မာကု 10
1 ၁ ထိုနောက်ကိုယ်တော်သည်ထိုအရပ်မှထွက်ခွာတော် မူ၍ ယုဒပြည်သို့ကြွတော်မူပြီးလျှင်ယော်ဒန် မြစ်ကိုကူးတော်မူ၏။ လူပရိသတ်တို့သည်အထံ တော်သို့တစ်ဖန်လာရောက်စုရုံးကြပြန်၏။ ကိုယ်တော် သည်အလေ့တော်ရှိသည့်အတိုင်းသူတို့အားဟော ပြောသွန်သင်တော်မူ၏။
Then he arose and came into the confines of Judea, through the country upon the Jordan. Again multitudes resorted to him; and again, as his custom was, he taught them.
2 ၂ ထိုအခါဖာရိရှဲတို့သည်အထံတော်သို့လာ ၍ ``လူတစ်စုံတစ်ယောက်သည်မိမိ၏မယားနှင့် ကွာရှင်းအပ်ပါသလော'' ဟုပရိယာယ်ဆင်၍ မေးလျှောက်ကြ၏။
And some Pharisees came, who, to try him, asked him, Is it lawful for the husband to divorce his wife?
He answering, said to them, What precept has Moses given you on this subject?
They replied, Moses has permitted us to write her a bill of divorcement, and dismiss her.
5 ၅ သခင်ယေရှုက ``သင်တို့သည်အပြောရခက်သူ များဖြစ်၍ မောရှေသည်ဤပညတ်ကိုရေးသား ထားခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်၏။-
Jesus answering, said to them, Because of your untractable disposition, Moses gave you this permission.
6 ၆ လောကကိုဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူစကပင်ဘုရား သခင်သည် ယောကျာ်းနှင့်မိန်းမကိုဖန်ဆင်းတော် မူ၏။-
But from the beginning, at the creation, God made them a male and a female.
7 ၇ ဤအကြောင်းကြောင့်ယောကျာ်းသည်ကိုယ့်မိဘကို စွန့်၍ မိမိဇနီးနှင့်ပေါင်းသင်းနေထိုင်လိမ့်မည်။-
For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall adhere to his wife,
8 ၈ ထိုသူနှစ်ဦးတို့သည်တစ်သားတစ်ကိုယ်တည်း ဖြစ်လာကြလိမ့်မည်။ သို့ဖြစ်၍သူတို့သည်နှစ် ဦးမဟုတ်၊ တစ်ဦးတည်းဖြစ်၏။-
and they two shall be one flesh. They are, therefore, not longer two, but one flesh.
What then God has conjoined, let no man separate.
10 ၁၀ တပည့်တော်တို့သည်အိမ်သို့ပြန်ရောက်ကြ သောအခါ ဤအကြောင်းအရာကိုထပ်မံ၍ ကိုယ်တော်အားမေးလျှောက်ကြ၏။-
And, in the house, his disciples asked him anew concerning this matter.
11 ၁၁ ကိုယ်တော်က ``မိမိဇနီးကိုကွာ၍အခြား အမျိုးသမီးတစ်ယောက်နှင့်အိမ်ထောင်ပြု သူသည် မိမိဇနီး၏အိမ်ရာကိုပြစ်မှား၏။-
He said to them, Whosoever divorces his wife, and marries another, commits adultery against her;
12 ၁၂ ထိုမှတစ်ပါးမိမိခင်ပွန်းကိုကွာ၍ အခြား အမျိုးသားတစ်ယောက်နှင့်အိမ်ထောင်ပြုသော အမျိုးသမီးသည်လည်း မိမိခင်ပွန်း၏အိမ်ရာ ကိုပြစ်မှား၏'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
and if a woman divorce her husband, and marry another, she commits adultery.
13 ၁၃ လူအချို့တို့သည်ကလေးသူငယ်များအပေါ် လက်တော်တင်၍ကောင်းချီးပေးတော်မူစေရန် အထံတော်သို့ခေါ်ခဲ့ကြ၏။ သို့ရာတွင်တပည့် တော်တို့သည်ထိုသူတို့ကိုအပြစ်တင်ကြ၏။-
Then they brought children to him, that he might touch them; but the disciples rebuked those who brought them.
