ဟောရှေ 11
1 ၁ ထာဝရဘုရားက၊ ``ဣသရေလငယ်စဉ်ကငါသည်သူ့ကိုချစ်၍၊ ငါသည်သူ့ကိုသားအဖြစ်နှင့်အီဂျစ်ပြည်မှ ခေါ်ဆောင်ခဲ့၏။
When Israel was a childe, then I loued him, and called my sonne out of Egypt.
2 ၂ သို့သော်ငါသည်သူ့ကိုခေါ်လေလေသူသည် ငါ့ထံမှထွက်ခွာသွားလေလေပင်ဖြစ်သည်။ ငါ၏လူမျိုးတော်သည်ဗာလဘုရားထံ ယဇ်ပူဇော်၍ရုပ်တုများအားနံ့သာပေါင်း ကို မီးရှို့ပူဇော်ကြ၏။
They called them, but they went thus from them: they sacrificed vnto Baalim, and burnt incense to images.
3 ၃ သို့ရာတွင်ငါသာလျှင်ဧဖရိမ်ကို လမ်းလျှောက်တတ်ရန်သင်ပေးခဲ့သူဖြစ်၍၊ ငါသည်သူတို့ကိုလက်ဖြင့်ပိုက်ထွေးခဲ့၏။ သို့သော်လည်းငါသည်သူတို့အားစောင့် ရှောက် ပြုစုခဲ့ကြောင်းကိုသူတို့မသိ။
I ledde Ephraim also, as one shoulde beare them in his armes: but they knewe not that I healed them.
4 ၄ ငါသည်သူတို့ကိုမေတ္တာဖြင့်ဆွဲဆောင်ခဲ့၏။ သူတို့ကိုပါးချင်းကပ်သည်တိုင်အောင်ပွေ့ချီ၏။ ငါသည်ကိုယ်ကိုညွတ်၍သူတို့ကိုကျွေးမွေး ပြုစုခဲ့၏။
I led them with cordes of a man, euen with bandes of loue, and I was to them, as hee that taketh off the yoke from their iawes, and I laide the meat vnto them.
5 ၅ ``သူတို့သည်ငါ့ထံပြန်မလာကြသဖြင့် အီဂျစ်ပြည်သို့ပြန်ရကြမည်။ အာရှုရိ ဘုရင်သည်သူတို့ကိုအုပ်စိုးလိမ့်မည်။-
He shall no more returne into the lande of Egypt: but Asshur shalbe his King, because they refused to conuert.
6 ၆ သူတို့၏မြို့များသည်စစ်ဘေးစစ်ဒဏ်ကို ခံရ၍မြို့တံခါးတို့သည်ပြိုပျက်ကြလိမ့် မည်။ ငါ၏လူမျိုးတော်သည်မိမိတို့၏ဆန္ဒ အတိုင်းကျင့်ကြံကြသဖြင့်သုတ်သင် ဖျက်ဆီးခြင်းခံရလိမ့်မည်။-
And the sworde shall fall on his cities, and shall consume his barres, and deuoure them, because of their owne counsels.
7 ၇ သူတို့သည်ငါ့ထံမှရှောင်ဖယ်လျက်သွားမြဲ သွားကြ၏။ သူတို့ထမ်းရသောထမ်းပိုးကြောင့် ညည်းတွားအော်ဟစ်သော်လည်းမည်သူက မျှထိုထမ်းပိုးကိုပင့်ပေးလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
And my people are bent to rebellion against me: though they called them to the most hie, yet none at all would exalt him.
8 ၈ ``အို ဣသရေလငါသည်သင့်ကိုအဘယ်သို့ ပစ်ပယ်နိုင်မည်နည်း။ ငါသည်သင့်ကိုအဘယ်သို့ စွန့်ပစ်နိုင်မည်နည်း။ ငါသည်အာဒမာမြို့ကိုဖျက်ဆီးသကဲ့သို့ လည်းကောင်း၊ ဇေဘိုင်မြို့ကိုပျက်သုဉ်းစေသကဲ့သို့လည်း ကောင်း၊ သင့်ကိုအဘယ်သို့သုတ်သင်ဖျက်ဆီးနိုင်မည် နည်း။ သင်တို့အပေါ်၌ငါ့မေတ္တာကရုဏာသည် ကြီးမားလှသောကြောင့်၊ ငါ၏စိတ်နှလုံးသည်ထိုသို့မပြုရက်နိုင်။
Howe shall I giue thee vp, Ephraim? howe shall I deliuer thee, Israel? how shall I make thee, as Admah? howe shall I set thee, as Zeboim? mine heart is turned within mee: my repentings are rouled together.
9 ၉ ငါသည်အမျက်ထွက်၍သင့်အားဒဏ်ခတ်တော် မမူ၊ ငါသည်ဣသရေလအားနောက်တစ်ဖန် သုတ်သင်ဖျက်ဆီးမည်မဟုတ်၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်၊ငါသည်လူသားမဟုတ်၊ ဘုရားသခင်ဖြစ်တော်မူသောကြောင့်တည်း။ သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်တော်မူသောအရှင်၊ ငါဘုရားသခင်သည်သင်တို့နှင့်အတူရှိ တော်မူ၏။ ငါသည်အမျက်ထွက်လျက်သင်တို့ထံသို့ ကြွလာမည်မဟုတ်။
I wil not execute ye fiercenesse of my wrath: I will not returne to destroy Ephraim: for I am God, and not man, the holy one in the middes of thee, and I will not enter into the citie.
10 ၁၀ ``ခြင်္သေ့ဟောက်သကဲ့သို့ငါသည် ရန်သူများ ကိုဟောက်သည့်အခါငါ၏လူမျိုးတော်သည် ငါ့နောက်သို့လိုက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့သည် အနောက်အရပ်မှငါ့ထံသို့အဆော တလျင်လာကြလိမ့်မည်။-
They shall walke after the Lord: he shall roare like a lyon: when hee shall roare, then the children of the West shall feare.
11 ၁၁ ငှက်များကဲ့သို့အီဂျစ်ပြည်မှလည်းကောင်း၊ ချိုးငှက်ကဲ့သို့အာရှုရိပြည်မှလည်းကောင်း လျင်မြန်စွာပျံလာကြလိမ့်မည်။ ငါသည်သူ တို့အားမိမိတို့နေရင်းပြည်သို့တစ်ဖန်ခေါ် ဆောင်လာမည်။ ဤသည်ကားငါထာဝရ ဘုရားမိန့်တော်မူသောစကားဖြစ်သတည်း။
They shall feare as a sparrow out of Egypt, and as a doue of the lande of Asshur, and I will place them in their houses, sayth the Lord.
12 ၁၂ ထာဝရဘုရားက``ဣသရေလပြည်သားတို့ သည် ငါ့အားမုသားစကားပြောဆို၍လှည့် စားကြပြီ။ ယုဒပြည်သားတို့သည်သန့်ရှင်း မြင့်မြတ်၍သစ္စာတော်တည်မြဲသောငါ ဘုရားသခင်အားပုန်ကန်နေကြသေး၏။
Ephraim copasseth me about with lies, and the house of Israel with deceit: but Iudah yet ruleth with God, and is faithfull with the Saints.
