< Yowana 20 >
1 Lyambape Jumapili kuli na lubhindu a Malia Magidalena gubhapite kulikabhuli, gubhalibhweni liganga lila lishoshiywe pannango gwa likabhuli.
Now on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene went early, while it was still dark, to the tomb, and saw the stone taken away from the tomb.
2 Bhai, gubhabhujile lubhilo kubhaaliji a Shimoni Petili na bhaajiganywa bhaanonyelaga a Yeshu bhala, nikwaabhalanjilanga, “Bhashikwaashoyanga Bhakulungwa nnikabhuli mula, wala tukakukumanya kubhaabhishilenje.”
Therefore she ran and came to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple whom Jesus loved, and said to them, "They have taken away the Lord out of the tomb, and we do not know where they have put him."
3 Bhai a Petili na nkujiganywa juna jula, gubhapitengene kulikabhuli.
Therefore Peter and the other disciple went out, and they went toward the tomb.
4 Gubhapitengene lubhilo bhowe bhanabhili, ikabheje nkujiganywa juna jula ashinkubhutuka kwaapunda a Petili, gwalongolele kuika kulikabhuli.
They both ran together. The other disciple outran Peter, and came to the tomb first.
5 Gwakotime kuulumila nnikabhuli, gwajibhweni shanda, ikabheje jwangajinjila nkati.
Stooping and looking in, he saw the linen cloths lying, yet he did not enter in.
6 Bhai gubhaishe na a Shimoni Petili, gubhajinjile nnikabhuli, mwenemo gubhajibhweni shanda,
Then Simon Peter came, following him, and entered into the tomb. He saw the linen cloths lying,
7 na shitambaa shibhailijilwe a Yeshu kuntwe. Shene shitambaasho shikaliji pamo na shanda jila, ikabhe shashinkuiligwa kunyenje pa jikape.
and the cloth that had been on his head, not lying with the linen cloths, but rolled up in a place by itself.
8 Kungai bhaajiganywa bhalongolele kuika kulikabhuli bhala, na bhalabho gubhajinjile nkati, gubhalolile nigubhakulupalile.
So then the other disciple who came first to the tomb also entered in, and he saw and believed.
9 Pabha bhakagamanyinjiji Majandiko ga Ukonjelo gatayaga kuti, yashinkupinjikwa a Yeshu bhawaga, bhayushe.
For as yet they did not know the Scripture, that he must rise from the dead.
10 Bhai, bhaajiganywa bhala gubhabhujengenenje kwenda kunngwabhonji.
So the disciples went away again to their own homes.
11 Ikabheje a Malia Magidalena pubhajimi palanga likabhuli, bhaliguta. Akuno bhali nkuguta gubhakotime kuulumilla nnikabhuli,
But Mary was standing outside at the tomb weeping. So, as she wept, she stooped and looked into the tomb,
12 gubhaabhweninji ashimalaika bhabhili bhawetenje nngubho yanawe, bhali bhatemingene pubhagoneshwe a Yeshu pala, jumo kugwaloshiye ntwe na juna kugaliji makongono.
and she saw two angels in white sitting, one at the head, and one at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.
13 Ashimalaika bhala, bhakwaabhuyangaga, “Mama, pakuti nnaguta?” Bhalabho gubhaajangwilenje, “Pabha bhashikwaashoyanga Bhakulungwa bhangu na wala ngakukumanya kubhaabhishilenje!”
They told her, "Woman, why are you weeping?" She said to them, "Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have put him."
14 Bhakabheleketeje genego gubhatendebhwishe nnyuma, gubhaabhweni a Yeshu bhajimi, ikabheje bhangaamanya kuti ni a Yeshu.
When she had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing, and did not know that it was Jesus.
15 A Yeshu bhakwaabhuyaga, “A Mama, kwa nndi nnaguta? Junkunnoleya gani?” A Malia bhaliganishiya kuti pana bhaalima bhushitani, gubhaalugulile, “Mmakulungwa, monaga mmwe mwaatolile, mmalanjile kumwaabhishile, ngaatole.”
Jesus said to her, "Woman, why are you weeping? Who are you looking for?" She, supposing him to be the gardener, said to him, "Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have put him, and I will take him away."
16 A Yeshu gubhaalugulile, “A Malia Magidalena!” Nabhalabho a Malia gubhatendebhwishe, gubhaalugulile kwa Shiebhulania, “Labhoni!” Malombolelo gakwe, “Mmaajiganya.”
Jesus said to her, "Mary." She turned and said to him in Hebrew, "Rabboni." which is to say, "Teacher."
