းမြားမင်္ဂလာပြုလျက်သူတို့၏ ဋ္ဌလေ့ထုံးစံများကိုလိုက်နာကျင့်သုံးကြ၏။
but mixed themselves with the nations, and learned their works.
36 ၃၆ ဘုရားသခင်၏လူစုတော်သည်ရုပ်တုများကို ရှိခိုးကြသဖြင့်ပျက်စီးဆုံးရှုံးရ ကြ၏။
They abad ·served· their idols, which became a snare to them.
37 ၃၇ သူတို့သည်မိမိတို့၏သားသမီးများကို ယဇ်ကောင်များအဖြစ်ဖြင့်ခါနာန်ရုပ်တုတို့အား ပူဇော်ကြ၏။
Yes, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters to demons.
38 ၃၈ သူတို့သည်မိမိတို့၏အပြစ်မဲ့သူ သားသမီးအရင်းအချာများကိုသတ် ဖြတ်ကာ ခါနာန်ရုပ်တုများအားပူဇော်ကြရာတိုင်းပြည်ကို ညစ်ညမ်းစေကြ၏။
They shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan [Humbled]. The land was polluted with blood.
39 ၃၉ ယင်းသို့သတ်ဖြတ်မှုများဖြင့်မိမိတို့ကိုယ်ကို ညစ်ညမ်းစေကြ၏။ ယင်းသို့ပြုမူကြခြင်းအားဖြင့်ဘုရားသခင် ကိုလည်း သစ္စာဖောက်ကြ၏။
Thus were they defiled with their works, and prostituted themselves in their deeds.
40 ၄၀ သို့ဖြစ်၍ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိ၏လူစု တော်အား အမျက်ထွက်တော်မူ၏။ သူတို့အားစက်ဆုပ်ရွံရှာတော်မူ၏။
Therefore Adonai burned with anger against his people. He abhorred his inheritance.
41 ၄၁ ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့အားအခြားလူမျိုးတို့၏ လက်တွင်စွန့်ပစ်၍ထားတော်မူသဖြင့် ရန်သူများသည်သူတို့ကိုအစိုးရကြကုန်၏။
He gave them into the hand of the nations. Those who hated them ruled over them.
42 ၄၂ သူတို့သည်ရန်သူများ၏ဖိစီးနှိပ်စက်မှုကို ခံရကြကာလက်အောက်ခံများဖြစ်လာရ ကြ၏။
Their enemies also oppressed them. They were brought into subjection under their hand.
43 ၄၃ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိ၏လူစုတော်အား ကြိမ်ဖန်များစွာကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူခဲ့သော်လည်း သူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်အားပုန်ကန်မြဲ ပုန်ကန်ကြသဖြင့် အပြစ်နွံတွင်ပို၍သာနစ်ကြကုန်၏။
Many times he delivered them, but they were rebellious in their counsel, and were brought low in their depravity (moral evil).
44 ၄၄ သို့ရာတွင်သူတို့ဟစ်အော်ကြသောအခါ ထာဝရဘုရားကြားတော်မူ၍သူတို့၏ ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခကြောင့်သူတို့ကိုသနားတော်မူ၏။
Nevertheless he regarded their distress, when he sh'ma ·heard obeyed· their cry.
45 ၄၅ ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့၏အကျိုးကိုထောက်၍ ပဋိညာဉ်တော်ကိုသတိရတော်မူ၏။ မေတ္တာတော်သည်ကြီးမားတော်မူသည် ဖြစ်၍ အမျက်ပြေတော်မူ၏။
He remembered for them his covenant, and relented according to the multitude of his chesed ·loving-kindnesses·.
46 ၄၆ သူတို့အားဖမ်းဆီးချုပ်နှောင်ထားကြသူတို့၏ စိတ်နှလုံးတွင်သနားတတ်သောသဘောကို သွင်းပေးတော်မူ၏။
He made them also to be shown rachamim ·compassionate loves· by all those who carried them captive.
47 ၄၇ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အားကယ်မူပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်သည့်နာမ တော်ကို ထောမနာပြုနိုင်ကြစေရန်လည်းကောင်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းနိုင် ကြစေရန်လည်းကောင်း ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အားလူမျိုးတကာတို့ အထဲမှ ပြန်လည်ခေါ်ဆောင်တော်မူပါ။
Save us, Adonai, our God, gather us from among the nations, yadah ·extend hands in thankful praise· to your holy name, to triumph in your tehilah ·praise song·!
48 ၄၈ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၏ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားအားထောမနာပြုကြ လော့။ ကိုယ်တော်အားယခုမှစ၍ကမ္ဘာအဆက်ဆက် ထောမနာပြုကြလော့။ လူအပေါင်းတို့သည်အာမင်ဟုဆိုကြစေ။ ထာဝရဘုရားအားထောမနာပြုကြ လော့။
Blessed be Adonai, the God of Israel [God prevails], from everlasting even to everlasting! Let all the people say, “Amen ·So be it·.” Halleluyah ·praise Yah·!
