स्तोत्रसंहिता 47

1 १ कोरहाच्या पुत्राचे स्तोत्रगीते अहो सर्व लोकहो! तुम्ही टाळ्या वाजवा. विजयोत्सवाने देवाचा जयजयकार करा.

You people all [over the world], clap your hands for joy! Shout joyfully to [praise] God!

2 २ कारण परात्पर परमेश्वर भय धरण्यास योग्य आहे; तो सर्व पृथ्वीवर थोर राजा आहे.

Yahweh, who is much greater than any other god, is awesome; he is the king who rules over all the world!

3 ३ तो लोकांस आमच्या ताब्यात देतो, आणि राष्ट्रांना आमच्या पायाखाली आणतो.

He enabled us to defeat [the armies of] the people-groups [that lived in Canaan].

4 ४ त्याने आमचे वतन आमच्यासाठी निवडले आहे, ज्या याकोबावर त्याने प्रीती केली तो त्याचे वैभव आहे.

He chose for us this land where we now live; we Israeli people [MTY], whom he loves, are proud that we own this land.

5 ५ जयघोष होत असता देव वर गेला, परमेश्वर तुतारीच्या आवाजात वर गेला.

God has gone up [into his temple]. The people shouted joyfully and blew trumpets as Yahweh went up.

6 ६ देवाला स्तुतिगान गा, स्तुतिस्तवने गा; आमच्या राजाची स्तुतिगीते गा, स्तुतिगीते गा.

Sing songs to praise our God! Sing to praise him [DOU]! Sing to God, our king!

7 ७ कारण देव सर्व पृथ्वीचा राजा आहे; त्याची स्तुतीपर गाणे उमजून गा.

God is the one who rules over everything in the world; sing a psalm to him!

8 ८ देव राष्ट्रांवर राज्य करतो; देव आपल्या पवित्र सिंहासनावर बसला आहे.

God sits on his sacred throne as he rules over the people of [all] ethnic groups.

9 ९ अब्राहामाच्या देवाच्या लोकांचे अधिपती एकत्र जमले आहेत; कारण पृथ्वीवरील ढाली देवाच्या आहेत. तो अत्यंत उंच आहे.

The rulers of those people-groups gather as God’s people, the people [descended] from Abraham, [do]. But God has more power than the weapons/shields [of all the kings] on the earth; (he is greatly honored/people honor him) everywhere.
