ဟေရှာယ 44
1 ၁ ထာဝရဘုရားက ``ငါ၏အစေခံဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၊ ငါရွေးချယ်ထားသောလူမျိုးတော်၊ ယာကုပ်၏ သားမြေးတို့၊ယခုနားထောင်ကြလော့။
And now hear, Jacob, my servant, and Israel, whom I have chosen:
2 ၂ ငါသည်သင်တို့ကိုဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင်ဖြစ်၏။ သင်တို့မွေးဖွားချိန်မှအစပြု၍ငါသည် သင်တို့အားကူမခဲ့လေပြီ။ မကြောက်ကြနှင့်၊ သင်တို့သည် ငါ၏အစေခံ၊ ငါချစ်မြတ်နိုး၍ရွေးချယ်ထားသည့် လူမျိုးတော်ဖြစ်ကြ၏။
thus saith Jehovah, that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, who helpeth thee, Fear not, Jacob, my servant, and thou, Jeshurun, whom I have chosen.
3 ၃ ``ငါသည်ရေငတ်သည့်ပြည်တွင်မိုးရွာသွန်းစေမည်။ သဲကန္တာရတွင်စမ်းရေများပေါက်စေမည်။ သင်တို့၏သားသမီးများအပေါ်တွင်ငါ၏ တန်ခိုးတော်ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ သင်တို့သားမြေးများအပေါ်တွင်ငါ၏ ကောင်းချီး မင်္ဂလာများကိုလည်းကောင်းသွန်းလောင်းမည်။
For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground; I will pour my Spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring.
4 ၄ သူတို့သည်ရေကောင်းစွာရသည့်မြက်များ ကဲ့သို့ ရေစီးသောချောင်းအနီးရှိမိုးမခပင်များကဲ့သို့ စိမ်းလန်းဝေဆာလျက်နေကြလိမ့်မည်။
And they shall spring up among the grass, as willows by the water-courses.
5 ၅ ``လူတို့သည်တစ်ယောက်ပြီးတစ်ယောက် `ငါသည်ထာဝရဘုရား၏လူဖြစ်ပါသည်' ဟု ပြောဆိုကြလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့သည်ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားများနှင့် အတူ လာရောက်နေထိုင်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့သည်ကိုယ်စီကိုယ်ငှလက်မောင်းတွင် ထာဝရဘုရား၏နာမတော်ကိုရေးမှတ်ကာ၊ မိမိတို့ကိုယ်ကိုထာဝရဘုရား၏လူမျိုး တော်ဟု မှည့်ခေါ်ကြလိမ့်မည်'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
One shall say, I am Jehovah's; and another shall call [himself] by the name of Jacob; and another shall write with his hand: [I am] Jehovah's, and surname [himself] by the name of Israel.
6 ၆ ဣသရေလအမျိုးကိုအစိုးရ၍ကာကွယ် စောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူသောထာဝရဘုရား၊ အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်ထာဝရဘုရားက ``ငါသည်ကပ်ကာလအစမှအဆုံးတိုင် အောင် တည်နေတော်မူသောအရှင်၊ တစ်ဆူတည်းသောဘုရားသခင်ဖြစ်တော် မူ၏။ ငါမှတစ်ပါးအခြားအဘယ်ဘုရားမျှမရှိ။
Thus saith Jehovah, the King of Israel, and his Redeemer, Jehovah of hosts: I [am] the first, and I [am] the last, and beside me there is no God.
7 ၇ ငါပြုခဲ့သည့်အမှုတို့ကိုပြုနိုင်၍ကပ် ကာလအစမှ အဆုံးတိုင်အောင်ဖြစ်ပျက်မည့်အမှုအရာ မှန်သမျှကို ပြတ်သားစွာကြိုတင်ဖော်ပြနိုင်သူတစ်စုံ တစ်ယောက် ရှိပါသလော'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? And the coming things, and those that shall happen, let them declare unto them.
8 ၈ အို ငါ၏လူမျိုးတော်၊ မကြောက်ကြနှင့်၊ ငါသည်ရှေးပဝေသဏီကာလမှစ၍ ယခုတိုင်အောင်ဖြစ်ပျက်မည့်အမှုအရာမှန် သမျှကို ကြိုတင်ကြေညာခဲ့သည်ကိုသင်တို့သိကြ၏။ သင်တို့သည်ငါ၏အသိသက်သေများဖြစ် ကြပါသည်တကား။ ငါမှတစ်ပါးအခြားအဘယ်ဘုရားရှိပါ သနည်း။ အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှငါမကြားဘူးသည့် တန်ခိုးတော်ရှင်ဘုရားသခင်ရှိပါသလော။
Fear not, neither be afraid. Have I not caused thee to hear from that time, and have declared it? and ye are my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no Rock: I know not any.