14 ၁၄ သခင်ယေရှုသည်ထိုအခြင်းအရာကိုမြင်တော် မူလျှင် အမျက်ထွက်တော်မူ၍ ``ကလေးသူငယ်တို့ ကိုငါ့ထံသို့လာကြပါစေ။ မဆီးတားကြနှင့်။ ဘုရားသခင်၏နိုင်ငံတော်သည်ထိုသို့သော သူတို့၏နိုင်ငံဖြစ်၏။-
Jesus perceiving this, was offended, and said, Allow the children to come to me, do not hinder them; for of such is the kingdom of God.
15 ၁၅ အမှန်အကန်ငါဆိုသည်ကားကလေးသူငယ် နည်းတူ ဘုရားသခင်၏အုပ်စိုးတော်မူခြင်းကို လက်မခံသောသူသည် နိုင်ငံတော်သို့ဝင်ရလိမ့် မည်မဟုတ်'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။-
Indeed, I say to you, whosoever will not receive the kingdom of God as a child, shall never enter it.
16 ၁၆ ထိုနောက်ကိုယ်တော်သည်ကလေးသူငယ်တို့ ကိုချီပွေ့တော်မူလျက် သူတို့အပေါ်တွင်လက် တော်ကိုတင်၍ကောင်းချီးပေးတော်မူ၏။
Then taking them up in his arms, and laying his hands upon them, he blessed them.
17 ၁၇ သခင်ယေရှုသည်ခရီးပြုရန်ထွက်တော်မူစဉ် လူတစ်ယောက်သည်အထံတော်သို့ပြေးလာပြီး လျှင်ရှေ့တော်၌ဒူးထောက်လျက် ``ကောင်းမြတ် တော်မူသောဆရာ၊ ထာဝရအသက်ကိုရအံ့ သောငှာ အကျွန်ုပ်သည်အဘယ်သို့ပြုရမည်နည်း'' ဟုမေးလျှောက်၏။ (aiōnios g166)
As he went out into the road, one came running to him, who, kneeling, asked him, Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life? (aiōnios g166)
18 ၁၈ သခင်ယေရှုက ``သင်သည်အဘယ်ကြောင့် ငါ့ ကိုကောင်းမြတ်သည်ဟုဆိုသနည်း။ ဘုရား သခင်မှတစ်ပါးကောင်းမြတ်သူတစ်စုံတစ် ယောက်မျှမရှိ။-
Jesus answered, Why do you call me good? God alone is good.
19 ၁၉ သူ့အိမ်ရာကိုမပြစ်မှားနှင့်၊ သူ့ဥစ္စာကိုမခိုး နှင့်၊ မမှန်သောသက်သေကိုမခံနှင့်၊ လိမ်လည် လှည့်စားမှုကိုမပြုနှင့်၊ မိဘကိုရိုသေမြတ် နိုးလော့ဟူသောပညတ်တော်များကိုသင်သိ သည်မဟုတ်လော'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
Do you know the commandments? Do not commit adultery; do not commit murder; do not steal; do not give false testimony; do no injury; honor your father and mother.
20 ၂၀ ထိုသူက ``ဆရာတော်၊ ဤပညတ်များကိုအကျွန်ုပ် သည်ငယ်စဉ်မှစ၍စောင့်ထိန်းခဲ့ပါပြီ'' ဟုပြန် လည်လျှောက်ထား၏။
The other replied, Rabbi, I have observed all these from my childhood.
21 ၂၁ သခင်ယေရှုသည်ထိုသူကိုမေတ္တာဖြင့်စေ့စေ့ကြည့် လျက် ``သင့်မှာလိုနေသောအရာတစ်ခုရှိသေး၏။ သွားလော့။ သင်၏ဥစ္စာရှိသမျှကိုရောင်း၍ဆင်းရဲ သူတို့အားပေးကမ်းစွန့်ကြဲလော့။ ဤသို့ပြုလျှင် သင်သည်ကောင်းကင်ဘုံတွင်ဘဏ္ဍာကိုရလိမ့်မည်။ သို့စွန့်ကြဲပြီးမှလာ၍ငါ့နောက်သို့လိုက်လော့'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။-
Jesus, looking upon him, loved him, and said to him, In one thing, nevertheless, you are deficient. Go, sell all that you have, and give the price to the poor, and you shall have treasure in heaven; then come, and follow me, carrying the cross.
22 ၂၂ ထိုသူကားဥစ္စာပစ္စည်းများစွာကြွယ်ဝသူဖြစ် သဖြင့် ကိုယ်တော်၏စကားကိုကြားသောအခါ မျက်နှာညှိုးငယ်၍စိတ်မချမ်းမသာဖြစ်လျက် ထွက်ခွာသွားလေ၏။
But he was troubled at this answer, and went away sorrowful; for he had great possessions.
