ဟေရှာယ 38
1 ၁ ထိုအချိန်ကာလလောက်၌ပင် ဟေဇကိမင်း သည်သေလုမတတ်ဖျားနာ၍လာ၏။ အာမုတ် ၏သားပရောဖက်ဟေရှာယသည်မင်းကြီး အားလာရောက်ကြည့်ရှုပြီးနောက်``အရှင်သည် ပြန်လည်ကျန်းမာလာတော့မည်မဟုတ်သ ဖြင့် အရှင်နောက်ဆုံးမှာကြားရန်ရှိသည်တို့ ကိုမှာကြားခဲ့ရန်ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့်တော် မူပါ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍နတ်ရွာစံရန်အသင့်ပြင် ပါလော့'' ဟုဆို၏။
In those days was Hezekiah sick with a mortal disease. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came to him, and said to him, Thus saith the LORD, Set thy house in order: for thou shalt die, and not live.
Then Hezekiah turned his face towards the wall, and prayed to the LORD,
3 ၃ ``အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားရိုးဖြောင့်စွာသစ္စာနှင့် ကိုးကွယ်ဝတ်ပြုလျက် ကိုယ်တော်ပြုစေလို သည့်အတိုင်းကြိုးစားပြုကျင့်သည်ကို အောက်မေ့သတိရတော်မူပါ'' ဟုဆု တောင်းပတ္ထနာပြုပြီးလျှင်ဝမ်းနည်း ပက်လက်ငိုကြွေးတော်မူ၏။
And said, Remember now, O LORD, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done [that which is] good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept bitterly.
Then came the word of the LORD to Isaiah, saying,
5 ၅ ဟေဇကိထံသို့ပြန်လည်စေလွှတ်တော်မူ ကာ``သင်၏ဘိုးတော်ဒါဝိဒ်၏ဘုရားသခင်၊ ငါထာဝရဘုရားသည်သင့်၏ဆုတောင်း ပတ္ထနာကိုကြားတော်မူ၍ သင်၏မျက်ရည် များကိုမြင်တော်မူပြီ။ ငါသည်သင့်အား နောက်ထပ်တစ်ဆယ့်ငါးနှစ်အသက်ရှင်စေ မည်။-
Go and say to Hezekiah, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will add to thy days fifteen years.
6 ၆ ငါသည်သင်နှင့်ဤယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကို အာရှုရိဧကရာဇ်၏လက်မှကယ်ဆယ်မည်။ ဤမြို့ကိုဆက်လက်၍ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက် မည်ဟုဟေဇကိမင်းအားပြောကြားလော့'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
And I will deliver thee and this city from the hand of the king of Assyria: and I will defend this city.
7 ၇ ဟေရှာယက``ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိ၏ ကတိတော်အတိုင်းပြုတော်မူမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အရှင်သိရှိစေရန်နိမိတ်လက္ခဏာတစ်ခု ကိုပြတော်မူပါလိမ့်မည်။-
And this [shall be] a sign to thee from the LORD, that the LORD will do this thing that he hath spoken;
8 ၈ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်အာခပ်မင်းစိုက်ထူ ထားသည့်နေနာရီတွင် အရိပ်ကိုနောက်သို့ ဆယ်ဒီဂရီဆုတ်စေတော်မူပါလိမ့်မည်'' ဟုပြန်လည်လျှောက်ထား၏။ ဆိုသည့်အတိုင်း အရိပ်သည်ဆယ်ဒီဂရီဆုတ်လေ၏။
Behold, I will bring again the shadow of the degrees, which hath gone down on the sun-dial of Ahaz ten degrees backward. So the sun returned ten degrees, by which degrees it had gone down.
9 ၉ ဟေဇကိသည် ပြန်လည်ကျန်းမာလာပြီး နောက် အောက်ပါချီးမွမ်းသီချင်းကိုရေးစပ် စီကုံးတော်မူ၏။
The writing of Hezekiah king of Judah, when he had been sick, and had recovered from his sickness:
10 ၁၀ ငါသည်သက်တမ်းစေ့နေရတော့မည်မဟုတ်။ အရွယ်ကောင်းချိန်၌ပင်မရဏနိုင်ငံသို့ သွားရတော့မည်ဟုငါထင်မှတ်ခဲ့ပါ၏။ (Sheol h7585)
I said in the cutting off of my days, I shall go to the gates of the grave: I am deprived of the residue of my years. (Sheol h7585)
11 ၁၁ ဤသက်ရှိလောက၌ငါသည် ထာဝရဘုရားအားလည်းကောင်းသက်ရှိ လူသတ္တဝါတို့အားလည်းကောင်း၊ နောက်တစ်ဖန်အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှတွေ့ မြင်ရတော့မည် မဟုတ်ဟုထင်မှတ်ခဲ့ပါ၏။
I said, I shall not see the LORD, [even] the LORD, in the land of the living: I shall behold man no more with the inhabitants of the world.
12 ၁၂ ဖြိုဖျက်၍ချလိုက်သည့်တဲကဲ့သို့လည်းကောင်း၊ ယက်ကန်းစင်မှဖြတ်၍ထုတ်လိုက်သည့် အဝတ်ကဲ့သို့လည်းကောင်း၊ ငါ၏အသက်တာသည်ဖြတ်၍ ကုန်ဆုံးသွားလေပြီ။
My age hath departed, and is removed from me as a shepherd's tent: I have cut off like a weaver my life: he will cut me off with pining sickness: from day [even] to night wilt thou make an end of me.
