၁ ဓမ္မရာဇဝင် 3
1 ၁ သူငယ်ရှမွေလသည်ဧလိညွှန်ကြားမှုကို ခံယူကာ ထာဝရဘုရား၏အမှုတော်ကို ထမ်းဆောင်လျက်နေ၏။ ထိုကာလ၌ထာဝရ ဘုရားထံမှဗျာဒိတ်တော်များကိုများစွာ မကြားရကြ။ ဗျာဒိတ်ရူပါရုံများကို လည်းမြင်တွေ့ရမှုနည်းပါးလေသည်။-
And the youth Samuel is serving YHWH before Eli, and the word of YHWH has been precious in those days—there is no vision breaking forth.
2 ၂ တစ်ညသ၌မျက်စိအလင်းကွယ်လုနီးပါး ရှိသောဧလိသည် မိမိ၏အခန်းတွင်အိပ်စက် လျက်နေ၏။-
And it comes to pass, at that time, that Eli is lying down in his place, and his eyes have begun [to be] faded—he is not able to see.
3 ၃ ရှမွေလမူကားပဋိညာဉ်သေတ္တာတော်ရှိရာ တဲတော်တွင်အိပ်လျက်နေသတည်း။ အရုဏ် မတက်သေးသဖြင့် မီးခွက်ကိုမငြိမ်းမသတ် ရသေးမီအချိန်၌၊-
And the lamp of God is not yet extinguished, and Samuel is lying down in the temple of YHWH, where the Ark of God [is],
4 ၄ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ရှမွေလအားခေါ် တော်မူ၏။ ရှမွေလကလည်း``ရှိပါသည် အရှင်'' ဟုထူးပြီးလျှင်၊-
and YHWH calls to Samuel, and he says, “Here I [am].”
5 ၅ ဧလိထံသို့ပြေး၍သွားကာ``အရှင်ခေါ် သဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်လာပါပြီ'' ဟုလျှောက်၏။ သို့ရာတွင်ဧလိက``သင့်ကိုငါမခေါ်။ ပြန်၍ အိပ်လော့'' ဟုဆို၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ရှမွေလသည် ပြန်၍အိပ်လေ၏။
And he runs to Eli and says, “Here I [am], for you have called for me”; and he says, “I did not call; turn back, lie down”; and he goes and lies down.
6 ၆ ဘုရားသခင်သည်ရှမွေလကိုတစ်ဖန်ခေါ်တော် မူပြန်၏။ သူငယ်သည်ထာဝရဘုရားခေါ်တော် မူမှန်းကိုမသိ။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် သူ့အားအဘယ်အခါကမျှဗျာ ဒိတ်ပေးတော်မမူခဲ့ဘူးသောကြောင့်ဖြစ်၏။ ထို့ ကြောင့်သူသည်ဧလိထံသို့သွားပြီးလျှင်``အရှင် ခေါ်သောကြောင့် လာပါပြီ'' ဟုလျှောက်၏။ သို့ရာတွင်ဧလိက``ငါ့သားသင့်ကိုငါ မခေါ်။ သင်ပြန်၍အိပ်လော့'' ဟုဆို၏။
And YHWH adds to call Samuel again, and Samuel rises and goes to Eli, and says, “Here I [am], for you have called for me”; and he says, “I have not called, my son, turn back, lie down.”
7 ၇
And Samuel has not yet known YHWH, and the word of YHWH is not yet revealed to him.
8 ၈ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ရှမွေလကိုတတိယ အကြိမ်ခေါ်တော်မူပြန်၏။ သူသည်ထ၍ ဧလိထံသို့သွားပြီးလျှင်``အရှင်ခေါ်သော ကြောင့်ကျွန်တော်လာပါပြီ'' ဟုလျှောက်၏။ ထိုအခါဧလိသည်သူငယ်ကိုခေါ်သောသူ ကား ထာဝရဘုရားပင်ဖြစ်တော်မူကြောင်း ရိပ်မိသဖြင့်၊-
And YHWH adds to call Samuel the third time, and he rises and goes to Eli, and says, “Here I [am], for you have called for me”; and Eli understands that YHWH is calling to the youth.
9 ၉ ``သင်သည်ပြန်၍အိပ်လော့။ အကယ်၍သင့်အား နောက်တစ်ကြိမ်ခေါ်လျှင်`ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အမိန့် ရှိတော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ကျွန်နာခံလျက်ရှိ ပါ၏' ဟုလျှောက်ထားလော့'' ဟုမှာကြားလိုက်၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ရှမွေလသည်ပြန်၍အိပ်လေ၏။
And Eli says to Samuel, “Go, lie down, and it has been, if He calls to you, that you have said, Speak, YHWH, for Your servant is hearing”; and Samuel goes and lies down in his place.
10 ၁၀ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ကြွလာတော်မူ၍ ရှမွေလအနီးတွင်ရပ်တော်မူလျက်``ရှမွေလ၊ ရှမွေလ'' ဟုရှေးနည်းတူခေါ်တော်မူ၏။ ရှမွေလက``အမိန့်ရှိတော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်နာခံလျက်ရှိပါ၏'' ဟုလျှောက်၏။
And YHWH comes, and stations Himself, and calls as time by time, “Samuel, Samuel”; and Samuel says, “Speak, for Your servant is hearing.”
