1 Nne a Petili, ntume jwa a Yeshu Kilishitu, ngunakunnjandishilanga mmanganya nng'agulwenje na Atati a Nnungu, bhajeninji nshilambolyo mmutushilenje ku nkoa gwa ku Ponto na ku nkoa gwa ku Galatia na ku Kapadokia na ku Ashia na ku Bhishinia.
PETROS, an apostle of Jeshu Meshiha, to the chosen-ones and sojourners who are scattered in Pontos and in Galatia, and in Kapadukia, and in Asia, and in Bithunia:
2 Atati a Nnungu bhashinkutumbilila kunng'agulanga mmanganya kuumila bhukalago na mwashinkutakaywanga nagwe Mbumu, kupinga mwaakundanje a Yeshu Kilishitu na nkonjeleywanje na minyai jabho. Ngunakunnjujilanga nnjeshewanje mboka na ulele.
them who are elected by the foreknowledge of Aloha the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, that they might be unto obedience, and unto the sprinkling of the blood of Jeshu Meshiha: grace and peace be multiplied with you.
3 Bhalumbililwe a Nnungu Atati bha Bhakulungwa bhetu a Yeshu Kilishitu! Kwa shiya shabho shikulungwa bhashikututenda tupate gumi gwa ambi kwa kwaayuya a Yeshu Kilishitu kukopoka bhakaweje. Bhatupele ngulupai ya kweli,
Blessed be Aloha, the Father of our Lord Jeshu Meshiha, who by his abundant grace hath begotten us anew through the resurrection of our Lord Jeshu Meshiha unto the hope of salvation,
4 kwa nneyo tunalindilila ulishi gubhaabhishilenje a Nnungu bhandunji bhabho. A Nnungu bhashikummishilanga gwene ulishigo kunnungu na kweneko ukabhola, ukaangabhanika na wala ukajumula.
and to the inheritance which is not corruptible, and not defiled, and not to be consumed, which is prepared for you in heaven,
5 Yeneyo shiibhe yenunji mmanganya kwa ngulupai nnatamangana muulinda gwa mashili ga a Nnungu mpaka muupatanje ntapulo upinga langulwa kumpelo gwa yaka.
while you are kept by the power of Aloha and through faith, unto the salvation which is prepared to be revealed in the last times;
6 Nng'angalalanje kwa genego, ikabheje kwa malanga gashoko ga nnaino gano, nkaangalala ukoto kwa ligongo lya mboteko ya malinjilo gamagwinji,
wherein you will rejoice for ever, though in this little time you are afflicted by manifold temptations which pass over you;
7 malinjilo nkupinga nkong'ondelanje ngulupai yenunji. Shaabhu nkali jiangabhanikayo jinalingwa pa moto, na malinga ngulupai jenunji jili ja mana kupunda shaabhu, jinapinjikwa jilingwe jimanyishe gwa mmbone gwakwe. Penepo shinnumbililwanje na kuywa na ishimika lyubha lishibhabhoneshe a Yeshu Kilishitu.
that the proof of your faith may be seen, which is more precious than gold refined which is proved in fire, unto praise and unto honour and unto glory, at the revelation of Jeshu Meshiha;
8 Nkali nkanabhe kwabhonangayo, mmanganyanji nnakwaakulupalilanga nkali nkakwaabhonanga nnainoyo. Kwa nneyo nnakwiinonyelenga kwa kaje numbe kwangatendeka kutalashiywa,
whom you have not seen and (yet) love, and in whose faith you exult with glorious joy that is not spoken:
9 pabha nnapatanga ntapulo gwa mitima jenunji na shitumbililwe nngulupai jenunji.
that you may receive the recompence of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
10 Ashinkulondola bha a Nnungu bhashinkuloleyanga na kagulila ga gwene ntapulogo, gubhalondolenje ga mboka jipinga kunng'ishilanga mmanganya.
That salvation which the prophets investigated when they prophesied concerning the grace which was to be given unto you,
11 Gubhalinjilenje kuloleya malanga na miongwe gugapinga koposhela genego. Yani malanga galugwile Mbumu jwa a Kilishitu aliji nkati jabhonji, alilondola ga mboteko ipinga kwaapata a Kilishitu na ukonjelo upinga kagula gapitaga genego.
and searched into, what time the Spirit of the Meshiha who dwelt in them showed and testified of the future sufferings of the Meshiha, and his glory which (should be) after them.
