स्तोत्रसंहिता 9

1 १ प्रमुख गायकासाठी; मूथ लब्बेन रागावर बसवलेले दाविदाचे स्तोत्र. मी माझ्या सर्व हृदयाने परमेश्वरास धन्यवाद देईन; मी तुझ्या सर्व अद्भुत कृत्यांबद्दल सांगेन.

To the Overseer, 'On the Death of Labben.' — A Psalm of David. I confess, O Jehovah, with all my heart, I recount all Thy wonders,

2 २ तुझ्यामध्ये मी आनंद व हर्ष करीन, हे परात्परा देवा, मी तुझ्या नावाचा महिमा गाईन.

I rejoice and exult in Thee, I praise Thy Name, O Most High.

3 ३ माझे शत्रू माघारी फिरतात, तेव्हा ते तुझ्यासमोर अडखळतात आणि नाश होतात.

In mine enemies turning backward, they stumble and perish from Thy face.

4 ४ कारण तू माझ्या न्यायाला व माझ्या वादाला समर्थन केले आहे. तू तुझ्या सिंहासनावर न्यायी न्यायाधीश म्हणून बसला आहे.

For Thou hast done my judgment and my right. Thou hast sat on a throne, A judge of righteousness.

5 ५ आपल्या युद्धाच्या आरोळीने तू राष्ट्रांस भयभीत असे केले आहेस; तू दुष्टाचा नाश केला आहेस. तू त्यांचे नाव सर्वकाळपर्यंत खोडले आहे.

Thou hast rebuked nations, Thou hast destroyed the wicked, Their name Thou hast blotted out to the age and for ever.

6 ६ जेव्हा तू त्यांच्या शहरांना अस्ताव्यस्त केले, तेव्हा शत्रूंची ओसाडी झाली आहे. त्यांची सर्व आठवण देखील नाहीशी झाली आहे.

O thou Enemy, Finished have been destructions for ever, As to cities thou hast plucked up, Perished hath their memorial with them.

7 ७ परंतु परमेश्वर अनंतकाळ असा आहे; त्याने त्याचे राजासन न्यायासाठी स्थापिले आहे.

And Jehovah to the age abideth, He is preparing for judgment His throne.

8 ८ तो जगाचा न्याय प्रामाणिकपणाने करणार, राष्ट्रांसाठी तो न्यायी असा निर्णय देणार आहे.

And He judgeth the world in righteousness, He judgeth the peoples in uprightness.

9 ९ परमेश्वर पीडितांना आश्रयदुर्ग आहे, संकटकाळी तो बळकट दुर्ग असा आहे.

And Jehovah is a tower for the bruised, A tower for times of adversity.

10 १० जे तुझ्या नावाला ओळखतात, ते तुझ्यावर विश्वास ठेवतात. कारण हे परमेश्वरा जे तुला शोधतात त्यांना तू टाकले नाही.

They trust in Thee who do know Thy name, For Thou hast not forsaken Those seeking Thee, O Jehovah.

11 ११ सीयोनामध्ये राहणाऱ्या लोकांनो, तुम्ही परमेश्वराची स्तुती करा. ज्या महान गोष्टी त्याने केल्या त्याबद्दल इतर देशांना सांगा.

Sing ye praise to Jehovah, inhabiting Zion, Declare ye among the peoples His acts,

12 १२ कारण देव, जो रक्तपाताचा सूड उगवतो, त्यांची आठवण आहे. तो गरीबांचा आक्रोश विसरला नाही.

For He who is seeking for blood Them hath remembered, He hath not forgotten the cry of the afflicted.

13 १३ परमेश्वरा माझ्यावर दया कर, जो तू मला मरणाच्या दारातून उचलतोस तो तू, जे माझा द्वेष करतात त्यांच्यामुळे मी कसा पीडिला जात आहे ते पाहा.

Favour me, O Jehovah, See mine affliction by those hating me, Thou who liftest me up from the gates of death,

14 १४ म्हणजे मी तुझी स्तुती वर्णीन; सियोन कन्येच्या दाराजवळ मी तुझ्या तारणात हर्ष करीन.

So that I recount all Thy praise, In the gates of the daughter of Zion. I rejoice on Thy salvation.

15 १५ राष्ट्रे त्यांच्याच खणलेल्या खाचेत पडली आहेत; त्यांनी लपून ठेवलेल्या जाळ्यात त्यांचाच पाय गुंतला आहे.

Sunk have nations in a pit they made, In a net that they hid hath their foot been captured.

16 १६ परमेश्वराने त्या वाईट लोकांस पकडले. परमेश्वर वाईट कृत्ये करणाऱ्यांना शिक्षा करतो हे ते शिकले हिग्गायोन.

Jehovah hath been known, Judgment He hath done, By a work of his hands Hath the wicked been snared. (Meditation, Selah)

17 १७ दुष्ट मृतलोकांत टाकला जाईल, जे राष्ट्रे देवाला विसरले आहेत त्यांचे असेच होईल. (Sheol h7585)

The wicked do turn back to Sheol, All nations forgetting God. (Sheol h7585)

18 १८ कारण जो गरजवंत आहे, तो विसरला जाणार नाही. किंवा पीडलेल्यांची आशा कधीच तोडली जाणार नाही.

For not for ever is the needy forgotten, The hope of the humble lost to the age.

19 १९ हे परमेश्वरा, ऊठ, मर्त्य मनुष्य आम्हांवर प्रबळ न होवो; राष्ट्रांचा न्याय तुझ्यासमक्ष होऊ दे.

Rise, O Jehovah, let not man be strong, Let nations be judged before Thy face.

20 २० परमेश्वरा त्यांना भयभीत कर; राष्ट्रे केवळ मर्त्य मनुष्य आहेत, हे त्यांना कळू दे. सेला.

Appoint, O Jehovah, a director to them, Let nations know they [are] men! (Selah)
