မြည်တမ်းစကား 5
1 ၁ အို ထာဝရဘုရားအဘယ်သို့သော အဖြစ်အပျက်များနှင့် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့ကြုံတွေ့ရကြသည်ကို အောက်မေ့သတိရတော်မူပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အားကြည့်တော်မူပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အသရေပျက်မှုကို ရှုမြင်တော်မူပါ။
Remember, O Jehovah, what has come upon us. Behold, and see our reproach.
2 ၂ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏ပစ္စည်းဥစ္စာများသည် သူစိမ်းတစ်ရံဆံတို့၏လက်သို့ရောက်ရှိနေပါပြီ။ လူမျိုးခြားများသည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏အိမ်များတွင် နေထိုင်လျက်ရှိကြပါ၏။
Our inheritance is turned to strangers, our houses to aliens.
3 ၃ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏ဖခင်များသည်ရန်သူ၏ သတ်ဖြတ်မှုကိုခံရကြလျက် မိခင်များမှာမုဆိုးမများ ဖြစ်ရကြပါ၏။
We are orphans and fatherless. Our mothers are as widows.
4 ၄ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့သည်မိမိတို့၏သောက်ရေအတွက် အဖိုးငွေပေးရကြပါ၏။ ထင်းကိုလည်းဝယ်ယူရကြပါ၏။
We have drunken our water for money. Our wood is sold to us.
5 ၅ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့သည်မြည်းများ၊ ကုလားအုတ် များကဲ့သို့ နောက်မှအပြင်းမောင်းနှင်ခြင်းခံနေရကြပါ၏။ မောပန်းပါသော်လည်းနားနေခွင့်မရကြပါ။
Our pursuers are upon our necks. We are weary, and have no rest.
6 ၆ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့သည်မိမိတို့အသက်ရှင်ရေးအတွက် အစားအစာအလုံအလောက်ရရှိနိုင်ရန် အာရှုရိပြည်နှင့်အီဂျစ်ပြည်သို့သွား၍ တောင်းရမ်းရကြပါ၏။
We have given the hand to the Egyptians, and to the Assyrians, to be satisfied with bread.
7 ၇ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏ဘိုးဘေးများသည်အပြစ် ကူးပြီးနောက်သေလွန်သွားကြသဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့သည်သူတို့၏အပြစ်ဝန်ကို ထမ်းရကြပါ၏။
Our fathers sinned, and are not, and we have borne their iniquities.
8 ၈ ကျွန်များနှင့်မခြားနားသူတို့၏အုပ်စိုး ခြင်းကို ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့ခံကြရသော်လည်း အဘယ်သူမျှကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အားထိုသူတို့၏ လက်မှမကယ်နိုင်ပါ။
Servants rule over us. There is none to deliver us out of their hand.
9 ၉ ကျေးလက်များတွင်လူသတ်သမားတို့ လှည့်လည်သွားလာလျက်နေသဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့သည်အသက်စွန့်၍ အစားအစာရှာဖွေရကြပါ၏။
We get our bread at the peril of our lives, because of the sword of the wilderness.
10 ၁၀ ဆာလောင်မွတ်သိပ်မှုကြောင့်အဖျားတက်သဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏အသားအရေသည် မုန့်ဖိုတမျှပူလောင်ပါ၏။
Our skin is black like an oven, because of the burning heat of famine.
11 ၁၁ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏ဇနီးများသည် ဇိအုန်တောင်ပေါ်၌ပင်လျှင် မုဒိမ်းအကျင့်ခံရကြပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏သမီးပျိုများသည် ယုဒကျေးရွာမှန်သမျှ၌ အနိုင်အထက်မတော်မတရားပြုကျင့်မှုကို ခံရကြပါ၏။
They ravished the women in Zion, the virgins in the cities of Judah.
12 ၁၂ ရန်သူများသည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏ ခေါင်းဆောင်များအား ဖမ်းဆီး၍စက်တိုင်တင်ကြပါ၏။ သူတို့သည်အသက်ကြီးသူများကိုလည်း ရိုသေလေးစားမှုမပြုကြပါ။
Rulers were hanged up by their hand. The faces of elders were not honored.
13 ၁၃ လူငယ်လူရွယ်များသည်ကျေးကျွန်သဖွယ် စပါးကြိတ်ရကြပါ၏။ လူငယ်တို့သည်လည်းလေးလံသော ထင်းစည်းများကိုယိမ်းယိုင်ကာသယ်ပို့ရ ကြပါ၏။
The young men bore the mill, and the sons stumbled under the wood.
14 ၁၄ အသက်ကြီးသူတို့သည်မြို့တံခါးအနီးတွင် မထိုင်ကြတော့ပါ။ လူငယ်လူရွယ်များသည်လည်းသီဆိုတီးမှုတ် မှုကို မပြုကြတော့ပါ။
The elders have ceased from the gate, the young men from their music.
15 ၁၅ ဝမ်းမြောက်ရွှင်လန်းမှုသည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့ ၏ဘဝမှ ကွယ်ပျောက်သွားပါပြီ။ ကခုန်မှုများသည်ဝမ်းနည်းကြေကွဲမှုများသို့ ပြောင်းလဲသွားပါပြီ။
The joy of our heart is ceased, our dance is turned into mourning.
16 ၁၆ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့တွင်ဂုဏ်ယူဝါကြွားစရာ တစ်ခုမျှမကျန်ရှိတော့ပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့သည်အပြစ်ကူးကြသဖြင့် အမင်္ဂလာရှိကြပါ၏။
The crown has fallen from our head. Woe to us! For we have sinned.
17 ၁၇ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့သည်စိတ်ပျက်၍ မျက်ရည်များဝိုင်းလျက်နေသဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏မျက်စိများသည် ကြည့်၍မမြင်နိုင်တော့ပါ။
For this our heart is faint. For these things our eyes are dim,
for the mountain of Zion, which is desolate. The foxes walk upon it.
19 ၁၉ သို့ရာတွင် အို ထာဝရဘုရားကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည် ထာဝစဉ်ဘုရင်ဖြစ်တော်မူပါ၏။ ရာဇပလ္လင်တော်သည်နိစ္စထာဝရတည် ပါလိမ့်မည်။
Thou, O Jehovah, abide forever. Thy throne is from generation to generation.
20 ၂၀ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်အဘယ်ကြောင့် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အားအစဉ်အမြဲမေ့လျော့၍ နေတော်မူပါသနည်း။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဤမျှကြာစွာကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့ကို စွန့်ပစ်၍ထားတော်မူပါသနည်း။
Why do thou forget us forever, and forsake us so long time?
21 ၂၁ အို ထာဝရဘုရားအထံတော်သို့ ပြန်လာခွင့်ပြုတော်မူပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အားပြန်လာစေတော်မူပါ။ ရှေးကာလမှာကဲ့သို့ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အား ဘုန်းကြီးစေတော်မူပါ။
Turn thou us back to thee, O Jehovah, and we shall be turned back. Renew our days as of old.
22 ၂၂ သို့တည်းမဟုတ်ကိုယ်တော်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး တို့အား ထာဝစဉ်စွန့်ပစ်ထားတော်မူပြီလော။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အမျက်တော်ငြိမ်းမည့် ကာလမရှိတော့ပါတကား။ ပရောဖက်ယေရမိမြည်တမ်းသော စကားပြီး၏။
But thou have utterly rejected us. Thou are very angry against us.