12 A Nnungu bhashikwaunukulilanga bhamumanyanje kuti pubhabheleketangaga gene gumpilikenenje mmanganya kukopoka kwa ashintume. Bhene bhannungushiyenje Ngani ja Mmbone kwa mashili gaka Mbumu jwa Ukonjelo atumilwe kukopoka kunnungu. Lyene liengolyo likaliji kwa ligongo lyabhonji ashaayene, ikabhe kwa ligongo lyenu mmanganya. Genego nkali ashimalaika bha a Nnungu bhatendaga pinganga bhagabhonanje.
And all that they searched was revealed to them; for not for themselves they inquired, but to us (and) of us they prophesied those (blessings) which now are revealed to you by them who have preached to you by the Spirit of Holiness which is sent from heaven; for into these themselves the angels also desire to look.
13 Kwa nneyo, bhai, mwishimilikanje na nsheyanje. Nnolelanje nema jinkupinga poshelanga pushibhaishe a Yeshu Kilishitu.
Wherefore gird up the loins of your minds, and be fully wakeful, and hope for the joy that cometh to you at the revelation of our Lord Jeshu Meshiha;
14 Nkundanje ga a Nnungu, nnakaguyanje kutenda yangali ya mmbone imwatendangaga bhukala pumwalinginji mabhelu.
as obedient children, and not partaking again of the former desires which you desired when ignorant.
15 Ikabhe malinga bhayene bhanshemilenje shibhali bha ukonjelo, nnapinjikwanga mmanganje mma ukonjelo.
But be holy in all your conversations, as he is holy who calleth you;
16 Pabha ishijandikwa, “Mmanganje mma ukonjelo, pabha nne najwa ukonjelo.”
because it is written, Be ye holy, as I also am holy.
17 Na ibhaga a Nnungu bhunkwashemanga Atati, bhai mmumanyanje kuti bhenebho bhanaukumula bhandu bhowe kwa itendi yabhonji, gwangali kuagulanya. Kwa nneyo ntamangane kwa lipamba lya kwaajogopa a Nnungu kwa mobha genunjiga tama mbuti bhajeninji pa shilambolyo pano.
And if you call him Father before whom there is no respect of persons, and who judgeth every man according to his works, with fear conduct you in this time of your sojourn;
18 Na mmanganya mmumanyinji kuti nshigombolwanga kukopoka ku gwangali gwa mmbone gwenunji gumwauposhelenje kukopoka kwa ashainabhenunji. Numbe mmangagombolwanga kwa indu iangabhanika, ela na shaabhu,
while you know that not with silver which wasteth away, nor with gold, you have been redeemed from your vain works which you received from your fathers,
19 ikabhe kwa minyai ja mmbone ja a Kilishitu, bhaaliji malinga mwana ngondolo jwa mmbone na jwangali ilebho.
but with the precious blood of the Lamb spotless and unblemished, who is the Meshiha;
20 Bhenebho bhashinkuagulwa na a Nnungu kutandubhila bhukala, shilambolyo shikanabhe panganywa, ikabheje kuyaka ya kumpelo ino gubhalangwilwe kwa ligongo lyenu mmanganyanji.
who was afore-separated for this from before the foundations of the world, and hath been manifested in these last times for you,
21 Kwa ligongo lya bhenebho, nnakwakulupalilanga a Nnungu bhaayushiye bhenebho bhakaweje nikwaapa ukonjelo. Kwa nneyo ngulupai yenunji ibhe kwa a Nnungu.
who by him believe in Aloha, who raised him from the dead, and gave him glory, that your faith and your hope may be in Aloha.
22 Pabha nnaino, nshikundanga majiganyo ga kweli ga a Yeshu Kilishitu, mmanganya mwiikonjeleyenje mmitima jenunji na kwaapinganga bhandu ajenunji gwangali ya kwilambilila, bhai, mpingananje mpaka mmitima.
Let your souls be sanctified in obedience to the truth, and be filled with the charity which respecteth not persons, that with a pure heart and perfect you may love one another,
23 Pabha nshibhelekwanga gwabhili, nngabha kwa mmbeju yawa, ikabhe kwa mmbeju yangawa, kwa lilobhe lya a Nnungu likwete gumi, litama pitipiti. (aiōn g165)
as men who are regenerated, not by a perishable seed, but by that which is imperishable, by the living word of Aloha which abideth for ever. (aiōn g165)
24 Na malinga Majandiko shigakuti bheleketa. “Bhandunji bhowe malinga manyai, na ukonjelo gwakwe gowe na malinga lilubha lya manyai. Manyai ganajumula na malubha ganapakatika.
Because all flesh is grass, and all its beauty as the flower of the field. The grass withereth and the flower drieth up,
