၂ ဓမ္မရာဇဝင် 7
1 ၁ ယခုအခါဒါဝိဒ်မင်းသည်နန်းတော်တွင် ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာနေရသောအခါ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည်ဒါဝိဒ်မင်းအားရန်သူအပေါင်း တို့ဘေးမှကင်းဝေးစေတော်မူသဖြင့်၊-
And it came to pass when the king sat in his house, and the Lord had given him an inheritance on every side [free] from all his enemies round about him;
2 ၂ ပရောဖက်နာသန်အား`ကြည့်လော့။ ငါသည် သစ်ကတိုးသားနန်းတော်နှင့်နေထိုင်ရသော် လည်း ထာဝရဘုရား၏ပဋိညာဉ်သေတ္တာ တော်မူကားတဲတော်၌သာကျိန်းဝပ်တော် မူရပါသည်တကား'' ဟုဆို၏။
that the king said to Nathan the prophet, Behold now, I live in a house of cedar, and the ark of the Lord dwells in the midst of a tent.
3 ၃ နာသန်က`ဘုရားသခင်သည်အရှင်နှင့်အတူ ရှိတော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍ အရှင်အလိုရှိသည့် အတိုင်းပြုတော်မူပါ'' ဟုလျှောက်၏။-
And Nathan said to the king, Go and do all that [is] in thine heart, for the Lord [is] with thee.
And it came to pass in that night, that the word of the Lord came to Nathan, saying,
5 ၅ ``ငါ၏အစေခံဒါဝိဒ်ထံသို့သွား၍သူ့ အား`သင်သည်ငါကျိန်းဝပ်ရန်ဗိမာန်တော်ကို တည်ဆောက်ရမည်မဟုတ်။-
Go, and say to my servant David, Thus says the Lord, Thou shalt not build me a house for me to dwell in.
6 ၆ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့အားအီဂျစ်ပြည်မှ ထုတ်ဆောင်လာချိန်မှ ယနေ့တိုင်အောင်ငါသည် ဗိမာန်တော်တွင်ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မမူခဲ့။ တဲတော် ၌သာကျိန်းဝပ်လျက်ဒေသစာရီလှည့်လည် တော်မူခဲ့၏။-
For I have not dwelt in a house from the day that I brought up the children of Israel out of Egypt to this day, but I have been walking in a lodge and in a tent,
7 ၇ ယင်းသို့မိမိ၏လူမျိုးတော်နှင့်လှည့်လည်တော် မူခဲ့စဉ်အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှ ငါသည်မိမိခန့် ထားသောခေါင်းဆောင်တို့အား`သင်တို့အဘယ် ကြောင့်ငါ၏အတွက်သစ်ကတိုးသားဗိမာန် တော်ကိုဆောက်လုပ်၍မပေးကြသနည်း' ဟု မေးတော်မမူခဲ့။-
wheresoever I went with all Israel. Have I ever spoken to any of the tribes of Israel, which I commanded to tend my people Israel, saying, Why have ye not built me a house of Cedar?
8 ၈ သို့ဖြစ်၍အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်ငါထာဝရဘုရား သည်မိမိ၏အစေခံဒါဝိဒ်အား`ငါသည်သင့် ကိုငါ၏လူမျိုးတော်ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား တို့၏ဘုရင်ဖြစ်စိမ့်သောငှာသိုးကျောင်းရာ ကွင်းထဲမှခေါ်ယူခဲ့၏။-
And now thus shalt thou say to my servant David, Thus says the Lord Almighty, I took thee from the sheep-cote, that thou shouldest be a prince over my people, over Israel.
9 ၉ သင်သွားလေရာရာ၌သင်နှင့်အတူငါပါရှိ လျက် သင်၏ရန်သူရှိသမျှတို့ကိုနှိမ်နင်းပေး ခဲ့၏။ ငါသည်သင့်အားကမ္ဘာပေါ်တွင်အကျော် စောဆုံးသောခေါင်းဆောင်တစ်ဦးဖြစ်စေမည်။-
And I was with thee wheresoever thou wentest, and I destroyed all thine enemies before thee, and I made thee renowned according to the renown of the great ones on the earth.
10 ၁၀ ငါ၏လူမျိုးတော်ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား တို့အတွက်နေရာအရပ်ကိုရွေးချယ်၍ နောက် တစ်ဖန်ညှင်းဆဲခြင်းကိုမခံရတော့ဘဲ အတည်တကျနေထိုင်စေပြီ။ ဤပြည် သို့ဝင်ရောက်လာချိန်မှအစပြု၍ သူတို့ သည်အကြမ်းဖက်သူလူစုတို့၏တိုက်ခိုက် မှုကိုခံခဲ့ရကြသော်လည်းနောက်တစ်ဖန် ခံရကြတော့မည်မဟုတ်။ သင့်အားရန်သူ အပေါင်းတို့၏ဘေးမှလုံခြုံစေ၍ သား မြေးများဖြစ်ထွန်းစေမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ငါထာဝရဘုရားမြွက်ဆို၏။-
And I will appoint a place for my people Israel, and will plant them, and they shall dwell by themselves, and shall be no more distressed; and the son of iniquity shall no more afflict them, as he [has done] from the beginning,
11 ၁၁
from the days when I appointed judges over my people Israel: and I will give thee rest from all thine enemies, and the Lord will tell thee that thou shalt build a house to him.
