၁ ရာဇဝင်ချုပ် 17
1 ၁ ယခုအခါဒါဝိဒ်မင်းသည် မိမိနန်းတော်တွင် စံမြန်းလျက်နေတော်မူလေပြီ။ တစ်နေ့သ၌ သူသည်ပရောဖက်နာသန်အားခေါ်ပြီးလျှင်``ငါ သည်အာရစ်သားနှင့်တည်ဆောက်သောနန်းတော် တွင်စံနေရ၏။ ဘုရားသခင်၏ပဋိညာဉ် သေတ္တာတော်မူကား တဲတော်၌ပင်ရှိနေပေ သည်'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
And it came to pass as David dwelt in his house, that David said to Nathan the prophet, Behold, I dwell in a house of cedar, but the ark of the covenant of the Lord [is] under [curtains] of skins.
2 ၂ နာသန်က``အကြံအစည်တော်ရှိသည့်အတိုင်း ပြုတော်မူပါ။ ဘုရားသခင်သည်အရှင်မင်း ကြီးနှင့်အတူရှိတော်မူပါ၏'' ဟုလျှောက်၏။
And Nathan said to David, Do all that is in thy heart; for God [is] with thee.
And it came to pass in that night, that the word of the Lord came to Nathan, [saying],
4 ၄ ``ငါ၏အစေခံဒါဝိဒ်ထံသို့သွား၍သူသည် ငါကျိန်းဝပ်ရန်ဗိမာန်တော်ကိုတည်ဆောက် ရမည့်သူမဟုတ်ကြောင်းပြောကြားလော့။-
Go and say to David my servant, Thus said the Lord, Thou shalt not build me a house for me to dwell in it.
5 ၅ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့ကိုအီဂျစ်ပြည်မှ ထုတ်ဆောင်လာချိန်မှအစပြု၍ ငါသည်အဘယ် အခါမျှဗိမာန်တော်တွင်မကျိန်းမဝပ်ခဲ့။ တဲ တော်များတွင်သာလျှင်ကျိန်းဝပ်၍ တစ်နေရာ မှတစ်နေရာသို့ပြောင်းရွှေ့ခဲ့၏။-
For I have not dwelt in a house from the day that I brought up Israel until this day, but I have been in a tabernacle and a tent,
6 ၆ ဣသရေလပြည်သားတို့နှင့်အတူလှည့်လည် သွားလာလေသမျှသောအရပ်တို့တွင် ငါသည် မိမိခန့်ထားသောမည်သည့်ခေါင်းဆောင်ကို မျှ`သင်တို့သည်ငါ၏အတွက်အာရစ်သား ဗိမာန်တော်ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့်မတည်မဆောက် သနည်း' ဟုမေးမြန်းခဲ့ဖူးသည်မရှိ။''
in all places through which I have gone with all Israel: did I ever speak to [any] one tribe of Israel whom I commanded to feed my people, saying, [Why is it] that ye have not built me a house of cedar?
7 ၇ ``သို့ဖြစ်၍ငါ၏အစေခံဒါဝိဒ်အား၊ အနန္တ တန်ခိုးရှင်ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့်တော်မူသည် ကား`ငါသည်သင့်အားသိုးတို့ကိုထိန်းကျောင်း ရာမှခေါ်ယူ၍ ငါ၏လူမျိုးတော်ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့၏ဘုရင်အဖြစ်ဖြင့်ချီး မြှောက်တော်မူခဲ့၏။-
And now thus shalt thou say to my servant David, Thus saith the Lord Almighty, I took thee from the sheepfold, from following the flocks, to be a ruler over my people Israel:
8 ၈ သင်သွားလေရာရာသို့သင်နှင့်အတူငါရှိ ခဲ့၏။ သင်၏လမ်းမှရန်သူအပေါင်းတို့ကို သုတ်သင်ဖျက်ဆီးခဲ့၏။ ကမ္ဘာမြေပေါ်တွင် အကြီးမြတ်ဆုံးသူများနည်းတူသင့်ကို ငါထင်ပေါ်ကျော်ကြားစေမည်။-
and I was with thee in all places whither thou wentest, and I destroyed all thine enemies from before thee, and I made for thee a name according to the name of the great ones that are upon the earth.
9 ၉ ငါသည်မိမိ၏လူမျိုးတော်ဖြစ်သောဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့နေထိုင်ရန်အရပ်ကိုရွေးချယ်၍ သူ တို့အားနေရာချထားပေးခဲ့၏။ သူတို့သည်နောင် အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှဖိစီးနှိပ်စက်မှုကိုခံရ ကြလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။ ဤပြည်သို့ဝင်ရောက်လာ ချိန်မှအစပြု၍အကြမ်းဖက်သမားတို့၏ တိုက်ခိုက်မှုကိုခံခဲ့ရသော်လည်း နောင်အဘယ် အခါ၌မျှခံရကြတော့မည်မဟုတ်။ ငါ သည်သင်၏ရန်သူအပေါင်းကိုနှိမ်နင်းမည်၊ သင်၏အမျိုးအနွယ်ကိုလည်းတည်မြဲစေ မည်ဟူ၍ကတိပြု၏။-
And I will appoint a place for my people Israel, and I will plant him, and he shall dwell by himself, and shall no longer be anxious; and the son of iniquity shall no longer afflict him, as at the beginning,

and from the days when I appointed judges over my people Israel. Also I have humbled all thine enemies, and I will increase thee, and the Lord will build thee a house.
