स्तोत्रसंहिता 70

1 १ दाविदाचे स्तोत्र हे देवा, मला सोडव. हे परमेश्वरा, लवकर ये आणि मला मदत कर.

To the victorie `of Dauid, `to haue mynde. God, biholde thou in to myn heelp; Lord, hast thou to helpe me.

2 २ जे माझा जीव घेऊ पाहतात, त्यांना लज्जित कर आणि गोंधळून टाक; माझ्या यातनेत आनंद मानणारे माघारी फिरोत आणि अपमानित होवोत;

Be thei schent, and aschamed; that seken my lijf. Be thei turned a bak; and schame thei, that wolen yuels to me.

3 ३ जे मला अहाहा! अहाहा! असे म्हणतात, ते आपल्या लाजेने मागे फिरोत.

Be thei turned awei anoon, and schame thei; that seien to me, Wel! wel!

4 ४ जे तुझा शोध घेतात ते सर्व तुझ्याठायी हर्षित आणि आनंदित होवोत; ज्यांना तुझे तारण प्रिय आहे, ते देवाची स्तुती असो असे नेहमी म्हणोत.

Alle men that seken thee, make fulli ioie, and be glad in thee; and thei that louen thin heelthe, seie euere, The Lord be magnyfied.

5 ५ पण मी गरीब आणि गरजवंत आहे; हे देवा, माझ्याकडे त्वरीत ये; तू माझा सहाय्यक आणि मला सोडवणारा तूच आहेस. हे परमेश्वरा, उशीर करू नकोस.

Forsothe Y am a nedi man, and pore; God, helpe thou me. Thou art myn helper and my delyuerere; Lord, tarye thou not.
