स्तोत्रसंहिता 99

1 १ परमेश्वर राज्य करतो; राष्ट्रे कंपित होवोत. तो करुबांच्यावर विराजमान आहे; पृथ्वी थरथर कापो.

Yhwh reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved.

2 २ सियोनात परमेश्वर महान आहे; तो सर्व राष्ट्रांच्यावर उंच आहे.

Yhwh is great in Zion; and he is high above all the people.

3 ३ ते तुझे महान आणि भयचकीत करणाऱ्या नावाची स्तुती करोत. तो पवित्र आहे.

Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy.

4 ४ राजा बलवान आहे आणि तो न्यायप्रिय आहे. तू सरळपणा स्थापिला आहे; तू याकोबात न्याय व निती अस्तित्वात आणली आहेस.

The king’s strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob.

5 ५ परमेश्वर, आपला देव त्याची स्तुती करा आणि त्याच्या पदासनाजवळ त्याची उपासना करा. तो पवित्र आहे.

Exalt ye Yhwh our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.

6 ६ त्याच्या याजकामध्ये मोशे आणि अहरोन हे होते, आणि त्यास प्रार्थना करणाऱ्यांपैकी शमुवेल हा होता. त्यांने परमेश्वराची प्रार्थना केली आणि त्याने त्यांना उत्तर दिले.

Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon Yhwh, and he answered them.

7 ७ तो त्यांच्याशी मेघस्तंभातून बोलला. त्यांनी त्याच्या आज्ञा आणि त्याचे नियम पाळले.

He spake unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them.

8 ८ हे परमेश्वरा, आमच्या देवा, तू त्यांना उत्तर दिलेस. तू त्यांना क्षमा करणारा देव आहेस तरी त्यांच्या पापमय कृत्याबद्दल त्यांना शिक्षा करीत होतास.

Thou answeredst them, O Yhwh our God: thou wast a God that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions.

9 ९ परमेश्वर, आपला देव ह्याची स्तुती करा, आणि त्याच्या पवित्र डोंगरावर उपासना करा, कारण परमेश्वर आमचा देव पवित्र आहे.

Exalt Yhwh our God, and worship at his holy hill; for Yhwh our God is holy.