17 A Yeshu gubhaalugulile, “Nnangamule, pabha nganabhekwenda kwa Atati. Ikabheje nnjende kwa ashaalongo ajangu nkaabhalanjilanje, ngunakwenda kwa Atati bhali Ainabhenunji na mmanganyanji, na a Nnungu bhangu bhali na mmanganyanji a Nnungu bhenunji.”
Jesus said to her, "Do not touch me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brothers, and tell them, 'I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.'"
18 Kwa nneyo a Malia Magidalena, gubhapite kwaabhalanjilanga bhaajiganywa bhala ngani ja kuti, naabhweni Bhakulungwa na kuti bhashilugulilwa gene gowego.
Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples, "I have seen the lord," and that he had said these things to her.
19 Bhai puyaliji ligulo lya Jumapili, bhaajiganywa bha a Yeshu pubhalinginji pamo nnyumba, akuno bhaugelenje milango nkwajogopanga Bhayaudi. Bhai, gubhakoposhele a Yeshu gubhajimi pakati jabhonji, gubhaalugulilenje, “Ulele ubhe na mmanganyanji!”
When therefore it was evening, on that day, the first day of the week, and when the doors were locked where the disciples were, for fear of the Jewish leaders, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, "Peace be to you."
20 Bhakabheleketeje genego, gubhaalangwiyenje makono gabho na lubhalati lwabho. Bhai, bhaajiganywa bhala gubhainonyelenje ga kwaabhona Bhakulungwa.
When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side. The disciples therefore were glad when they saw the Lord.
21 Bhai a Yeshu gubhaabhanjilenje kabhili, “Ulele ubhe na mmanganyanji! Malinga nne shibhandumile Atati, na nne ngunakuntumanga mmanganyanji.”
Jesus therefore said to them again, "Peace be to you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you."
22 Bhakabheleketeje genego, gubhaapepetelenje bhalinkuti, “Mposhelanje Mbumu jwa Ukonjelo.
When he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit.
23 Mwaaleshelelangaga bhandunji yambi yabhonji, shibhaleshelelwanje, nkaaleshelelanje bhakaleshelelwanga.”
Whoever's sins you forgive, they are forgiven them. Whoever's sins you retain, they have been retained."
24 Ikabheje a Tomashi bhamo munkumbi gwa bhaajiganywa likumi limo na bhabhili bhala, bhashemwaga bhammba, bhakapaliji malanga gubhaishe a Yeshu.
But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.
25 Bhai bhaajiganywa bhananji bhala gubhaalugulilenje, “Twaabhweni Bhakulungwa.” A Tomashi gubhashite, “Nne ngakulupalila kuti bhayushile, ngagabhone mabhabhule ga mishumali jibhakomelwe mmakono gabho na nyinjiye ngowe yangu mmbalati mubhaomilwe lipanga.”
The other disciples therefore said to him, "We have seen the Lord." But he said to them, "Unless I see in his hands the mark of the nails, and put my finger into the mark of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe."
26 Bhai, lyubha lya nane, bhaajiganywa bhala pubhalinginji pamo kabhili nnyumba mula, na bhalabho a Tomashi bhaapali. Milango jili jiugelwe, ikabheje a Yeshu gubhaishe, gubhajimi pakati pakati jabhonji, gubhashite, “Ulele ubhe na mmanganyanji!”
After eight days again his disciples were inside, and Thomas was with them. Jesus came, the doors being locked, and stood in the midst, and said, "Peace be to you."
27 Kungai gubhaalugulile a Tomashi, “Nnjienasho shikowe shenu ntomaye mmakono gangu, nnjienago na nkono gwenu mmishe mmbalati yangu. Nnabhe mundu jwangakulupalila, ikabhe nkulupalile!”
Then he said to Thomas, "Put your finger here, and observe my hands. Reach out your hand, and put it into my side; and do not be unbelieving, but believing."
28 A Tomashi gubhaajangwile, “Mmakulungwa bhangu na a Nnungu bhangu!”
Thomas answered and said to him, "My Lord and my God."
29 A Yeshu gubhaabhalanjile, “Nkulupalile kuti nyushile, pabha mmweni. Mbaya bhaakulupalilanga gwangali kwiibhona.”
Jesus said to him, "Because you have seen me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen, and have believed."
30 Bhai ipali ilangulo yaigwinji ibhatendile a Yeshu pubhaliji na bhaajiganywa bhabho yangajandikwa nshitabhumuno.
Therefore Jesus did many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book;
31 Ikabheje yenei ishijandikwa Mmajandiko ga Ukonjelo kuti, nkupinga nkulupalilanje kuti a Yeshu ni a Kilishitu, Mwana jwa a Nnungu, na nkulupalilangaga nkolanje gumi kwa mashili ga lina lyabho.
but these are written, that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name.
