स्तोत्रसंहिता 92

1 १ शब्बाथ दिवसाचे स्तोत्र परमेश्वराची उपकारस्तुती करणे आणि हे परात्परा, तुझ्या नावाला स्तुती गाणे ही चांगली गोष्ट आहे.

A Psalm. A song for the Sabbath day. It is good to praise the LORD, and to sing praises to Your name, O Most High,

2 २ सकाळी तुझे वात्सल्य, आणि प्रत्येकरात्री तुझ्या सत्यतेबद्दल निवेदन करणे.

to proclaim Your loving devotion in the morning and Your faithfulness at night

3 ३ दहा तारांचे वाद्य, वीणेवर आणि सतारीवर संगीत वाजवणे चांगले आहे.

with the ten-stringed harp and the melody of the lyre.

4 ४ कारण हे परमेश्वरा, तू आपल्या कृतीने मला हर्षित केले आहे. तुझ्या हातच्या कृत्यांविषयी मी आनंदाने गाईन.

For You, O LORD, have made me glad by Your deeds; I sing for joy at the works of Your hands.

5 ५ हे परमेश्वरा, तुझी कृत्ये किती महान आहेत, तुझे विचार फार गहन आहेत.

How great are Your works, O LORD, how deep are Your thoughts!

6 ६ पशुतुल्य मनुष्यास ते कळत नाहीत, किंवा मूर्खाला ती समजत नाहीत,

A senseless man does not know, and a fool does not understand,

7 ७ दुष्ट गवताप्रमाणे उगवले, आणि सर्व वाईट करणारे भरभराटीस आले; तरीही त्यांचा कायमचा शेवटचा नाश ठरलेला आहे.

that though the wicked sprout like grass, and all evildoers flourish, they will be forever destroyed.

8 ८ परंतु हे परमेश्वरा, तू तर सदासर्वकाळ राज्य करशील.

But You, O LORD, are exalted forever!

9 ९ हे परमेश्वरा, खरोखर, तुझ्या शत्रूंकडे पाहा; सर्व वाईट करणारे विखरले आहेत.

For surely Your enemies, O LORD, surely Your enemies will perish; all evildoers will be scattered.

10 १० पण तू माझे शिंग रानबैलाच्या शिंगाप्रमाणे उंच केले आहेस; मला ताज्या तेलाचा अभिषेक झाला आहे.

But You have exalted my horn like that of a wild ox; with fine oil I have been anointed.

11 ११ माझ्या डोळ्यांनी माझ्या शत्रूंचा नाश पाहिला आहे; जे दुष्कर्मी माझ्यावर उठतात त्यांच्याविषयी माझ्या कानांनी ऐकले आहे.

My eyes see the downfall of my enemies; my ears hear the wailing of my wicked foes.

12 १२ नितीमान खजुरीसारखा समृद्ध होईल, तो लबानोनावरील गंधसरूसारखा वाढेल.

The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, and grow like a cedar in Lebanon.

13 १३ जे परमेश्वराच्या घरात लावलेल्या वृक्षासारखे आहेत; ते आपल्या देवाच्या अंगणात झपाट्याने वाढतील.

Planted in the house of the LORD, they will flourish in the courts of our God.

14 १४ वृद्धपणातही ते फळ देत राहतील; ते टवटवीत आणि हिरवे राहतील.

In old age they will still bear fruit; healthy and green they will remain,

15 १५ हे यासाठी की, परमेश्वर सरळ आहे हे त्यांनी जाहीर करावे; तो माझा खडक आहे, आणि त्याच्याठायी काहीच अन्याय नाही.

to proclaim, “The LORD is upright; He is my Rock, and in Him there is no unrighteousness.”
