ဧဖက် 5
1 ၁ သင်တို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏ချစ်သားများဖြစ် သဖြင့် ကိုယ်တော်နှင့်တူအောင်ကြိုးစားကြရမည်။-
Be therefore imitators of God, as beloved children.
2 ၂ ခရစ်တော်သည်ငါတို့ကိုချစ်တော်မူ၍ငါတို့ အတွက် မိမိကိုယ်ကိုဘုရားသခင်နှစ်သက် တော်မူရာမွှေးကြိုင်သောယဇ်သကာအဖြစ် ဖြင့်ဆက်သတော်မူသကဲ့သို့ သင်တို့သည် လည်းမေတ္တာတရားကိုကျင့်သုံးကြလော့။
And walk in love, even as Messiah also loved us, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance.
3 ၃ သင်တို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏လူစုတော်ဖြစ် သြဖင့်ကာမဂုဏ်လိုက်စားမှု၊ ညစ်ညမ်းမှုနှင့် လောဘလွန်ကူးမှုအကြောင်းတို့ကိုသင် တို့တွင်ပြောဆိုခြင်းပင်မရှိစေနှင့်။-
But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints;
4 ၄ ညစ်ညမ်းသောစကား၊ ယုတ်မာသောစကား၊ ရိုင်းစိုင်းသောစကားများကိုလည်းမပြော မဆိုအပ်။ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းသည့် စကားများကိုသာလျှင်ပြောဆိုအပ်၏။-
nor filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not appropriate; but rather giving of thanks.
5 ၅ ကာမဂုဏ်လိုက်စားသူ၊ ညစ်ညမ်းသူ၊ လောဘ လွန်ကူးသူဟူသမျှသည်ခရစ်တော်နှင့် ဘုရားသခင်၏နိုင်ငံတော်တွင်ပါဝင်ကြ ရလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်ကြောင်းသင်တို့သိကြ၏။ (လောဘလွန်ကူးခြင်းသည်ရုပ်တုကိုးကွယ် မှုတစ်မျိုးပင်ဖြစ်သည်။)
Know this for sure, that no sexually immoral or impure or greedy person, that is, an idolater, has any inheritance in the Kingdom of Messiah and God.
6 ၆ အချည်းနှီးသောစကားဖြင့်အဘယ်သူမျှ သင်တို့ကိုမလှည့်ဖြားစေနှင့်။ ထိုအမှုများ ကြောင့်ဘုရားသခင်၏အမိန့်တော်ကိုမနာ ခံသူတို့သည်အမျက်တော်သင့်ကြလိမ့်မည်။-
Let no one deceive you with empty words. For because of these things, the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience.
Therefore do not be partakers with them.
8 ၈ အခါတစ်ပါးကသင်တို့သည်မှောင်မိုက်တွင် နေထိုင်ခဲ့ကြ၏။ ယခုအခါ၌မူသခင် ဘုရား၏လူစုတော်ဝင်များဖြစ်လာကြ သဖြင့်အလင်းသို့ရောက်ရှိကြလေပြီ။ သို့ ဖြစ်၍အလင်း၌ကျင်လည်သူများကဲ့သို့ ပြုကျင့်ကြလော့။-
For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light,
9 ၉ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်အလင်းသည်ကောင်း မြတ်ခြင်းအမျိုးမျိုး၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းနှင့် အမှန်တရားတို့ကိုဖြစ်ပွားစေသောကြောင့် ဖြစ်၏။-
for the fruit of the light is in all goodness and righteousness and truth,
10 ၁၀ သခင်ဘုရားနှစ်သက်တော်မူသောအရာ သည်အဘယ်အရာဖြစ်သည်ကိုကြိုးစား ၍သင်ယူကြလော့။-
proving what is well pleasing to the Lord.
11 ၁၁ မှောင်မိုက်တွင်ကျင်လည်သူတို့ပြုသည့်အကျိုး မဲ့သောအမှုများကိုမပြုဘဲ ယင်းအမှုတို့ ကိုအလင်းသို့ဖော်ထုတ်ကြလော့။-
Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them.