12 ၁၂ သင်ကွယ်လွန်၍ဘိုးဘေးတို့နှင့်အတူသင်္ဂြိုဟ် ခြင်းကိုခံရသောအခါ ငါသည်သင်၏သား တစ်ယောက်ကိုမင်းမြှောက်ကာသူ၏နိုင်ငံ ကိုတည်တံ့ခိုင်မြဲစေမည်။-
And it shall come to pass when thy days shall have been fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, that I will raise up thy seed after thee, even thine own issue, and I will establish his kingdom.
13 ၁၃ သူသည်ငါ၏အတွက်ဗိမာန်တော်ကိုတည် ဆောက်ရမည်။ ငါသည်သူ၏ရာဇပလ္လင်ကို ထာဝစဉ်တည်မြဲစေမည်။-
He shall build for me a house to my name, and I will set up his throne even for ever.
14 ၁၄ ငါသည်သူ၏အဖဖြစ်၍သူသည်လည်းငါ ၏သားဖြစ်ရလိမ့်မည်။ သူသည်အမှားကို ပြုသောအခါအဖကသားကိုဆုံးမ သကဲ့သို့သူ့ကိုဆုံးမမည်။-
I will be to him a father, and he shall be to me a son. And when he happens to transgress, then will I chasten him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the sons of men.
15 ၁၅ သင့်အားထီးနန်းအပ်နှင်းနိုင်ရန်ငါဖယ်ရှား လိုက်သည့်ရှောလု၏ထံမှ ငါ၏ထောက်ခံမှု ကိုရုပ်သိမ်းသကဲ့သို့သင်၏ထံမှရုပ်သိမ်း မည်မဟုတ်။-
But my mercy I will not take from him, as I took it from those whom I removed from my presence.
16 ၁၆ သင်၏အမျိုးအနွယ်သည်အဘယ်အခါ ၌မျှမတိမ်ကောဘဲ သင်၏နိုင်ငံသည်ထာဝ စဉ်တည်လိမ့်မည်။ သင်၏ရာဇအာဏာစက် သည်လည်းအဘယ်အခါ၌မျှပျက်သုဉ်း သွားလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူကြောင်း ဆင့်ဆိုလော့'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
And his house shall be made sure, and his kingdom for ever before me, and his throne shall be set up for ever.
17 ၁၇ နာသန်သည်မိမိအားဘုရားသခင်မိန့် ကြားတော်မူသမျှတို့ကို ဒါဝိဒ်အားဆင့် ဆိုလေ၏။
According to all these words, and according to all this vision, so Nathan spoke to David.
18 ၁၈ ဒါဝိဒ်မင်းသည်တဲတော်သို့ဝင်ပြီးလျှင်ထိုင် ၍``အို အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်နှင့် အကျွန်ုပ်၏မိသားစုသည်အကျွန်ုပ်အတွက် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပြုတော်မူသောကျေးဇူး တော်နှင့်မထိုက်မတန်ပါ။-
And king David came in, and sat before the Lord, and said, Who am I, O Lord, my Lord, and what [is] my house, that thou hast loved me hitherto?
19 ၁၉ အို အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အား ယခင်ကထက်ပင်ပို၍ကျေးဇူး ပြုတော်မူပါသည်တကား။ လာလတ္တံ့သော ကာလ၌အကျွန်ုပ်၏သားမြေးတို့အတွက် ကတိတော်ပေးတော်မူပါပြီ။ အို အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ဤ အကြောင်းကိုလူတစ်ယောက်အားအသိ ပေးတော်မူပါသည်တကား။-
Whereas I was very little before thee, O Lord, my Lord, yet thou spokest concerning the house of thy servant for a long time to [to come]. And [is] this the law of man, O Lord, my Lord?
20 ၂၀ အကျွန်ုပ်သည်အဘယ်သို့ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား ထပ်မံလျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါမည်နည်း။ ကိုယ်တော် ရှင်၏အစေခံအကျွန်ုပ်အကြောင်းကိုကိုယ် တော်ရှင်သိတော်မူပါ၏။-
And what shall David yet say to thee? and now thou knowest thy servant, O Lord, my Lord.