23 ၂၃ သခင်ယေရှုသည်တပည့်တော်တို့ကိုလှည့်ကြည့် တော်မူပြီးနောက် ``ဥစ္စာကြွယ်ဝသူများသည်ဘုရား သခင်၏နိုင်ငံတော်သို့ဝင်နိုင်ရန်ခက်လှ၏'' ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
Then Jesus looking around him, said to his disciples, How difficult it is for the wealthy to enter the kingdom of God!
24 ၂၄ တပည့်တော်တို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်၏စကားကို ကြားလျှင် လွန်စွာအံ့သြကြ၏။ တစ်ဖန်သခင် ယေရှုက ``ငါ့သားတို့၊ ဘုရားသခင်၏နိုင်ငံ တော်သို့ဝင်နိုင်ရန်ခက်လှ၏။-
The disciples were astonished at his words; but Jesus resuming the discourse, said, Children, how difficult is it for them, who confide in wealth, to enter the kingdom of God!
25 ၂၅ အပ်နဖားကိုကုလားအုတ်လျှိုဝင်ရန် လွယ်ကောင်း လွယ်လိမ့်မည်။ ဘုရားသခင်၏နိုင်ငံတော်သို့ဥစ္စာ ကြွယ်ဝသူဝင်နိုင်ရန်ကားမလွယ်'' ဟုမိန့်တော် မူ၏။
It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.
26 ၂၆ တပည့်တော်တို့သည်အံ့သြတွေဝေကြလျက် ``ဤ သို့ဖြစ်ဘိမူ၊ အဘယ်သူသည်ကယ်တင်ခြင်းကို ရနိုင်ပါမည်နည်း'' ဟုအချင်းချင်းပြောဆို ကြ၏။
At this they were still more amazed, and said one to another, Who then can be saved?
27 ၂၇ သခင်ယေရှုသည်သူတို့ကိုစေ့စေ့ကြည့်တော်မူ ၍ ``ဤအမှုကိုလူမတတ်နိုင်သော်လည်းဘုရား သခင်တတ်နိုင်တော်မူ၏။ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ခပ်သိမ်းသောအမှုတို့ကိုတတ်နိုင်တော်မူ၏'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
Jesus looking upon them, said, To men it is impossible, but not to God; for to God all things are possible.
28 ၂၈ ထိုအခါပေတရုက ``အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည်အလုံး စုံတို့ကိုစွန့်၍ ကိုယ်တော်၏နောက်သို့လိုက်ခဲ့ ကြပါပြီ'' ဟုကိုယ်တော်အားလျှောက်ထား၏။
Then Peter took occasion to say, As for us, we have forsaken all, and followed you.
29 ၂၉ သခင်ယေရှုက ``အမှန်အကန်ငါဆိုသည်ကား ငါ့အတွက်လည်းကောင်း၊ ဧဝံဂေလိတရားအတွက် လည်းကောင်း၊ အိမ်၊ မြေ၊ ညီအစ်ကို၊ နှမ၊ အစ်မ၊ မိဘ၊ သားသမီးကိုစွန့်သောသူသည်၊-
Jesus answering, said, Indeed, I say to you, there is none who shall have forsaken his his house, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, for my sake and the gospel's;
31 ၃၁ သို့ရာတွင်အဦးဆုံးကျသူများသည်နောက်ဆုံး ကျလိမ့်မည်။ နောက်ဆုံးကျသူအများကလည်း အဦးဆုံးကျလိမ့်မည်'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
But many shall be first, who are last, and last, who are first.
32 ၃၂ သူတို့သည်ယေရုရှလင်မြို့သို့ခရီးပြုလျက်နေ ကြစဉ် ကိုယ်တော်သည်တပည့်တော်တို့၏ရှေ့က ကြွတော်မူ၏။ ထိုအခါတပည့်တော်တို့သည် ထိတ်လန့်လျက်ရှိကြ၏။ နောက်တော်မှလိုက်လာ သောလူတို့သည်လည်း ကြောက်လန့်လျက်ရှိကြ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်တပည့်တော်တစ်ဆယ့်နှစ်ဦးကို မလှမ်းမကမ်းသို့တစ်ဖန်ခေါ်သွားတော်မူပြီး လျှင် မိမိတွေ့ကြုံရမည့်အမှုအရာများကို ဖော်ပြတော်မူ၏။-
As they were on the road to Jerusalem, Jesus walking before them, a panic seized them, and they followed him with terror. Then taking the twelve aside, he told them again what would befall him.
