Now these are the generations of Esau, who is Edom.
2 ၂ ဧသောသည်ခါနာန်ပြည်အမျိုးသမီးများ နှင့်အိမ်ထောင်ကျသည်။ သူ၏မယားများမှာ ဟိတ္တိအမျိုးသားဧလုန်၏သမီးအာဒ၊ ဟိဝိ အမျိုးသားဇိဘောင်၏သားဖြစ်သူအာန၏ သမီးအဟောလိဗာမ၊ ဣရှမေလ၏သမီး တည်းဟူသော၊-
Esau took wives from the daughters of Canaan: Adah the daughter of Elon the Hittite, and Oholibamah the daughter of Anah, the daughter of Zibeon the Hivite,
and Basemath, the daughter of Ishmael, sister of Nebaioth.
Then Adah bore Eliphaz. Basemath conceived Reuel.
5 ၅ အဟောလိဗာမသည်သားယုရှ၊ ယာလံနှင့် ကောရတို့ကိုလည်းကောင်းဖွားမြင်လေသည်။ ဤသားတို့သည်ခါနာန်ပြည်တွင်ဖွားမြင် သောဧသော၏သားများဖြစ်ကြသည်။
Oholibamah conceived Jeush, and Jalam, and Korah. These are the sons of Esau, who were born to him in the land of Canaan.
6 ၆ ဧသောသည်သူ၏မယားများ၊ သားသမီး များ၊ အိမ်သူအိမ်သားများနှင့်တကွသိုး၊ ဆိတ်စသောတိရစ္ဆာန်များ၊ ခါနာန်ပြည်တွင် စုဆောင်းမိသမျှသောပစ္စည်းဥစ္စာများကို ယူဆောင်လျက်ညီယာကုပ်ထံမှအခြား ပြည်သို့ထွက်ခွာသွားလေသည်။-
Then Esau took his wives, and sons, and daughters, and every soul of his house, and his substance, and cattle, and whatever he was able to obtain in the land of Canaan, and he went into another region, withdrawing from his brother Jacob.
7 ၇ သူနှင့်ယာကုပ်တို့တွင်သိုး၊ ဆိတ်စသော တိရစ္ဆာန်အလွန်များပြားလာသဖြင့် စားနပ် ရိက္ခာမလောက်မငဖြစ်၍တစ်ရပ်တည်း၌ အတူမနေနိုင်ကြချေ။-
For they were very wealthy and were not able to live together. Neither was the land of their sojourn able to sustain them, because of the multitude of their flocks.
And Esau lived at mount Seir: he is Edom.
9 ၉ ဧဒုံတောင်တန်းဒေသတွင်နေထိုင်သော ဧဒုံ အမျိုးသားတို့၏ဖခင်ဧသော၏ အဆက် အနွယ်တို့ကိုဖော်ပြပေအံ့။-
So these are the generations of Esau, the father of Edom, at mount Seir,
10 ၁၀ ဧသော၏မယားအာဒနှင့်ရသောသားမှာ ဧလိဖတ်ဖြစ်၏။ ဧလိဖတ်တွင်တေမန်၊ သြမရ၊ ဇေဖော၊ ဂါတံ၊ ကေနတ်ဟူ၍သားငါးယောက် ရှိ၏။ ဧလိဖတ်တွင်မယားငယ်တိမနနှင့်အာ မလက်နာမည်ရှိသောသားတစ်ယောက်ရသေး၏။ ဧသော၏မယားဗာရှမတ်နှင့်ရသောသား မှာရွေလဖြစ်၏။ ရွေလတွင်နာဟတ်၊ ဇေရ၊ ရှမ္မ၊ မိဇ္ဇဟူ၍သားလေးယောက်ရှိ၏။
and these are the names of his sons: Eliphaz the son of Adah, the wife of Esau, likewise Reuel, the son of Basemath, his wife.
11 ၁၁
And Eliphaz had sons: Teman, Omar, Zepho, and Gatam, and Kenez.
12 ၁၂
Now Timna was the concubine of Eliphaz, the son of Esau. And she bore him Amalek. These are the sons of Adah, the wife of Esau.
13 ၁၃
And the sons of Reuel were Nahath and Zerah, Shammah and Mizzah. These are the sons of Basemath, the wife of Esau.
14 ၁၄ ဇိဘောင်၏သားအာန၏သမီးဖြစ်သောဧသော ၏မယား အဟောလိဗာမတွင်ယုရှ၊ ယာလံ၊ ကောရဟူ၍သားသုံးယောက်ရှိ၏။
Likewise, these were the sons of Oholibamah, the daughter of Anah, the daughter of Zibeon, the wife of Esau, whom she bore to him: Jeush, and Jalam, and Korah.
