1 १ दाविदाचे स्तोत्र पाहा, बंधूंनी ऐक्यात एकत्र राहणे किती चांगले आणि आनंददायक आहे.

A song of ascents. Of David. Behold! How good and how pleasant is the dwelling of kindred together!

2 २ ते डोक्यावर ओतलेल्या तेलासारखे, अहरोनाच्या दाढीखालून ओघळणाऱ्या तेलासारखे, त्याच्या वस्राच्या काठापर्यंत ओघळणाऱ्या बहुमूल्य तेलासारखे आहे.

Like precious oil on the head that ran down on the beard, the beard of Aaron, running over the collar of his robe:

3 ३ सीयोन डोंगरावर उतरणाऱ्या हर्मोन पर्वताच्या दहिवरासारखे आहे; कारण तेथे परमेश्वराने आशीर्वाद म्हणजे अनंतकालिक जीवन देण्याचे ठरविले आहे.

like the dew upon Hermon which falls on the mountains of Zion. For there has the Lord ordained blessing – life that is endless.