13 ၁၃ ငါ၏အရိုးများကိုခြင်္သေ့ဝါး၍နေဘိ ကဲ့သို့ ငါသည်နာကျင်ခြင်းဝေဒနာနှင့်တစ်ညဥ့်လုံး ငိုကြွေးရပါ၏။ ဘုရားသခင်သည်ငါ၏အသက်ကို ကုန်ဆုံးစေတော်မူပြီဟုငါထင်မှတ် ပါ၏။
I reckoned till morning, [that], as a lion, so will he break all my bones: from day [even] to night wilt thou make an end of me.
14 ၁၄ ငါ၏အသံသည်တုန်တုန်ချိချိဖြစ်၍ နေပါ၏။ ငါသည်ချိုးကဲ့သို့ညည်းညူပါ၏။ မိုးကောင်းကင်သို့မျှော်ကြည့်ရဖန်များ သဖြင့် ငါ၏မျက်စိများသည်ညောင်းလျက်ရှိပါ၏။ အို ထာဝရဘုရားဤဒုက္ခအပေါင်းမှ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူပါ။
Like a crane [or] a swallow, so I chattered: I mourned as a dove: my eyes fail [with looking] upward: O LORD, I am oppressed; undertake for me.
15 ၁၅ ဤအမှုကိုထာဝရဘုရား ပြုတော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍ ငါအဘယ်သို့ပြောဆိုနိုင်ပါမည်နည်း။ ငါသည်ပူပင်သောကရောက်လျက် အိပ်၍မပျော်နိုင်ပါ။
What shall I say? he hath both spoken to me, and himself hath done [it]: I shall go softly all my years in the bitterness of my soul.
16 ၁၆ အို ထာဝရဘုရားကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အတွက်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်တစ်ပါးတည်းအတွက် အသက်ရှင်ပါမည်။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အနာရောဂါကိုပျောက်ကင်း စေတော်မူ၍၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားအသက်ရှင်ခွင့်ပြုတော်မူပါ။
O LORD, by these [things men] live, and in all these [things is] the life of my spirit: so wilt thou recover me, and make me to live.
17 ၁၇ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ပူပင်သောကသည်စိတ်ငြိမ်း အေးမှု အဖြစ်သို့ပြောင်းလဲသွားပါလိမ့်မည်။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ အသက်ကိုဘေးအန္တရာယ်အပေါင်းမှ ကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အပြစ်မှန်သမျှကိုလည်း ဖြေလွှတ်တော်မူပါ၏။
Behold, for peace I had great bitterness: but thou hast in love to my soul [delivered it] from the pit of corruption: for thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back.
18 ၁၈ မရဏနိုင်ငံတွင်အဘယ်သူမျှကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား ထောမနာမပြုနိုင်ပါ။ သူသေတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏သစ္စာတော်ကို ယုံကြည်ကိုးစားနိုင်စွမ်းမရှိပါ။ (Sheol h7585)
For the grave cannot praise thee, death can [not] celebrate thee: they that go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth. (Sheol h7585)
19 ၁၉ ယခုကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားကျွန်တော်မျိုး ထောမနာပြုသကဲ့သို့၊ အသက်ရှင်သူများသာလျှင်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား ထောမနာပြုကြပါ၏။ ဖခင်တို့သည်သားသမီးများအားကိုယ်တော် ရှင်၏ သစ္စာတော်အကြောင်းကိုပြောကြားကြပါ၏။
The living, the living, he shall praise thee, as I [do] this day: the father to the children shall make known thy truth.
20 ၂၀ အို ထာဝရဘုရားကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည် ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အနာရောဂါကိုပျောက်ကင်း စေတော်မူပါပြီ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့သည်စောင်းများကိုတီး၍ ကိုယ်တော်၏ဂုဏ်တော်ကိုချီးမွမ်း၍ သီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။ မိမိတို့အသက်ရှင်သမျှကာလပတ်လုံး ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဗိမာန်တော်တွင်ထောမနာ ပြု၍ သီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။
The LORD [was ready] to save me: therefore we will sing my songs to the stringed instruments all the days of our life in the house of the LORD.
21 ၂၁ ဟေရှာယသည်မင်းကြီးအား``အရှင်၏အနာ စိမ်းကိုသင်္ဘောသဖန်းသီးဖြင့်အုံ၍ထားပါမူ ထိုအနာသည်သက်သာပျောက်ကင်းသွားပါ လိမ့်မည်'' ဟုလျှောက်၏။-
For Isaiah had said, Let them take a lump of figs, and lay [it] for a plaster upon the boil, and he will recover.
22 ၂၂ ထိုအခါမင်းကြီးက``ငါသည်ဗိမာန်တော် သို့သွားရောက်နိုင်လိမ့်မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အဘယ် နိမိတ်လက္ခဏာကိုထောက်၍သိရှိနိုင်ပါမည် နည်း'' ဟုမေးတော်မူ၏။
Hezekiah also had said, What [is] the sign that I shall go up to the house of the LORD?