15 ၁၅ ဧသောမှဆင်းသက်သောအနွယ်တို့ကိုဖော်ပြ ပေအံ့။ ဧသော၏သားဦးဧလိဖတ်သည်အနွယ် များဖြစ်ကြသောတေမန်၊ သြမရ၊ ဇေဖော၊ ကေနတ်၊-
These were leaders of the sons of Esau, the sons of Eliphaz, the firstborn of Esau: leader Teman, leader Omar, leader Zepho, leader Kenez,
16 ၁၆ ကောရ၊ ဂါတံ၊ အာမလက်တို့၏ဘိုးဘေးဖြစ် ၏။ ဤသူတို့သည်ဧသော၏မယားအာဒ၏ အဆက်အနွယ်များဖြစ်ကြ၏။
leader Korah, leader Gatam, leader Amalek. These are the sons of Eliphaz, in the land of Edom, and these the sons of Adah.
17 ၁၇ ဧသော၏သားရွေလသည်အနွယ်အကြီးအကဲ ဖြစ်ကြသော နာဟတ်၊ ဇေရ၊ ရှမ္မနှင့်မိဇ္ဇတို့၏ဘိုးဘေး ဖြစ်၏။ ဤသူတို့သည်ဧသော၏မယားဗာရှမတ် ၏အဆက်အနွယ်များဖြစ်ကြ၏။
Likewise, these are the sons of Reuel, the son of Esau: leader Nahath, leader Zerah, leader Shammah, leader Mizzah. And these were the leaders of Reuel, in the land of Edom. These are the sons of Basemath, the wife of Esau.
18 ၁၈ ဧသော၏မယားအာန၏သမီးဖြစ်သူ အဟော လိဗာမမှဆင်းသက်သောအနွယ်သည်ကား ယုရှ၊ ယာလံနှင့်ကောရတို့ဖြစ်ကြသည်။-
Now these are the sons of Oholibamah, the wife of Esau: leader Jeush, leader Jalam, leader Korah. These were the leaders of Oholibamah, the daughter of Anah and the wife of Esau.
These are the sons of Esau, and these were their leaders: this is Edom.
20 ၂၀ ဧဒုံအရပ်တွင်မူလနေထိုင်သူတို့သည်ဟောရိ အမျိုးသားစိရ၏သားတို့မှဆင်းသက်လာ သောအဆက်အနွယ်များဖြစ်ကြသည်။ ထိုသား တို့မှာလောတန်၊ ရှောဗလ၊ ဇိဘောင်၊ အာန၊ ဒိရှုန်၊ ဧဇာနှင့်ဒိရှန်တို့ဖြစ်ကြသည်။
These are the sons of Seir, the Horite, the inhabitants of the land: Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah,
21 ၂၁
and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan. These were the leaders of the Horites, the sons of Seir, in the land of Edom.
22 ၂၂ လောတန်သည်ဟောရိနှင့်ဟေမံမိသားစုတို့ ၏ဘိုးဘေးဖြစ်သည်။ (လောတန်၏နှမမှာတိမန ဖြစ်သည်။)
Now Lotan produced sons: Hori and Heman. But the sister of Lotan was Timna.
23 ၂၃ ရှောဗလသည်အာလဝန်၊ မနာဟတ်၊ ဧဗလ၊ ရှေဖောနှင့်သြနံမိသားစုတို့၏ဘိုးဘေးဖြစ် သည်။
And these are the sons of Shobal: Alvan, and Manahath, and Ebal, and Shepho, and Onam.
24 ၂၄ ဇိဘောင်တွင်အာယနှင့်အာနဟူ၍သားနှစ် ယောက်ရှိ၏။ (အာနသည်ဖခင်ဇိဘောင်၏မြည်း များကိုကျောင်းနေစဉ်တောကန္တာရထဲ၌ရေ ပူစမ်းများကိုရှာတွေ့သူဖြစ်သည်။-)
And these are the sons of Zibeon: Aiah and Anah. This is the Anah who found the hot springs in the wilderness, when he was pasturing the donkeys of his father Zibeon.
And he had a son Dishon, and a daughter Oholibamah.
And these are the sons of Dishon: Hemdan, and Esheban, and Ithran, and Cheran.
Likewise, these are the sons of Ezer: Bilhan, and Zaavan, and Akan.