11 ၁၁ သင်သည်ကွယ်လွန်၍ဘိုးဘေးတို့၏သင်္ချိုင်း များအနီးတွင်သင်္ဂြိုဟ်ခြင်းကိုခံရသော အခါ ငါသည်သင့်သားတစ်ယောက်ကိုဘုရင် အဖြစ်ချီးမြှင့်၍သူ၏နိုင်ငံကိုတည်တံ့ ခိုင်မြဲစေမည်။-
And it shall come to pass when thy days shall be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, that I will raise up thy seed after thee, which shall be of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom.
12 ၁၂ သူသည်ငါ၏အတွက်ဗိမာန်တော်တစ်ဆောင် ကိုတည်ဆောက်လိမ့်မည်။ ငါသည်လည်းသူ၏ မင်းဆက်ကိုထာဝစဉ်တည်မြဲစေမည်။-
He shall build me a house, and I will set up his throne for ever.
13 ၁၃ ငါသည်သူ၏အဖဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။ သူသည်လည်း ငါ၏သားဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။ ငါသည်သင့်အားဘုရင် အဖြစ်ဖြင့်ချီးမြှောက်နိုင်ရန်ရှောလုကိုဖယ် ရှား၍ ငါ၏အထောက်အကူကိုသူ့ထံမှ ရုတ်သိမ်းသကဲ့သို့ သင်၏သားထံမှရုတ်သိမ်း လိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။-
I will be to him a father, and he shall be to me a son: and my mercy will I not withdraw from him, as I withdrew [it] from them that were before thee.
14 ၁၄ ငါ၏လူမျိုးတော်နှင့်ငါ့နိုင်ငံတော်ကိုထာဝ စဉ်စောင့်ရှောက်ရန် သူ့ကိုတာဝန်ပေးအပ်မည်။ သူ၏မင်းဆက်သည်အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှ ပြတ်ရလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်' ဟုပြောကြားလော့'' ဟူ၍နာသန်အားမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
And I will establish him in my house and in his kingdom for ever; and his throne shall be set up for ever.
15 ၁၅ နာသန်သည်ဘုရားသခင်ဖွင့်ပြတော်မူသော ဗျာဒိတ်တော်မှန်သမျှကို ဒါဝိဒ်အားပြန် ကြားလျှောက်ထားလေ၏။
According to all these words, and according to all this vision, so spoke Nathan to David.
16 ၁၆ ဒါဝိဒ်မင်းသည်တဲတော်ထဲသို့ဝင်၍ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ရှေ့တော်၌ထိုင်ပြီးလျှင်``အို ထာဝရ အရှင်ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးနှင့်ကျွန် တော်မျိုး၏အိမ်ထောင်စုသည် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင် ပြုတော်မူသောကျေးဇူးတော်အပေါင်းနှင့် မထိုက်တန်ပါ။-
And king David came and sat before the Lord, and said, Who am I, O Lord God? and what [is] my house, that thou hast loved me for ever?
17 ၁၇ သို့ရာတွင်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ဤထက်မက ပို၍ပင် ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူလျက်ရှိပါ၏။ နောင်လာလတ္တံ့သောနှစ်များတွင်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး ၏သားမြေးတို့အတွက် မည်သို့ပြုတော်မူမည် ကိုကတိထားတော်မူပါပြီ။ အို ထာဝရအရှင် ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော် မျိုးအားကြီးမြတ်သူတစ်ဦးအဖြစ်ကြို တင်၍သိမှတ်တော်မူပါပြီ။-
And these things were little in thy sight, O God: thou hast also spoken concerning the house of thy servant for a long time to come, and thou hast looked upon me as a man looks upon his fellow, and hast exalted me, O Lord God.
18 ၁၈ ဤထက်ပို၍မည်သို့လျှောက်ထားရပါမည် နည်း။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ အကြောင်းကိုကောင်းစွာသိတော်မူသော်လည်း ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေခံကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား ချီးမြှင့်မြှောက်စားတော်မူပါ၏။-
What shall David do more toward thee to glorify [thee]? and thou knowest thy servant.
19 ၁၉ အနာဂတ်ကာလ၌ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကြီးမြတ် လာမည်ကိုဖော်ပြရန် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအတွက် အလိုတော်နှင့်အကြံအစည်တော်အရ ဤ သို့ပြုတော်မူခြင်းပင်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။-
And thou hast wrought all this greatness according to thine heart.
