स्तोत्रसंहिता 122

1 १ दाविदाचे स्तोत्र आपण परमेश्वराच्या घराला जाऊ असे ते मला म्हणाले, तेव्हा मला आनंद झाला.

A SONG OF THE ASCENTS. BY DAVID. I have rejoiced in those saying to me, “We go to the house of YHWH.”

2 २ हे यरूशलेमे, तुझ्या द्वारात आमची पावले लागली आहेत.

Our feet have been standing in your gates, O Jerusalem!

3 ३ हे यरूशलेमे, एकत्र जोडलेल्या नगरीसारखी तू बांधलेली आहेस.

Jerusalem—the built one—[Is] as a city that is joined to itself together.

4 ४ इस्राएलास लावून दिलेल्या नियमाप्रमाणे, तुझ्याकडे वंश, परमेश्वराचे वंश, परमेश्वराच्या नांवाचे उपकारस्मरण करण्यासाठी वर चढून येतात.

For there tribes have gone up, Tribes of YAH, companies of Israel, To give thanks to the Name of YHWH.

5 ५ कारण तेथे न्यायासने, दावीदाच्या घराण्यासाठी राजासने मांडली आहेत.

For there thrones of judgment have sat, Thrones of the house of David.

6 ६ यरूशलेमच्या शांतीसाठी प्रार्थना करा! तुझ्यावर प्रीती करतात त्यांची भरभराट होईल.

Ask [for] the peace of Jerusalem, Those loving you are at rest.

7 ७ तुझ्या कोटात शांती असो, आणि तुझ्या राजवाड्यात उन्नती असो.

Peace is in your bulwark, rest in your high places,

8 ८ माझे बंधू आणि माझे सहकारी ह्यांच्याकरता, मी आता म्हणेन, तुमच्यामध्ये शांती असो.

For the sake of my brothers and my companions, Please let me speak, “Peace [be] in you.”

9 ९ परमेश्वर आमचा देव ह्याच्या घराकरता, मी तुझ्या हितासाठी प्रार्थना करीन.

For the sake of the house of our God YHWH, I seek good for you!