9 ၉ ရုပ်တုဆင်းတုပြုလုပ်သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် တန်ဖိုးမဲ့သူများဖြစ်၍ သူတို့အမြတ်တနိုး ထားသည့်ဘုရားများသည်လည်းအသုံးမဝင် ကြ။ ထိုဘုရားများကိုကိုးကွယ်ဝတ်ပြုကြ သောသူတို့သည်မျက်စိကန်းသူများ၊ အသိ ပညာကင်းမဲ့သူများဖြစ်၏။ သူတို့သည် အသရေပျက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။-
They that form a graven image are all of them vanity, and their delectable things are of no profit; and they are their own witnesses: they see not, nor know; — that they may be ashamed.
10 ၁၀ ဘုရားအဖြစ်ဝတ်ပြုကိုးကွယ်ရန်အတွက် ရုပ်တုကိုသွန်းလုပ်မှုသည်အကျိုးမရှိ ပါတကား။-
Who hath formed a god, or molten a graven image that is profitable for nothing?
11 ၁၁ ထိုရုပ်တုကိုဝတ်ပြုကိုးကွယ်သူမှန်သမျှ သည် ရှုတ်ချခြင်းကိုခံရလိမ့်မည်။ ရုပ်တုဆင်း တုများကိုသွန်းလုပ်သူတို့သည် သာမန်လူ သားများသာလျှင်ဖြစ်ပေသည်။ သူတို့သည် ငါ၏ရှေ့တော်သို့လာရောက်၍အစစ်အဆေး ခံကြပါလေစေ။ သူတို့သည်ထိတ်လန့် တုန်လှုပ်ကာအရှက်ကွဲရကြလိမ့်မည်။
Behold, all his fellows shall be ashamed; and the workmen are but men. Let them all be gathered together, let them stand up: they shall fear, they shall be ashamed together.
12 ၁၂ ပန်းပဲသမားသည်သံကိုယူပြီးလျှင်မီးတွင် ဖုတ်၏။ ထိုနောက်မိမိ၏သန်မာသောလက်ရုံး ကိုလွှဲ၍သံတူနှင့်ထုကာပုံဖော်ပေး၏။ သူ သည်အစာရေစာမွတ်သိပ်၍မောပန်းတတ် သူဖြစ်၏။
The iron-smith [hath] a chisel, and he worketh in the coals, and he fashioneth it with hammers, and worketh it with his strong arm; — but he is hungry, and his strength faileth; he hath not drunk water, and he is faint.
13 ၁၃ ပန်းပုသမားသည်သစ်သားကိုတိုင်းတာပြီး လျှင် ရုပ်ပုံတစ်ခုကိုမြေဖြူနှင့်ရေးဆွဲ၍ မိမိ ၏တန်ဆာပလာများဖြင့်ထုလုပ်တတ်၏။ သူ သည်ဝတ်ပြုကိုးကွယ်ရာဌာနတွင်ထားရှိ ရန်အတွက် လှပသောလူရုပ်တစ်ခုကိုထု လုပ်လေသည်။-
The worker in wood stretcheth out a line; he marketh it out with red chalk; he formeth it with sharp tools, and he marketh it out with the compass, and maketh it after the figure of a man, according to the beauty of man: that it may remain in the house.
14 ၁၄ သူသည်မိမိအသုံးပြုရန်အာရဇ်ပင်(သစ်ကတိုး) ကိုခုတ်လှဲရ၏။ တောမှဝက်သစ်ချသား၊ သို့မ ဟုတ်ထင်းရှူးသားကိုရွေးချယ်ရာ၏။ ထိုသို့ မဟုတ်သေးလျှင်လည်းသပိတ်ပင်ကိုစိုက်ပျိုး ကာအပင်ပေါက်၍ရင့်သန်လာစေရန်မိုး ကိုစောင့်မျှော်တတ်၏။-
When he heweth him down cedars, he taketh also a holm-oak and a terebinth — he chooseth for himself among the trees of the forest: he planteth a pine, and the rain maketh [it] grow.