11 ၁၁ ထာဝရဘုရားက``တစ်နေ့သောအခါ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့အားငါပြုမည့် အမှုသည်လွန်စွာကြောက်မက်ဖွယ်ကောင်းသဖြင့် ယင်းအကြောင်းကိုကြားသိရသူလူအပေါင်း တို့သည်ထိတ်လန့်၍သွားကြလိမ့်မည်။-
And YHWH says to Samuel, “Behold, I am doing a thing in Israel, at which the two ears of everyone hearing it tingle.
12 ၁၂ ထိုနေ့ကျရောက်သောအခါ ငါသည်ဧလိ၏ အိမ်ထောင်စုသားတို့အားဒဏ်စီရင်မည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူခဲ့သည်အတိုင်း အစမှအဆုံး တိုင်အောင်ငါစီရင်မည်။-
In that day I establish to Eli all that I have spoken to his house, beginning and completing;
13 ၁၃ သူ၏သားတို့သည်ငါ့အားပြစ်မှားပြောဆိုခဲ့ ကြသဖြင့် ငါသည်သူ၏အိမ်ထောင်စုကိုအပြစ် ဒဏ်စီရင်မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းဧလိအားပြောကြား ခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်၏။ သူတို့သည်ဤသို့သောဒုစရိုက် များကိုပြုကျင့်လျက်နေကြောင်းကိုဧလိသိ သော်လည်းသူတို့အားမတားမြစ်။-
and I have declared to him that I am judging his house for all time, for the iniquity which he has known, for his sons are making themselves vile, and he has not restrained them,
14 ၁၄ သို့ဖြစ်၍အဘယ်ယဇ်အဘယ်ပူဇော်သကာမျှ ဤဆိုးရွားသောအပြစ်ကိုဖြေလွတ်အောင်စွမ်း ဆောင်နိုင်လိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်ကြောင်း ငါသည်ဧလိ အိမ်ထောင်စုအားအလေးအနက်မြွက်ဆို၏'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
and therefore I have sworn to the house of Eli: the iniquity of the house of Eli is not atoned for, by sacrifice, and by offering—for all time.”
15 ၁၅ ရှမွေလသည်မိုးလင်းသည်တိုင်အောင်အိပ် ရာတွင်နေပြီးမှ ဘုရားသခင်၏အိမ်တော် တံခါးများကိုဖွင့်၏။ သူသည်မိမိမြင်ရ သည့်ဗျာဒိတ်ရူပါရုံအကြောင်းကိုဧလိ အားမပြောဝံ့။-
And Samuel lies until the morning, and opens the doors of the house of YHWH, and Samuel is afraid of declaring the vision to Eli.
And Eli calls Samuel and says, “Samuel, my son”; and he says, “Here I [am].”
17 ၁၇ ဧလိက``သင့်အားထာဝရဘုရားအဘယ်သို့ မိန့်တော်မူသနည်း။ ငါ့ထံမှအဘယ်အရာကို မျှထိမ်ဝှက်၍မထားနှင့်။ ဘုရားသခင်မိန့် တော်မူသမျှသောအရာတို့ကိုငါ့အား မဖော်ပြပါမူ ကိုယ်တော်သည်သင့်အားပြင်း ထန်စွာဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်'' ဟုဆို၏။-
And he says, “What [is] the word which He has spoken to you? Please do not hide it from me; so God does to you, and so does He add, if you hide from me a word of all the words that He has spoken to you.”
18 ၁၈ ထို့ကြောင့်ရှမွေလသည်အဘယ်အရာကိုမျှ ချန်လှပ်၍မထားဘဲ မိန့်တော်မူသမျှကိုပြန် ကြားလျှောက်ထားလေ၏။ ဧလိက``ကိုယ်တော် သည်ထာဝရဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ အလို တော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်းပြုတော်မူပါစေသော'' ဟုဆို၏။
And Samuel declares to him the whole of the words, and has not hid from him; and he says, “It [is] YHWH; that which is good in His eyes He does.”
19 ၁၉ ရှမွေလသည်ကြီးပြင်း၍လာ၏။ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည်သူနှင့်အတူရှိတော်မူ၍ ရှမွေလ ဖော်ပြသမျှသောအမှုအရာတို့ကိုဖြစ် ပျက်စေတော်မူ၏။-
And Samuel grows up, and YHWH has been with him, and has not let any of his words fall to the earth;
20 ၂၀ သို့ဖြစ်၍ရှမွေလသည်ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ပရောဖက်အမှန်ပင်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းကို တိုင်းပြည် တစ်စွန်းမှတစ်စွန်းတိုင်အောင်ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားအပေါင်းတို့သိကြ၏။-
and all Israel knows, from Dan even to Beer-Sheba, that Samuel is established for a prophet to YHWH.
21 ၂၁ ရှိလောမြို့သည်ရှမွေလအားထာဝရဘုရား ဗျာဒိတ်ပေးတော်မူရာအရပ်ဖြစ်၏။ ကိုယ်တော် သည်ထိုမြို့တွင်အကြိမ်ကြိမ်ထင်ရှားတော် မူ၏။ ရှမွေလမိန့်ကြားသည့်အခါများ၌ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားအပေါင်းတို့နာခံ ကြလေသည်။
And YHWH adds to appear in Shiloh, for YHWH has been revealed to Samuel, in Shiloh, by the word of YHWH.