20 ၂၀ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်နှင့်အဘယ် သူမျှမတူပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အစဉ်သိ မြင်သည်အတိုင်း ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သာလျှင် ဘုရားသခင်ဖြစ်တော်မူပါ၏။-
O Lord, there is none like thee, and there is no God beside thee, according to all things which we have heard with our ears.
21 ၂၁ ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးပေါ်တွင်ဣသရေလလူမျိုးနှင့် တူသောလူမျိုးမရှိပါ။ သူတို့အားကိုယ်တော် ရှင်သည်မိမိပိုင်တော်မူသောလူမျိုးတော်ဖြစ် လာစေရန် ကျွန်ဘဝမှကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူခဲ့ ပါ၏။ သူတို့အတွက်ကိုယ်တော်ပြုတော်မူ သောကြီးမြတ်၍အံ့သြဖွယ်ကောင်းသည့် အမှုများကြောင့် ဂုဏ်သတင်းတော်သည်ကမ္ဘာ သို့ပျံ့နှံ့ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်မိမိ၏ လူစုတော်အားအီဂျစ်ပြည်မှကယ်ဆယ် တော်မူခဲ့ပြီးလျှင် သူတို့ချီတက်လာကြ သောအခါအခြားလူမျိုးအပေါင်းတို့ ကိုနှင်ထုတ်တော်မူပါ၏။-
Neither is there another nation upon the earth [such] as thy people Israel, whereas God led him in the way, to redeem a people for himself, to make for himself a great and glorious name, to cast out nations from before thy people, whom thou redeemedst out of Egypt.
22 ၂၂ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့အား ကိုယ်တော်ရှင် ထာဝစဉ်ပိုင်တော်မူသောလူမျိုးတော်ဖြစ်စေ တော်မူပါပြီ။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော် ရှင်သည်သူတို့၏ဘုရားသခင်ဖြစ်လာတော် မူပါပြီ။
And thou hast appointed thy people Israel as a people to thyself for ever; and thou, Lord, didst become a God to them.
23 ၂၃ ``သို့ဖြစ်၍ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး နှင့်သားမြေးတို့အတွက်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပြု တော်မူသောကတိတော်ကို ယခုပင်အကောင် အထည်ပေါ်စေတော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပြု တော်မူမည်ဟုအမိန့်တော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း အစဉ်ပင်ပြုတော်မူပါ။-
And now, Lord, let the word which thou spokest to thy servant, and concerning his house, be confirmed for ever, and do thou as thou hast spoken.
24 ၂၄ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏သတင်းတော်သည်ထင်ပေါ် ကျော်ကြားပါလိမ့်မည်။ လူတို့ကလည်း`အနန္တ တန်ခိုးရှင်ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားအပေါင်းတို့၏ဘုရားဖြစ်တော် မူ၏' ဟုအစဉ်အမြဲမြွက်ဆိုကြပါလိမ့် မည်။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ရာဇပလ္လင်ကိုလည်း ထာဝစဉ်တည်စေတော်မူပါလိမ့်မည်။-
And let thy name [be] established and magnified for ever, [men] saying, Lord, Lord, Almighty God of Israel: and [let] the house of thy servant David [be] established before thee.
25 ၂၅ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်မိမိ၏အစေခံကျွန်တော် မျိုးအား ဤအမှုအရာအလုံးစုံကိုဖွင့်ပြ တော်မူသောကြောင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ ကျွန်တော် မျိုး၏သားမြေးတို့အားဘုရင်အဖြစ်ဖြင့် ချီးမြှင့်မြှောက်စားတော်မူမည်ဟုမိန့်တော် မူသောကြောင့်လည်းကောင်းကျွန်တော်မျိုး သည် ဤဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာကိုကျွန်တော်မျိုး ၏ဘုရားထံတော်သို့တင်လျှောက်ဝံ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါ၏။-
For thou, O Lord my God, hast revealed to the ear of thy servant that thou wilt build him a house; therefore thy servant has found a willingness to pray before thee.
26 ၂၆ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ဘုရားသခင်ဖြစ်တော်မူပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား ဤအံ့သြဖွယ်သောကတိတော်ကိုပေး တော်မူပါပြီ။-
And now, Lord, thou thyself art God, and thou hast spoken these good things concerning thy servant.
27 ၂၇ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏သားမြေးတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော် ရှင်၏ရှေ့တော်၌ဆက်လက်၍မျက်နှာရကြ စေရန် သူတို့အားကောင်းချီးပေးတော်မူပါ ဟုပန်ကြားလျှောက်ထားပါ၏။ အို ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်သူတို့အားကောင်း ချီးပေးတော်မူပါပြီ။ သူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော် ရှင်၏ကောင်းချီးမင်္ဂလာကိုအစဉ်အမြဲ ခံစားရကြပါစေသော'' ဟုဆုတောင်း သတည်း။
And now thou hast begun to bless the house of thy servant, so that it should continue for ever before thee: for thou, Lord, hast blessed [it], and do thou bless [it] for ever.
