लेवीय 26
1 १ तुम्ही आपणासाठी मूर्ती करु नका, तसेच कोरीव मूर्ती किंवा स्तंभ आकृती कोरलेला पाषाण पूजा करण्यासाठी आपल्या देशात, उभारू नका कारण मी परमेश्वर तुमचा देव आहे.
I am the Lord your God. You shall not make for yourselves an idol or a graven image. Neither shall you erect a monument, or set up a conspicuous stone in your land, in order that you may adore it. For I am the Lord your God.
2 २ तुम्ही माझ्या पवित्र विसाव्याच्या दिवसाची पवित्र शब्बाथांची आठवण ठेवून तो पाळावा आणि माझ्या पवित्र स्थांनाविषयी आदर बाळगावा. मी परमेश्वर आहे.
Observe my Sabbaths, and be fearful toward my Sanctuary. I am the Lord.
If you will walk in my precepts, and observe my commandments, and accomplish them, I will give to you rain in its time,
4 ४ तुम्ही असे कराल तर मी तुमच्यासाठी योग्य वेळी पाऊस पाडीन; जमीन आपले पीक देईल व मळ्यातील झाडे आपापली फळे देतील.
and the ground shall bring forth its seedlings, and the trees shall be filled again with fruit.
5 ५ तुम्ही द्राक्षांच्या हंगामापर्यंत धान्याची मळणी करीत रहाल आणि पेरणीच्या दिवसापर्यंत द्राक्षांची तोडणी करीत रहाल. मग खाण्याकरिता तुम्हाजवळ भरपूर अन्न असेल, आणि तुम्ही आपल्या देशात सुरक्षित रहाल.
The threshing of the harvest shall last until the vintage, and the vintage shall overtake the sowing. And you shall eat your bread to fullness, and you shall live in your land without fear.
6 ६ मी तुमच्या देशाला शांतता देईन; तुम्ही शांतीने झोपी जाल; तुम्हास कोणाची भीती वाटणार नाही, मी हिंस्र पशूंना तुमच्या देशाबाहेर ठेवीन आणि तुमच्या देशावर कोणी सैन्य चाल करून येणार नाही.
I will give peace to your most distant regions. You will sleep, and there will be no one to strike you with terror. I will take away harmful wild beasts, and the sword will not cross your borders.
7 ७ तुम्ही तुमच्या शत्रूंचा पाठलाग कराल व त्यांचा पराभव कराल. तुम्ही तुमच्या तलवारींनी त्यांचा वध कराल.
You will pursue your enemies, and they will fall down at the sight of you.
8 ८ तुमच्यातील पाच जण शंभरांना व शंभरजण दहा हजारांना पळवून लावतील. तुम्ही तुमच्या शत्रूंचा पराभव कराल, व तुमच्या तलवारीने त्यांना ठार माराल.
Five of yours will pursue a hundred foreigners, and a hundred of you will pursue ten thousand. Your enemies will fall by the sword in your sight.
I will look with favor upon you, and I will cause you to increase; you will be multiplied, and I will confirm my covenant with you.
10 १० तुम्हास मुबलक धान्य मिळेल व ते वर्षभर पुरुन उरेल. तुम्हास नवीन धान्य आल्यावर जुने बाहेर काढावे लागेल म्हणजे नवीन धान्य ठेवावयास जागा मिळेल.
You will eat the oldest of what is old, and, when what is new arrives, you will throw away what is old.
I will set my tabernacle in your midst, and my soul will not cast you out.
I will walk among you, and I will be your God, and you shall be my people.
13 १३ मी परमेश्वर तुमचा देव आहे. मिसर देशात तुम्ही गुलाम होता. मी तुम्हास मिसर देशातून बाहेर काढले; गुलाम म्हणून काम करताना जड वजनांचा भार वाहून तुम्ही वाकून गेला होता. परंतु तुमच्या खांद्यावरील जोखड मोडून मी तुम्हास पुन्हा ताठ चालवले आहे!
I am the Lord your God, who led you away from the land of the Egyptians, lest you serve them, and who broke the chains around your necks, so that you would walk upright.
But if you will not listen to me, nor accomplish all of my commandments,
15 १५ तुम्ही जर माझे विधि मानण्यास नकार दिला व माझ्या आज्ञा पाळण्याचे तुच्छ मानले, आणि माझ्या सर्व आज्ञा अमान्य करून माझा करार मोडला.
if you despise my laws, and disdain my judgments, so that you do not accomplish those things which have been established by me, and so that you lead my covenant away into nullification,
16 १६ जर तुम्ही तसे कराल तर मग तुम्हावर भयंकर संकटे येतील असे मी करीन; क्षयरोग व ताप ह्यानी मी तुम्हास पीडीन; ती तुमची दृष्टी नष्ट करतील, व तुमचा जीव घेतील; तुम्ही बियाणे पेराल पण तुम्हास यश मिळणार नाही तुम्हास पीक मिळणार नाही आणि तुमचे शत्रू तुमचे धान्य खाऊन टाकतील.
then I also will do these things to you. I will quickly visit you with destitution, and burning heat, which will waste away your eyes, and consume your lives. In vain will you sow your seed, which will be devoured by your enemies.
