ဝတ်ပြုရာ 17
1 ၁ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မောရှေမှတစ်ဆင့်အာရုန်၊ သူ၏သားများနှင့်ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား အပေါင်းတို့အား အောက်ဖော်ပြပါပညတ် များကိုချမှတ်ပေးတော်မူ၏။-
The Lord told Moses,
2 ၂
“Tell Aaron, his sons, and all the Israelites that this is what the Lord commands:
3 ၃ ထာဝရဘုရားစံတော်မူရာတဲတော်တံခါး ဝမှလွဲ၍ အခြားတစ်နေရာရာတွင်နွားကို ဖြစ်စေ၊ ဆိတ်ကိုဖြစ်စေသတ်၍ ထာဝရဘုရား အားပူဇော်သောဣသရေလအမျိုးသားသည် ပညတ်တော်ကိုချိုးဖောက်သူဖြစ်၏။ သူသည် သွေးသွန်းမှုလွန်ကူးသောကြောင့် ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏လူမျိုးတော်မှထုတ်ပယ်ခြင်းခံ ရမည်။-
Any Israelite who kills a bull, a lamb, or a goat, whether inside the camp or outside of it,

instead of bringing it to the entrance to the Tent of Meeting to present it as an offering to the Lord there, that person shall be held guilty of illegal killing. They have shed blood and must be expelled from their people.
5 ၅ ဤပညတ်၏ရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့သည် ယခင်ကတိရစ္ဆာန်များကို ကွင်းပြင်၌သတ်ခဲ့သော်လည်း ယခုထာဝရ ဘုရားရှေ့တော်၌သတ်စေရန်ဖြစ်သည်။ သူ တို့သည်တိရစ္ဆာန်များကို ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်ထံ တဲတော်တံခါးဝသို့ယူဆောင်ခဲ့ပြီးလျှင် မိတ်သဟာယယဇ်အဖြစ်သတ်၍ပူဇော် ရမည်။-
This is why the Israelites have to bring to the Lord the sacrifices they currently offer out in the fields. They must bring them to the priest at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting and offer them as peace offerings to the Lord.
6 ၆ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်သည် သွေးကိုတဲတော်တံခါးဝ ရှိယဇ်ပလ္လင်လေးဘက်တွင် ပက်ဖျန်းရမည်။ ထို နောက်အဆီကိုမီးရှို့ပူဇော်သဖြင့် ထာဝရ ဘုရားနှစ်သက်တော်မူသောရနံ့ကိုထွက် ပေါ်စေမည်။-
The priest will sprinkle the blood on the altar of the Lord at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting, and burn the fat to be accepted by the Lord.
7 ၇ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့သည် ထာဝရ ဘုရားအားသစ္စာဖောက်၍ကွင်းပြင်များတွင် တိရစ္ဆာန်များကိုသတ်ပြီး နတ်မိစ္ဆာတို့အား နောက်တစ်ဖန်မပူဇော်ရ။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး သားတို့သည် ဤပညတ်ကိုထာဝစဉ်စောင့်ထိန်း ရကြမည်။
They must not continue to offer their sacrifices to the goat devils with whom they have acted like prostitutes. This is a regulation for all time and for all future generations.
8 ၈ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားဖြစ်စေ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့နှင့်နေထိုင်သောလူမျိုးခြား သားဖြစ်စေ၊ တဲတော်တံခါးဝမှလွဲ၍အခြား တစ်နေရာတွင် မီးရှို့သောယဇ်ကိုသော်လည်း ကောင်း၊ အခြားယဇ်ကောင်ကိုသော်လည်းကောင်း ထာဝရဘုရားအားပူဇော်လျှင်ထိုသူကို ဘုရားသခင်၏လူမျိုးတော်မှထုတ်ပယ် ရမည်။
Warn them that any Israelite or any foreigner living among them who offers a burnt offering or a sacrifice

without bringing it to the entrance to the Tent of Meeting to sacrifice it to the Lord must be expelled from their people.
10 ၁၀ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားဖြစ်စေ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့နှင့်နေထိုင်သောလူမျိုးခြား သားဖြစ်စေ၊ သွေးပါသောအသားကိုစား လျှင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ထိုသူကိုမျက်နှာ လွှဲ၍ မိမိ၏လူမျိုးတော်မှထုတ်ပယ်တော် မူလိမ့်မည်။-
I will disown any Israelite or any foreigner living among them who eats any blood and I will expel them from their people.
11 ၁၁ သတ္တဝါတိုင်း၏အသက်သည်သွေး၌တည်သော ကြောင့် ထာဝရဘုရားသည်လူတို့၏အပြစ် ပြေစေရန်အတွက် သွေးဟူသမျှကိုယဇ်ပလ္လင် ပေါ်သို့သွန်းလောင်းရမည်ဟုပညတ်တော် မူ၏။ သွေးသည်အသက်ဖြစ်၍ အပြစ်ကို ပြေစေ၏။-
Life is in the body's blood. I have given it to you so that by putting it on the altar your lives can be made right, for it is the lifeblood that makes people's lives right.
12 ၁၂ ထိုအကြောင်းကြောင့်ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား ဖြစ်စေ၊ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့နှင့်နေ ထိုင်သောလူမျိုးခြားသားဖြစ်စေ သွေးပါ သောအသားကိုမစားရဟုထာဝရ ဘုရားပညတ်တော်မူ၏။
That's why I'm warning the Israelites: None of you is allowed to eat blood, and no foreigner living among you is allowed to eat blood.
13 ၁၃ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားဖြစ်စေ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့နှင့်နေထိုင်သောလူမျိုးခြား ဖြစ်စေ၊ စားနိုင်သောတိရစ္ဆာန်သို့မဟုတ်ငှက် ကိုဖမ်းမိလျှင် ထိုသတ္တဝါ၏သွေးကိုမြေကြီး ပေါ်သို့သွန်းလောင်း၍မြေဖြင့်ဖုံးရမည်။-
Any Israelite or foreigner living among them who hunts and kills a wild animal or a bird which are allowed be eaten must drain the blood from its body and cover it with earth,
14 ၁၄ သတ္တဝါတိုင်း၏အသက်သည်သွေး၌တည်သော ကြောင့် ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့သည်သွေး ပါသောအသားကိုမစားရ။ စားသောသူသည် ကိုယ်တော်၏လူမျိုးတော်မှထုတ်ပယ်ခြင်း ကိုခံရမည်ဟုထာဝရဘုရားမိန့်တော် မူ၏။
for life is in the body's blood. That's why I have warned the Israelites: You are not allowed to eat the blood of anything living, for life is in the body's blood. Anyone who eats it must be expelled.
15 ၁၅ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားဖြစ်စေ၊ လူမျိုးခြား သားဖြစ်စေ၊ ဋ္ဌမ္မတာအလျောက်သေသော တိရစ္ဆာန်၏အသား သို့မဟုတ်သားရဲကိုက် သတ်၍သေသောတိရစ္ဆာန်၏အသားကိုစား လျှင် မိမိအဝတ်ကိုဖွပ်လျှော်၍ရေချိုးရ မည်။ သူသည်ညဦးတိုင်အောင်စောင့်ဆိုင်း ပြီးမှ ဘာသာရေးထုံးနည်းအရသန့်စင် လာလိမ့်မည်။-
Anyone, Israelite or foreigner, who eats anything found dead or killed by wild animals must wash their clothes and wash with water, and they will be unclean until the evening. Then they will be clean.
But if they don't wash their clothes and wash themselves with water, then they bear responsibility for their guilt.”