21 ၂၁ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်မိမိ၏အလိုတော်နှင့် အကြံအစည်တော်အရ ဤသို့ပြုတော်မူ ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်အားသွန်သင်စေရန် ဤကြီးမြတ်သည့်အမှုအရာများကိုပြု တော်မူပါပြီ။-
And thou hast wrought for thy servant's sake, and according to thy heart thou hast wrought all this greatness, to make it known to thy servant,
22 ၂၂ အို အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည် အလွန်ကြီးမြတ်တော်မူပါသည်တကား။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကြားသိသမျှအတိုင်းကိုယ် တော်ရှင်နှင့်တူသောဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင် မှတစ်ပါးအခြားဘုရားမရှိပါ။-
that he may magnify thee, O my Lord; for there is no one like thee, and there is no God, but thou among all of whom we have heard with our ears.
23 ၂၃ အဘယ်လူမျိုးမျှကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏လူမျိုး တော်ဣသရေလလူမျိုးနှင့်နှိုင်းယှဉ်၍မရ ပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်မိမိ၏လူမျိုးတော် စစ်ချီလာချိန်၌အခြားလူမျိုးတို့နှင့် သူ တို့၏ဘုရားများအားနှင်ထုတ်တော်မူခဲ့ ပါ၏။ အီဂျစ်ပြည်တွင်ကျွန်ခံရာမှကယ် ဆယ်တော်မူခဲ့သောလူတို့ကိုမိမိ၏လူ မျိုးတော်ဖြစ်စေတော်မူပါ၏။-
And what other nation in the earth [is] as thy people Israel? whereas God was his guide, to redeem for himself a people to make thee a name, to do mightily and nobly, so that thou shouldest cast out nations an [their] tabernacles from the presence of thy people, whom thou didst redeem for thyself out of Egypt?
24 ၂၄ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ဣသရေလလူမျိုးအား မိမိထာဝစဉ်ပိုင်ရာလူမျိုးတော်ဖြစ်စေ တော်မူပြီ။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော် ရှင်သည်လည်းသူတို့၏ဘုရားဖြစ်တော် မူပြီ။''
And thou has prepared for thyself thy people Israel to be a people for ever, and thou, Lord, art become their God.
25 ၂၅ ``အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော့် ကျွန်နှင့်အိမ်ထောင်အတွက်ပေးတော်မူသော ကတိတော်ကိုထာဝစဉ်တည်မြဲစေတော် မူ၍ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်မိန့်တော်မူသည့်အတိုင်း ပြုတော်မူပါ။-
And now, O my Lord, the Almighty Lord God of Israel, confirm the word for ever which thou hast spoken concerning thy servant and his house: and now as thou hast said,
26 ၂၆ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏နာမတော်သည်အစဉ် အမြဲထင်ပေါ်ကျော်ကြားပါလိမ့်မည်။ လူ တို့က`အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည်ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၏ဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏' ဟုအစဉ်အမြဲပြောဆို ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေခံ ဒါဝိဒ်၏မင်းဆက်ကိုလည်းတည်မြဲစေ တော်မူပါ။-
Let thy name be magnified for ever.
27 ၂၇ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၏ဘုရားသခင် အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော့် ကျွန်အားဤအမှုအရာများကိုဖော်ပြ၍ ကိုယ်တော့်ကျွန်၏သားမြေးများကိုမင်း မြှောက်တော်မူမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းမိန့်တော်မူ သောကြောင့် ကိုယ်တော့်ကျွန်သည်ဤဆုတောင်း ပတ္ထနာကိုအထံတော်သို့တင်လျှောက်ဝံ့ ပါ၏။''
Almighty Lord God of Israel, thou hast uncovered the ear of thy servant, saying, I will build thee a house: therefore thy servant has found [in] his heart to pray this prayer to thee.
28 ၂၈ ``အို အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင် သည်ဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူပါ၏။ ကတိတော် တို့ကိုလည်းအစဉ်တည်မြဲစေတော်မူပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော့်ကျွန်အားဤအံ့သြဖွယ်သော ကတိတော်ကိုပေးတော်မူပါပြီ။-
And now, O Lord my Lord, thou art God; and thy words will be true, and thou hast spoken these good things concerning thy servant.
29 ၂၉ ကိုယ်တော့်ကျွန်၏သားမြေးတို့သည်ရှေ့ တော်၌ ဆက်လက်၍မျက်နှာရစေရန်သူ တို့အားကောင်းချီးပေးတော်မူပါ။ အို အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကတိ ထားတော်မူပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ကောင်း ချီးမင်္ဂလာကိုကိုယ်တော့်ကျွန်၏သားမြေး တို့ထာဝစဉ်ခံစားစေတော်မူပါ'' ဟူ၍ တောင်းလျှောက်သတည်း။
And now begin and bless the house of thy servant, that it may continue for ever before thee; for thou, O Lord, my Lord, hast spoken, and the house of thy servant shall be blessed with thy blessing so as to continue for ever.
