1 १ इस्राएलाने आता म्हणावे की, माझ्या तरुणपणापासून त्यांनी माझ्यावर हल्ला केला आहे.

The song of greces. Israel seie now; Ofte thei fouyten ayens me fro my yongth.

2 २ त्यांनी माझ्या तरुणपणापासून माझ्यावर हल्ला केला, तरी ते मला पराजित करू शकले नाहीत.

Ofte thei fouyten ayens me fro my yongthe; and sotheli thei miyten not to me.

3 ३ नांगरणाऱ्यांनी माझ्या पाठीवर नांगरले; त्यांनी आपली तासे लांब केली.

Synneris forgeden on my bak; thei maden long her wickidnesse.

4 ४ परमेश्वर न्यायी आहे; त्याने दुष्टांच्या दोऱ्या कापून टाकल्या आहेत.

The `iust Lord schal beete the nollis of synneris;

5 ५ जे सियोनेचा तिरस्कार करतात, ते सर्व लज्जित होवोत आणि माघारी फिरवले जावोत.

alle that haten Sion be schent, and turned abak.

6 ६ ते छपरावरचे गवत वाढण्या आधीच सुकून जाते त्यासारखे होवोत.

Be thei maad as the hey of hous coppis; that driede vp, bifore that it be drawun vp.

7 ७ त्याने कापणी करणारा आपली मूठ भरीत नाही, किंवा पेंढ्या भरणाऱ्याच्या कवेत ते येत नाही.

Of which hei he that schal repe, schal not fille his hond; and he that schal gadere hondfullis, schal not fille his bosum.

8 ८ त्यांच्या जवळून येणारे जाणारे म्हणत नाहीत की, “परमेश्वराचा आशीर्वाद तुझ्यावर असो; परमेश्वराच्या नावाने आम्ही तुम्हास आशीर्वाद देतो.”

And thei that passiden forth seiden not, The blessing of the Lord be on you; we blessiden you in the name of the Lord.