12 ၁၂ (ဤသူတို့ဆိတ်ကွယ်ရာတွင်ပြုကျင့်သည့် အမှုများကိုဖော်ပြရန်ပင်အလွန်ရှက်စရာ ကောင်း၏။-)
For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of.
13 ၁၃ အလင်းသို့ဖော်ထုတ်ခြင်းခံရသည့်အရာဟူ သမျှသည် မိမိတို့၏ပင်ကိုသဘောပေါ်၍ လာလေသည်။-
But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light.
14 ၁၄ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်အလင်းသည်ခပ်သိမ်း သောအရာတို့ကိုပေါ်လွင်ထင်ရှားစေသော ကြောင့်ဖြစ်၏။ ဤအကြောင်းကြောင့်ကျမ်းစာ တော်တွင်၊ ``အိပ်ပျော်သူ၊ ထလော့။ သေခြင်းမှထြေမာက်လော့။ ခရစ်တော်သည်သင့်အပေါ်သို့ ထွန်းလင်းတော်မူလိမ့်မည်'' ဟုပါရှိသတည်း။
Therefore he says, "Awake, you who sleep, and rise from the dead, and Messiah will shine on you."
15 ၁၅ သို့ဖြစ်၍သင်တို့ပြုကျင့်ပုံကိုသတိပြုကြ လော့။ ပညာမဲ့သူများကဲ့သို့မဟုတ်ဘဲပညာ ရှိသူများကဲ့သို့ပြုကျင့်ကြလော့။-
Therefore watch carefully how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise;
16 ၁၆ ဤနေ့ရက်ကာလသည်ဆိုးယုတ်သောကာလဖြစ် သောကြောင့် သင်တို့ရရှိသည့်အခွင့်အရေးရှိ သမျှကိုအကျိုးရှိအောင်အသုံးပြုကြလော့။-
redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
17 ၁၇ ထို့ကြောင့်သင်တို့သည်မိုက်မဲ၍မနေဘဲ သခင် ဘုရား၏အလိုတော်ကိုကြိုးစား၍ရှာကြလော့။
Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
18 ၁၈ သင်တို့အားပျက်စီးစေမည့်သေသောက်ကြူးခြင်း ကိုရှောင်၍ ဝိညာဉ်တော်နှင့်ပြည့်ဝလျက်ရှိကြ လော့။-
Do not get drunk with wine, which is debauchery, but be filled with the Spirit,
19 ၁၉ တစ်ဦးနှင့်တစ်ဦးစကားပြောကြသောအခါ ဆာလံသီချင်း၊ ဋ္ဌမ္မသီချင်းနှင့်ဘာသာရေးသီ ချင်းများမှစကားများဖြင့်ပြောဆိုကြလော့။ စိတ်နှလုံးအတွင်း၌သခင်ဘုရားအားထော မနာပြုလျက် ဋ္ဌမ္မသီချင်းများနှင့်ဆာလံ သီချင်းများကိုသီဆိုကူးအေးကြလော့။-
speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making music in your heart to the Lord;
20 ၂၀ ငါတို့အရှင်ယေရှုခရစ်၏နာမတော်ကိုအမှီ ပြု၍ ခပ်သိမ်းသောအရာတို့အတွက်အဖဘုရား သခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုအစဉ်မပြတ်ချီး မွမ်းကြလော့။
giving thanks always concerning all things in the name of our Lord Jesus (the) Messiah to God the Father;
21 ၂၁ ခရစ်တော်ကိုရိုသေလေးစားသောအားဖြင့်သင် တို့သည်တစ်ဦး၏အလိုကိုတစ်ဦးလိုက်လျော ကြလော့။
subjecting yourselves one to another in the fear of Messiah.
22 ၂၂ မယားဖြစ်သူတို့၊ သင်တို့သည်သခင်ဘုရား၏ အုပ်စိုးခြင်းကိုခံယူသကဲ့သို့ခင်ပွန်းတို့၏အုပ် စိုးခြင်းကိုခံယူကြလော့။-
Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord.