Then Dishan had sons: Uz and Aran.
29 ၂၉ ဧဒုံပြည်ရှိဟောရိအမျိုးသားတို့၏အနွယ် များသည်ကားလောတန်၊ ရှောဗလ၊ ဇိဘောင်၊ အာန၊ ဒိရှုန်၊ ဧဇာနှင့်ဒိရှန်တို့ဖြစ်သတည်း။
These were the leaders of the Horites: leader Lotan, leader Shobal, leader Zibeon, leader Anah,

leader Dishon, leader Ezer, leader Disan. These were leaders of the Horites who ruled in the land of Seir.
31 ၃၁ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့တွင်ဘုရင်များ မပေါ်မရှိမီဧဒုံပြည်ကိုအုပ်စိုးသောမင်း ဆက်တို့ကိုဖော်ပြပေအံ့။ ဗောရ၏သားဗေလာသည်ဒိန္နာဗာမြို့တော်၌ အုပ်စိုး၏။ ဗေလာဘုရင်အနိစ္စရောက်သောအခါဗောဇရ မြို့သား ဇေရ၏သားယောဗပ်မင်းပြု၏။ ယောဗပ်အနိစ္စရောက်သောအခါတေမနိ မြို့သား ဟုရှံမင်းပြု၏။ ဟုရှံအနိစ္စရောက်သောအခါမောဘပြည်တွင် မိဒျန်အမျိုးသားတို့ကို စစ်တိုက်၍အောင်မြင်ခဲ့သူဗေဒဒ်၏သားဟာဒဒ် မင်းပြု၏။ ထိုမင်း၏မြို့တော်မှာအာဝိတ်မြို့ဖြစ်၏။ ဟာဒဒ်အနိစ္စရောက်သောအခါမာသရက် မြို့သား စာမလမင်းပြု၏။ စာမလအနိစ္စရောက်သောအခါမြစ်ကမ်းမြို့ ဖြစ်သော ရဟောဘုတ်မြို့သားရှောလမင်းပြု၏။ ရှောလအနိစ္စရောက်သောအခါအာခဗော် ၏သား ဗာလဟာနန်မင်းပြု၏။ ဗာလဟာနန်အနိစ္စရောက်သောအခါဟာဒါ မင်းပြု၏။ ထိုမင်း၏မြို့တော်မှာပေါမြို့ဖြစ်သည်။ (သူ၏ဇနီးမှာမာတရက်၏သမီး၊မေဇဟပ်၏ မြေးမဟေတဗေလဖြစ်၏။)
Now before the sons of Israel had a king, the kings who ruled in the land of Edom were these:
32 ၃၂
Bela the son of Beor, and the name of his city was Dinhabah.
33 ၃၃
Then Bela died, and Jobab, the son of Zerah from Bozrah, reigned in his place.
34 ၃၄
And when Jobab was dead, Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his place.
35 ၃၅
Likewise, this one having died, Hadad the son of Bedad reigned in his place. He struck down Midian in the region of Moab. And the name of his city was Avith.
36 ၃၆
And when Adad was dead, Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his place.
37 ၃၇
Likewise, this one being dead, Shaul of the river Rehoboth, reigned in his place.
38 ၃၈
And when he also had passed away, Baal-hanan, the son of Achbor, succeeded to the kingdom.
39 ၃၉
Likewise, this one being dead, Hadar reigned in his place; and the name of his city was Pau. And his wife was called Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, daughter of Mezahab.
40 ၄၀ ဧသောမှဆင်းသက်သောဧဒုံအနွယ်များမှာ တိမနာ၊ အာလဝ၊ ယေသက်၊ အဟောလိဗာမ၊ ဧလာ၊ ပိနုန်၊ ကေနတ်၊ တေမန်၊ မိဗဇာ၊ မာဂ ဒျေလနှင့်ဣရံတို့ဖြစ်ကြသည်။ ဤဧဒုံ အနွယ်တို့သည်သူတို့၏နာမည်ဖြင့်ခေါ် တွင်သောဒေသအသီးသီးတို့တွင်နေ ထိုင်ကြလေသည်။
Therefore, these were the names of the leaders of Esau, by their families, and places, and in their vocabulary: leader Timna, leader Alvah, leader Jetheth,

leader Oholibamah, leader Elah, leader Pinon,
42 ၄၂
leader Kanez, leader Teman, leader Mibzar,
43 ၄၃
leader Magdiel, leader Iram. These were the leaders of Edom living in the land of their rule: this is Esau, the father of Idumea.