15 ၁၅ လူသည်သစ်ပင်တစ်ပိုင်းကိုထင်းအဖြစ်ဖြင့် လည်းကောင်း၊ အခြားတစ်ပိုင်းကိုရုပ်တုထု လုပ်ရန်လည်းကောင်းအသုံးပြုတတ်၏။ သစ် ပင်တစ်ပိုင်းဖြင့်မီးလှုံရန်နှင့်မုန့်ဖုတ်ရန်မီး ကိုမွှေး၍အခြားတစ်ပိုင်းဖြင့် နတ်ဘုရား ရုပ်တုလုပ်ကာဝတ်ပြုကိုးကွယ်တတ်လေ သည်။-
And it shall be for a man to burn, and he taketh thereof, and warmeth himself; he kindleth it also, and baketh bread; he maketh also a god, and worshippeth it; he maketh it a graven image, and falleth down thereto.
16 ၁၆ သူသည်သစ်သားအချို့ဖြင့်မီးကိုမွှေးပြီး လျှင် အမဲသားကိုကင်၍စားကာရောင့်ရဲ လျက်နေတတ်၏။ သူသည်မီးလှုံလျက်နေ ရင်း``ယခုငါသည်ပူနွေး၍လာလေပြီ။ ဤမီးသည်အလွန်နှစ်သက်ဖွယ်ကောင်း ပါသည်တကား'' ဟုဆိုတတ်၏။-
He burneth part thereof in the fire; with part thereof he eateth flesh, he roasteth roast, and is satisfied; yea, he is warm, and saith, Aha, I am become warm, I have seen the fire.
17 ၁၇ ထိုနောက်သူသည်အခြားကျန်ရှိသောသစ် သားဖြင့်ရုပ်တုတစ်ခုကိုထုလုပ်ပြီးလျှင် ဦးချဝတ်ပြု၍ ထိုရုပ်တုအား``အရှင်သည် ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကယ်မတော်မူပါ'' ဟု ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာပြုတတ်၏။
And with the remainder thereof he maketh a god, his graven image; he falleth down unto it, and worshippeth it, and prayeth unto it, and saith, Deliver me, for thou art my god.
18 ၁၈ ဤသို့သောလူတို့သည်မိုက်မဲထုံထိုင်းလှ သဖြင့် မိမိတို့အဘယ်အမှုကိုပြုလျက် နေသည်ကိုပင်မသိကြ။ အမှန်တရားကို မမြင်မသိနိုင်ရန် မိမိတို့၏မျက်စိများ နှင့်စိတ်နှလုံးတံခါးများကိုပိတ်ထား ကြ၏။-
They have no knowledge, and understand not; for he hath plastered their eyes, that they may not see; and their hearts, that they may not understand.
19 ၁၉ ``ငါသည်သစ်သားအချို့ကိုမီးဆိုက်လိုက် ၏။ မီးကျီးခဲများဖြင့်မုန့်ကိုဖုတ်ကာအမဲ သားကိုကင်၍စား၏။ ကျန်ရှိနေသောသစ် သားဖြင့်ရုပ်တုတစ်ခုကိုပြုလုပ်၏။ ယခု ငါသည်ထိုသစ်သားတုံး၏ရှေ့၌ဦးညွှတ် ပြပ်ဝပ်လျက်နေပါသည်တကား'' ဟုပြော ဆိုနိုင်လောက်အောင်ရုပ်တုထုလုပ်သူတွင် အသိအလိမ္မာဉာဏ်အမြော်အမြင်မရှိ။
And none taketh it to heart, neither is there knowledge nor understanding to say, I have burned part of it in the fire, and have also baked bread upon the coals thereof, I have roasted flesh, and eaten [it], and with the rest thereof shall I make an abomination? shall I bow down to a block of wood?
20 ၂၀ သူပြုသောအမှုသည်မီးဖိုပြာကိုစားသ ကဲ့သို့ အနက်အဋ္ဌိပ္ပါယ်ကင်းမဲ့ပေ၏။ မိမိ ၏မိုက်မှားသောအတွေးအခေါ်များက သူ့ကိုလမ်းလွဲ၍နေစေ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍သူ့ အားကူညီပြုစုပေးရန်ပင်မဖြစ်နိုင် တော့ပေ။ သူသည်မိမိလက်တွင်ကိုင်ထား သည့်ရုပ်တုမှာဘုရားလုံးဝမဟုတ် ကြောင်းကိုမသိ။
He feedeth on ashes; a deceived heart hath turned him aside, that he cannot deliver his soul, nor say, Is there not a lie in my right hand?