33 ၃၃ ကိုယ်တော်က ``နားထောင်ကြလော့။ ငါတို့သည် ယေရုရှလင်မြို့သို့ခရီးပြုလျက်ရှိကြ၏။ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့တွင်လူသားအား ယဇ်ပုရော ဟိတ်ကြီးများနှင့်ကျမ်းတတ်ဆရာများ၏ လက်သို့အပ်နှံကြလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့သည်လူ သားအားသေဒဏ်စီရင်၍ လူမျိုးခြားတို့၏ လက်သို့အပ်နှံကြလိမ့်မည်။-
Behold, says he, we are going to Jerusalem, where the Son of Man shall be delivered to the chief priests, who will condemn him to die, and deliver him to the Gentiles,
34 ၃၄ လူမျိုးခြားတို့သည်လူသားအားပြောင်လှောင်၍ တံတွေးနှင့်ထွေးကြလိမ့်မည်။ ကြိမ်ဒဏ်ပေး၍ အသေသတ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သို့ရာတွင်သုံးရက် ကြာသောအခါလူသားသည် သေခြင်းမှ ထမြောက်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
who will mock him, and scourge him, and spit upon him, and kill him; but the third day he shall rise again.
35 ၃၅ ဇေဗေဒဲ၏သားများဖြစ်ကြသော ယာကုပ်နှင့် ယောဟန်တို့သည်အထံတော်သို့ချဉ်းကပ်၍ ``အရှင်ဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ပန်ကြားချက် ကိုခွင့်ပြုတော်မူပါ'' ဟုလျှောက်ထားကြ၏။
Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, accosted him, saying, Rabbi, we beg you would grant us what we purpose to ask.
He said to them, what would you have me grant you?
37 ၃၇ သူတို့က ``အရှင်ဘုန်းတန်ခိုးနှင့်စိုးစံရသော အခါ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့အားအရှင်၏လက်ယာရံ၊ လက်ဝဲရံအဖြစ်ခန့်ထားတော်မူပါ'' ဟု လျှောက်ထားကြ၏။
They answered, That when you shall have attained your glory, one of us may sit at your right hand, and the other at your left.
38 ၃၈ သခင်ယေရှုက ``သင်တို့ပန်ကြားနေသည့်အရာ ကို သင်တို့မသိကြ။ ငါသောက်ရမည့်ဒုက္ခဝေဒနာ ခွက်ကိုသောက်ရန်နှင့် ငါခံရမည့်ဗတ္တိဇံကိုခံရန် သင်တို့တတ်စွမ်းနိုင်ကြသလော'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
Jesus replied, You know not what you ask. Can you drink such a cup as I am to drink; and undergo an immersion like that which I must undergo?
39 ၃၉ သူတို့က ``အကျွန်ုပ်တို့တတ်စွမ်းနိုင်ပါသည်'' ဟု လျှောက်ထားကြ၏။ သခင်ယေရှုက ``သင်တို့သည်ငါသောက်ရမည့် ခွက်ကိုသောက်ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ ငါခံရမည့်ဗတ္တိဇံ ကိုလည်းခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။-
They answered, We can. Jesus said to them, You shall indeed drink such a cup, as I am to drink, and undergo an immersion like that which I must undergo;
40 ၄၀ သို့ရာတွင်ငါ၏လက်ယာရံ၊ လက်ဝဲရံအဖြစ် ကိုမူ ငါသည်မပေးပိုင်။ ဤအခွင့်အရေးများ သည်ဘုရားသခင်စီမံပြင်ဆင်ထားသူများ အတွက်သာဖြစ်၏'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
but to sit at my right hand, and left, I can not give, unless to those for whom it is appointed.
41 ၄၁ ဤအကြောင်းအရာကိုအခြားတပည့်တော် ဆယ်ဦးတို့ကြားသိကြသောအခါ ယာကုပ် နှင့်ယောဟန်တို့ကိုစိတ်ဆိုးကြ၏။-
The ten hearing this, conceived indignation against James and John.
