ဆာလံ 10
1 ၁ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်အဘယ်ကြောင့်အဝေး၌ နေတော်မူပါသနည်း။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့ဒုက္ခရောက်ချိန်၌အဘယ် ကြောင့် မျက်နှာတော်ကိုလွှဲတော်မူပါသနည်း။
Why standest Thou afar off, O LORD? Why hidest Thou Thyself in times of trouble?
2 ၂ သူယုတ်မာတို့သည်မာနထောင်လွှားလျက် ဆင်းရဲသူတို့အားနှိပ်စက်ညှဉ်းပန်းကြ၏။ မိမိတို့ထောင်ထားသောကျော့ကွင်းများတွင် ပြန်၍မိစေတော်မူပါ။
Through the pride of the wicked the poor is hotly pursued, they are taken in the devices that they have imagined.
3 ၃ သူယုတ်မာသည်မိမိ၏ဆိုးညစ်သော အလိုဆန္ဒများအကြောင်းကိုကြွားဝါတတ်၏။ လောဘကြီးသူသည်ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကျိန်ဆဲပစ်ပယ်တတ်၏။
For the wicked boasteth of his heart's desire, and the covetous vaunteth himself, though he contemn the LORD.
4 ၄ သူယုတ်မာသည်ထာဝရဘုရားကိုဂရုမစိုက်တတ်။ သူသည်မာနထောင်လွှားလျက်ဘုရားသခင်မရှိဟု အစဉ်ယူဆတတ်၏။
The wicked, in the pride of his countenance, saith: 'He will not require'; all his thoughts are: 'There is no God.'
5 ၅ သူယုတ်မာသည်ပြုလေသမျှသောအမှုတို့တွင် အောင်မြင်တတ်သဖြင့် ဘုရားသခင်စီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူသောအမှု တို့ကို သိမြင်နားလည်နိုင်စွမ်းမရှိ။ ရန်သူများကိုလည်းပြက်ရယ်ပြုတတ်၏။
His ways prosper at all times; Thy judgments are far above out of his sight; as for all his adversaries, he puffeth at them.
6 ၆ ``ငါသည်အဘယ်အခါမျှအရေးရှုံးနိမ့် ရလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။ အဘယ်အခါမျှဒုက္ခရောက်ရလိမ့်မည် မဟုတ်'' ဟု တစ်ကိုယ်တည်းပြောဆိုနေတတ်၏။
He saith in his heart: 'I shall not be moved, I who to all generations shall not be in adversity.'
7 ၇ သူ၏နှုတ်သည်ကျိန်ဆဲခြင်း၊လိမ်လည်ခြင်း၊ ခြိမ်းခြောက်ခြင်းတို့ဖြင့်ပြည့်ဝ၏။ မုန်းတီးသောစကား၊ယုတ်မာသောစကားကို အလျင်အမြန်ပြောဆိုတတ်၏။
His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and oppression; under his tongue is mischief and iniquity.
8 ၈ သူသည်ရွာများတွင်ပုန်းအောင်းကာ အပြစ်မဲ့သူများကိုသတ်ဖြတ်တတ်၏။ ခိုကိုးရာမဲ့သူများကိုချောင်းမြောင်းနေတတ်၏။
He sitteth in the lurking-places of the villages; in secret places doth he slay the innocent; his eyes are on the watch for the helpless.
9 ၉ သူသည်သားကောင်ကိုဖမ်းဆီးရန်သားရဲတွင်း၌ ချောင်းမြောင်းနေသောခြင်္သေ့ကဲ့သို့ဝပ်၍နေ တတ်၏။ သူသည်ဆင်းရဲသူများကိုချောင်းမြောင်း၍ မိမိပိုက်ကွန်တွင်ဖမ်းဆီးပြီးလျှင်ဆွဲယူ သွားတတ်၏။
He lieth in wait in a secret place as a lion in his lair, he lieth in wait to catch the poor; he doth catch the poor, when he draweth him up in his net.
He croucheth, he boweth down, and the helpless fall into his mighty claws.
11 ၁၁ သူယုတ်မာက``ဘုရားသခင်သည်ဤအမှုတွင် ဂရုစိုက်တော်မမူ။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်မျက်စိကိုမှိတ်၍ထားတော် မူပြီ။ ငါ့ကိုအဘယ်အခါမျှမြင်တော်မူလိမ့်မည် မဟုတ်'' ဟုတစ်ကိုယ်တည်းပြောဆိုတတ်၏။
He hath said in his heart: 'God hath forgotten; He hideth His face; He will never see.'
12 ၁၂ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ထတော်မူပါ။ အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ထိုယုတ်မာသူတို့ကိုဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူပါ။ ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခခံရသူတို့ကိုမေ့လျော့တော်မမူပါနှင့်။
Arise, O LORD; O God, lift up Thy hand; forget not the humble.
13 ၁၃ သူယုတ်မာသည်အဘယ်သို့လျှင်ထာဝရဘုရားကို မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြု၍ ``ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါ့ကိုအပြစ်ဒဏ်ပေးတော်မူမည် မဟုတ်'' ဟု တစ်ကိုယ်တည်းပြောဆိုနိုင်ပါသနည်း။
Wherefore doth the wicked contemn God, and say in his heart: 'Thou wilt not require'?
14 ၁၄ သို့ရာတွင်ကိုယ်တော်သည်ဒုက္ခဝေဒနာများကို အမှန်ပင်မြင်၍မစရန်အမြဲအသင့် ရှိတော်မူပါ၏။ ခိုးကိုးရာမဲ့သူသည်မိမိကိုယ်ကိုလက်တော်သို့ အပ်တတ်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ချို့တဲ့နွမ်းပါးသူတို့ကို အစဉ်အမြဲကူမတော်မူခဲ့ပါ၏။
Thou hast seen; for Thou beholdest trouble and vexation, to requite them with Thy hand; unto Thee the helpless committeth himself; Thou hast been the helper of the fatherless.
15 ၁၅ ယုတ်မာသူနှင့်ဆိုးညစ်သူတို့၏လက်ရုံးကို ချိုးတော်မူပါ။ ထိုသူတို့သည်ဒုစရိုက်ကိုမပြုတော့သည့်တိုင် အောင် အပြစ်ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူပါ။
Break Thou the arm of the wicked; and as for the evil man, search out his wickedness, till none be found.
16 ၁၆ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ကာလအစဉ်အဆက် ဘုရင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ အခြားသောဘုရားများကိုကိုးကွယ်သူတို့သည် ပြည်တော်မှပျောက်ကွယ်သွားကြလိမ့်မည်။
The LORD is King for ever and ever; the nations are perished out of His land.
17 ၁၇ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည်စိတ်နှိမ့်ချသူတို့၏ဆုတောင်း ပတ္ထနာကိုနားညောင်းတော်မူလျက် သူတို့အားရဲစွမ်းသတ္တိကိုပေးတော်မူလိမ့် မည်။
LORD, Thou hast heard the desire of the humble: Thou wilt direct their heart, Thou wilt cause Thine ear to attend;
18 ၁၈ ဖိစီးနှိပ်စက်ခြင်းခံရသူများနှင့် မိဘမဲ့သူများအား နောက်တစ်ဖန်မခြောက်မလှန့်နိုင်စိမ့်သောငှာ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ထိုသူတို့၏ဟစ်အော်သံကို ကြားတော်မူ၍ သူတို့၏အကျိုးကိုထောက်လျက်တရားစီရင် တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
To right the fatherless and the oppressed, that man who is of the earth may be terrible no more.