17 १७ मी माझे मुख तुमच्याविरुध्द करीन, म्हणून तुमचे शत्रू तुमचा पराभव करतील; जे लोक तुमचा द्वेष करीतात ते तुमच्यावर अधिकार गाजवतील, आणि कोणी तुमचा पाठलाग करत नसतानाही तुम्ही पळाल.
I will set my face against you, and you will fall down before your enemies, and you will be subjugated to those who hate you. You will flee, though no one pursues.
18 १८ या नंतरही जर तुम्ही माझ्या आज्ञा पाळणार नाही; तर तुमच्या पापाबद्दल मी तुम्हास सातपट शिक्षा करीन.
But if you will not be obedient to me in this way, then I will add sevenfold to your chastisement, because of your sins.
And I will crush the pride in your hardness, and I will give to you heaven above like iron, and the earth below like brass.
20 २० तुम्ही खूप कष्ट कराल पण त्याचा काही उपयोग होणार नाही; कारण तुमची जमीन पीक देणार नाही व तुमची झाडे फळे देणार नाहीत.
Your labor will be consumed to no purpose; the land will not bring forth seedlings, nor will the trees provide their fruit.
21 २१ तरीसुध्दा तुम्ही माझ्याविरूद्ध वागाल व माझ्या आज्ञा पाळण्यास नकार द्याल तर मी तुम्हावर तुमच्या पापांच्या मानाने सातपट अधिक संकटे आणीन.
If you walk as an adversary to me, and if you are not willing to listen to me, I will add sevenfold to your plagues, because of your sins.
22 २२ मी तुमच्यावर हिंस्त्र पशू पाठवीन आणि ते तुमच्या मुलांबाळांना उचलून घेऊन जातील; ते तुमच्या गुराढोरांचा नाश करतील; आणि तुमची संख्या कमी करतील. त्यामुळे तुमचे रस्ते ओस पडतील.
And I will send upon you the wild beasts of the field, which will consume you and your cattle, and which will reduce everything to paucity, and cause your roadways to become desolate.
But if you are not willing to receive discipline in this way, and you still walk as an adversary to me,
likewise, I will advance against you as an adversary, and I will strike you seven times, because of your sins.
25 २५ मी तुमच्यावर तलवार आणीन ती करार मोडल्याचा बदला घेईल. तुम्ही आपआपल्या नगरांत जमा व्हाल, तेव्हा मी तेथे तुमच्यावर आजार पाठवीन, आणि तुम्ही तुमच्या शत्रुच्या बळामुळे पराभुत व्हाल.
And I will lead over you the sword that shall avenge my covenant. And when you will have fled into the cities, I will send a pestilence into your midst, and you will be delivered into the hands of your enemies.
26 २६ मी तुमच्या धान्याचा पुरवठा बंद करील तेव्हा दहा स्त्रिया एकाच चुलीवर तुमची भाकर भाजतील व ती तुम्हास तोलून देतील; ती तुम्ही खाल पण तुम्ही तृप्त होणार नाही.
After this, I will have broken the staff of your bread, so that ten women bake bread in one oven, and distribute it by weight. And you shall eat and not be filled.
Then, if you will not listen to me through these things, and you still walk against me,
then I also will advance against you, with an opposing fury, and I will chastise you with seven plagues, because of your sins:
so much so that you will eat the flesh of your sons and your daughters.
30 ३० तुमच्या पुजेची उच्चस्थाने मी नष्ट करीन; तुमच्या धूपवेद्या फोडून टाकीन आणि तुमच्या मूर्तीच्या मढ्यांवर तुमची मढी टाकीन; मला तुमचा वीट येईल.
I will destroy your high places, and I will break apart your false images. You will fall among the ruins of your idols, and my soul will abominate you:
31 ३१ मी तुमची नगरे नष्ट करीन, तुमची पवित्र स्थळे ओसाड करीन. तुमच्या सुवासिक द्रव्याचा वास मी घेणार नाही.
so much so that I will reduce your cities to a wilderness, and I will make your Sanctuaries desolate, and I will no longer accept the most sweet odors.
And I will utterly ruin your land, and your enemies shall be stupefied at it, when they will have become its inhabitants.
33 ३३ परराष्ट्रांमध्ये मी तुमची पांगापांग करीन; मी माझी तलवार उपसून तुमच्या पाठीस लागेन. तुमच्या देशाचा नाश होईल आणि तुमची शहरे ओसाड पडतील.
Then I will scatter you among the Gentiles, and I will unsheathe the sword after you. And your land will be deserted, and your cities will be demolished.