42 ၄၂ ထိုအခါသခင်ယေရှုသည်တပည့်တော်တို့ ကိုခေါ်တော်မူလျက် ``မင်းစိုးရာဇာတို့သည် ပြည်သူတို့အပေါ်ဝယ်အစိုးတရပြုတတ် ကြ၏။ အကြီးအကဲတို့သည်အာဏာကို သုံးတတ်ကြသည်။-
But Jesus having called them together, said to them, You know that those who are accounted the princes of the nations, domineer over them; and their great ones exercise authority upon them;
43 ၄၃ သင်တို့အချင်းချင်းတွင်မူကားထိုသို့မဖြစ် သင့်။ သင်တို့အနက်အကြီးအကဲဖြစ်လိုသူ သည် သူတစ်ပါးတို့၏အစေကိုခံရမည်။-
but it must not be so amongst you. On the contrary, whosoever would be great amongst you, shall be your servant;
and whosoever would be the chief, shall be the slave of all.
45 ၄၅ လူသားပင်လျှင်သူတစ်ပါးအားစေစားရန် ကြွလာသည်မဟုတ်။ သူတစ်ပါး၏ အစေကို ခံရန်လည်းကောင်း၊ မိမိအသက်ကိုစွန့်၍လူ အမြောက်အမြားအားရွေးနုတ်ရန်လည်း ကောင်းကြွလာသတည်းဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life a ransom for many.
46 ၄၆ ကိုယ်တော်နှင့်တပည့်တော်တို့သည်ယေရိခေါ မြို့သို့ရောက်ကြပြီးနောက် လူပရိသတ်ကြီး နှင့်အတူထိုမြို့မှထွက်ခွာကြ၏။ ယင်းသို့ ထွက်ခွာချိန်၌တိမဲ၏သားဗာတိမဲဆိုသူ မျက်မမြင်သူတောင်းစားတစ်ယောက်သည် လမ်းအနီးတွင်ထိုင်လျက်နေ၏။-
Then they came to Jericho. Afterward, as he was departing thence, with his disciples, and a great crowd, blind Bartimeus, son of Timeus, who sat by the way-side begging,
47 ၄၇ သူသည်နာဇရက်မြို့သားယေရှုရောက်ရှိတော် မူကြောင်းကိုကြာသိရသောအခါ ``ဒါဝိဒ်၏ သားတော်ယေရှု၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုသနားတော်မူ ပါ'' ဟုဟစ်အော်လေ၏။
hearing that it was Jesus the Nazarene, cried, saying, Jesus Son of David, have pity upon me!
48 ၄၈ လူတို့ကသူ့အားဆိတ်ဆိတ်နေရန်ငေါက်ငမ်း ပြောဆိုကြ၏။ သို့သော်လည်းသူသည် ``ဒါဝိဒ် ၏သားတော်ယေရှု၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုသနားတော် မူပါ'' ဟုပို၍ပင်ဟစ်အော်လေ၏။
Many charged him to be silent, but he cried still the louder, Son of David, have pity upon me!
49 ၄၉ သခင်ယေရှုသည်ရပ်တန့်တော်မူလျက် ``သူ့ကို ခေါ်ခဲ့လော့'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။ လူတို့သည်မျက်မမြင်အား ``အားမငယ်နှင့်။ ထလော့။ သင့်ကိုကိုယ်တော်ခေါ်တော်မူသည်'' ဟုဆိုကြ၏။
Jesus stopping, ordered them to call him. Accordingly they called the blind man, saying to him, Take courage; arise, he calls you.
50 ၅၀ ထိုသူသည်မိမိ၏ခြုံထည်ကိုဘေးသို့ပစ်ချ လိုက်ပြီးနောက် ခုန်၍ထကာသခင်ယေရှုထံ တော်သို့လာလေ၏။
Then throwing down his mantle, he sprang up, and went to Jesus.
51 ၅၁ သခင်ယေရှုက ``သင့်အတွက်အဘယ်အရာ ကိုပြုစေလိုသနည်း'' ဟုမေးတော်မူ၏။ မျက်မမြင်က ``အရှင်ဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အား မျက်စိပြန်၍မြင်စေတော်မူပါ'' ဟုလျှောက် ၏။
Jesus addressing him, said, What do you wish me to do for you? Rabboni, answered the blind man, to give me my sight.
52 ၅၂ သခင်ယေရှုက ``သွားလော့။ သင်၏ယုံကြည် ခြင်းသည်သင့်ရောဂါကိုပျောက်စေပြီ'' ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။ ချက်ချင်းပင်ထိုသူသည်မျက်စိမြင်၍ ကိုယ်တော် ကြွတော်မူရာလမ်းတွင်နောက်တော်ကလိုက်လေ သည်။
Jesus said to him, Go; your faith has cured you. Immediately he recovered his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.