23 ၂၃ ခရစ်တော်သည်အသင်းတော်အပေါ်သြဇာအာဏာ ရှိသကဲ့သို့ လင်သည်မိမိခင်ပွန်းအပေါ်သြဇာ အာဏာရှိ၏။ ခရစ်တော်သည်မိမိ၏ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာဖြစ် သောအသင်းတော်၏ကယ်တင်ရှင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။-
For the husband is the head of the wife, and Messiah also is the head of the church, being himself the savior of the body.
24 ၂၄ သို့ဖြစ်၍အသင်းတော်သည်ခရစ်တော်၏အုပ်စိုး ခြင်းကိုခံယူသကဲ့သို့ မယားတို့သည်လည်းလင် တို့၏အုပ်စိုးခြင်းကိုအကြွင်းမဲ့ခံယူရကြမည်။
But as the church is subject to Messiah, so let the wives also be to their husbands in everything.
25 ၂၅ လင်ဖြစ်သူတို့၊ ခရစ်တော်သည်အသင်းတော်ကို ချစ်တော်မူ၍ အသင်းတော်အတွက်မိမိအသက် ကိုစွန့်တော်မူသည့်နည်းတူ သင်တို့၏မယားများ ကိုချစ်ကြလော့။-
Husbands, love your wives, even as Messiah also loved the church, and gave himself up for it;
26 ၂၆ ကိုယ်တော်သည်မိမိအသက်ကိုစွန့်တော်မူခြင်း မှာအသင်းတော်ကိုရေဖြင့်သန့်ရှင်းစေပြီးလျှင် နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ဖြင့်ဘုရားသခင်အားဆက် ကပ်တော်မူသဖြင့်၊-
that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word,
27 ၂၇ အသင်းတော်ကိုမိမိအားဆက်သတော်မူရာ ၌အညစ်အကြေးအစွန်းအကွက်မရှိ၊ သန့်ရှင်း ဖြူစင်အပြစ်ကင်းလျက်လှပတင့်တယ်သော အသရေနှင့်ပြည့်စုံနိုင်စေရန်ပင်ဖြစ်သည်။-
that he might present the church to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
28 ၂၈ လင်ဖြစ်သူတို့သည်မိမိတို့ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာကိုချစ် သကဲ့သို့မယားများအားချစ်သင့်ကြ၏။ မယားကိုချစ်သောသူသည်မိမိကိုယ်ခန္ဓာ ကိုချစ်သောသူဖြစ်၏။-
Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself.
29 ၂၉ (အဘယ်သူမျှမိမိကိုယ်ခန္ဓာကိုမုန်းသည်ဟူ၍ မရှိ။ မုန်းမည့်အစားသူသည်မိမိကိုယ်ကိုကျွေး မွေးပြုစု၏။ အသင်းတော်အားခရစ်တော် ကျွေးမွေးပြုစုတော်မူသကဲ့သို့တည်း။-
For no one ever hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as Messiah also does the church;
because we are members of his body, of his flesh and of his bones.
31 ၃၁ ကျမ်းစာတော်တွင်၊ ``ဤအကြောင်းကြောင့်ယောကျာ်းသည်မိဘထံမှ ထွက်ခွာ၍မယားနှင့်စုံဖက်သဖြင့်၊ သူတို့နှစ်ဦးသည်တစ်သားတစ်ကိုယ်တည်း ဖြစ်ကြရလိမ့်မည်'' ဟုဖော်ပြပါရှိ၏။-
"For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will be joined to his wife, and the two will become one flesh."
32 ၃၂ ဤကားအလွန်နက်နဲသောသစ္စာစကားဖြစ် ၍ ခရစ်တော်နှင့်အသင်းတော်ကိုရည်စူး၍ ဆိုသောစကားဖြစ်သည်ဟုငါဆို၏။-
This mystery is great, but I speak concerning Messiah and of the church.
33 ၃၃ သို့ရာတွင်သင်တို့တစ်ဦးစီနှင့်လည်းသက်ဆိုင် ပေသည်။ လင်ဖြစ်သူသည်မယားကိုကိုယ်နှင့် အမျှချစ်ရမည်။ မယားဖြစ်သူသည်လည်း လင်ယောကျာ်းကိုရိုသေလေးစားရမည်။
Nevertheless each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