21 ၂၁ ထာဝရဘုရားက ``အို ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၊ ဤအကြောင်းအရာများကို အောက်မေ့သတိရကြလော့။ သင်တို့သည်ငါ၏အစေခံများဖြစ်သည် ကို အောက်မေ့သတိရကြလော့။ သင်တို့အားငါ့၏အစေခံများအဖြစ်ဖြင့် ငါဖန်ဆင်းခဲ့၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ငါသည်သင်တို့ကို အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှမေ့လျော့လိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
Remember these things, O Jacob, and Israel, for thou art my servant; I have formed thee: thou art my servant, Israel; thou shalt not be forgotten of me.
22 ၂၂ ငါသည်သင်တို့၏အပြစ်များကို မိုးတိမ်သဖွယ် လွင့်စင်သွားစေပြီ။ ငါ့ထံသို့ပြန်လာကြလော့။ သင်တို့ကို ကယ်တင်သူကားငါပင်ဖြစ်၏။''
I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.
23 ၂၃ အချင်းမိုးကောင်းကင်၊ ဝမ်းမြောက်ရွှင်လန်း စွာ ကြွေးကြော်ကြလော့။ ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးရှိနက်ရှိုင်းရာအရပ်တို့၊ ကြွေးကြော်ကြလော့။ တောင်များနှင့်တောမှသစ်ပင်အပေါင်းတို့၊ ဝမ်းမြောက်ရွှင်လန်းစွာကြွေးကြော်ကြလော့။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိ၏လူမျိုးတော် ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့အားကယ်တော် မူ၍၊ မိမိ၏ ဘုန်းအာနုဘော်တော်ကိုပြတော်မူပြီ။
Sing, ye heavens; for Jehovah hath done it: shout, ye lower parts of the earth; break forth into singing, ye mountains, the forest, and every tree therein! For Jehovah hath redeemed Jacob, and glorified himself in Israel.
24 ၂၄ ``ငါသည်သင်တို့ကို ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူသောအရှင်ကယ်တင်ရှင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ငါသည်ခပ်သိမ်းသောအရာတို့ကိုဖန်ဆင်းသည့် ထာဝရဘုရားတည်း။ မိုးကောင်းကင်ကိုငါတစ်ပါးတည်းဖြန့်ကြက်ခဲ့၏။ ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးကိုငါဖန်ဆင်းသောအခါ အဘယ်သူမျှငါ့အားမကူညီခဲ့ကြ။
Thus saith Jehovah, thy Redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb: I [am] Jehovah, the maker of all things; who alone stretched out the heavens, who did spread forth the earth by myself;
25 ၂၅ ငါသည်ဗေဒင်ဆရာတို့ကိုအရူးဖြစ်စေ၍ နက္ခတ်ဆရာတို့၏ဟောကြားချက်များကို ပျက်ပြားစေ၏။ ပညာရှိတို့၏စကားများကိုချေပ၍သူတို့ ပညာရှိမှုသည်မိုက်မဲမှုဖြစ်နေပုံကိုပြသ ပေး၏။
— he that frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish;
26 ၂၆ သို့ရာတွင်ကြိုတင်ဟောကြားမှုတစ်စုံတစ်ရာကို ငါ၏အစေခံပြုသောအခါ၌လည်းကောင်း၊ ငါ၏အကြံအစည်တော်များကိုဖော်ပြရန် တမန်တော်တစ်ဦးဦးကိုငါစေလွှတ် သောအခါ၌လည်းကောင်း၊ ငါသည်ထိုအကြံအစည်များနှင့် ကြိုတင်ဟောကြားမှုတို့ကိုအကောင်အထည် ပေါ်စေပါ၏။ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့တွင်လူတို့တစ်ဖန်ပြန်၍ နေထိုင်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ယုဒမြို့များကိုပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ကြလိမ့် မည်ဟူ၍ ထိုမြို့အသီးသီးတို့အားငါပြောကြားပါ၏။ ထိုမြို့တို့သည်ပြိုပျက်ရာမှပြန်လည်စည်ကား တိုးတက်၍လာလိမ့်မည်။
that confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built up, and I will raise up their ruins;
that saith to the deep, Be dry, and I will dry up thy rivers;
28 ၂၈ ကုရုဘုရင်အားလည်း`သင်သည်ငါ၏ကိုယ် စား အုပ်စိုးရမည့်သူဖြစ်၏။ သင်သည်ငါအလိုရှိသည့်အမှုတို့ကိုပြုရမည်။ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကိုပြန်လည်တည်ထောင်ရန်နှင့် ဗိမာန်တော်အုတ်မြစ်များကိုချရန် အမိန့်ပေးရမည်ဟုငါဆို၏' '' ဟူ၍ မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
that saith of Cyrus, [He is] my shepherd, and he shall perform all my pleasure; even saying to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be built; and to the temple, Thy foundation shall be laid.