34 ३४ जितके दिवस देश ओसाड पडून राहील आणि तुम्ही आपल्या शत्रूंच्या देशात रहाल तितके दिवस तुमचा देश आपले शब्बाथ उपभोगीत राहील.
Then the land will be pleased by her Sabbaths, throughout all the days of her solitude. So, while you will be
in the land of the enemy, she will worship and rest in the Sabbath of her solitude, because she will not have rested in your Sabbaths, when you lived in her.
36 ३६ तुमच्यातील जे उरतील त्यांच्या मनात ते शत्रुंच्या देशात असता मी अशी भिती घालीन की, उडणाऱ्या पाचोळ्याच्या आवाजाने ते पळून जातील, तलवार पाठीमागे लागल्यासारखे ते पळतील; कोणी पाठीमागे लागले नसतांनाही ते पडतील.
And whoever of you will remain, I will send terror into their hearts in the regions of their enemies. The sound of a flying leaf will terrify them, and so they will flee, as if from the sword. They will fall, though no one pursues.
37 ३७ कोणी पाठीस लागले नसतांनाही तलवार पाठीस लागल्याप्रमाणे अडखळून एकमेंकावर पडतील. तुमच्या शत्रूविरूद्ध उभे राहण्याइतके बळ तुमच्यात नसणार.
And they will each fall upon their brothers, as if they were fleeing from wars; no one among you will dare to resist your foes.
You will perish among the Gentiles, and the land of the enemy will consume you.
39 ३९ तेव्हा उरलेले त्यांच्या शत्रूंच्या देशात आपल्या पापामुळे खंगत जातील आणि त्यांचे वाडवडील जसे त्यांच्या पापात खंगले त्याप्रमाणे ते आपल्या पापात खंगत जातील.
But if some few of these still remain, they shall waste away in their iniquities, in the land of their enemies, and they will be afflicted, because of the sins of their fathers and their own sins,
40 ४० परंतु कदाचित ते आपली पापे व आपल्या वाडवडीलांची पापे व त्यांनी माझ्याविरूद्ध अपराध केला व माझ्या विरुध्द चालले हे कबूल करतील.
until they confess their iniquities, and those of their ancestors, by which they have transgressed against me and walked as adversaries to me.
41 ४१ या कारणामुळे, मीही त्यांच्याविरुद्ध होऊन, त्यांना त्यांच्या शत्रूंच्या देशात आणले असे ते कबूल करतील आणि त्यांचे अशुद्ध हृदय लीन होऊन ते आपल्या पापांबद्दलची शिक्षा मान्य करतील.
Therefore, I also will walk against them, and I will lead them into a hostile land, until their uncircumcised mind shall be ashamed. Then shall they pray on behalf of their impiety.
42 ४२ तेव्हा जो करार मी याकोबाशी केला तो मी आठवेन तसेच इसहाकाशी केलेला करार व अब्राहाम ह्याच्याशी केलेला करार यांची मी आठवण करीन व त्या देशाचीही मी आठवण करीन.
And I will remember my covenant, which I formed with Jacob, and Isaac, and Abraham. I will also remember the land,
43 ४३ त्यांच्यावाचून देश ओस पडेल आणि ओस असेपर्यंत तो आपल्या शब्बाथांचा विसावा उपभोगीत राहील; त्यांनी माझे विधी मानण्यास नकार दिला व माझे नियम तुच्छ लेखले म्हणूनच त्यांना त्यांच्या पापाचा दंड भरावा लागेल.
which, when she will be left behind by them, shall be pleased by her Sabbaths, enduring solitude because of them. Yet truly, they shall pray for their sins, because they cast aside my judgments, and they despised my laws.
44 ४४ इतके असताही ते त्यांच्या शत्रुंच्या देशात असताना, त्यांचा सपूंर्ण नाश करावा व त्यांच्याशी केलेला करार अगदी मोडून टाकावा, एवढा त्यांचा मी नकार करणार नाही, कारण मी परमेश्वर त्यांचा देव आहे.
And even after so much, when they were in the land of their enemy, I did not cast them off entirely, and I did not so despise them that they would be consumed, nor so that I would nullify my covenant with them. For I am the Lord their God.
45 ४५ त्यांच्याकरिता मी त्यांच्या वाडवडिलांशी केलेल्या कराराची आठवण करीन, कारण मी त्यांचा देव व्हावे म्हणून त्यांच्या वाडवडिलांना मिसर देशातून बाहेर आणले आणि हे सर्व इतर राष्ट्रांनी पाहिले आहे. मी परमेश्वर आहे!
And I will remember my original covenant, when I led them away from the land of Egypt, in the sight of the Gentiles, so as to be their God. I am the Lord.
46 ४६ हे विधी, नियम व निर्बंध परमेश्वराने इस्राएल लोकांसाठी दिले. हे नियम परमेश्वर व इस्राएल लोक ह्यांच्यामधील करार आहे. हे नियम परमेश्वराने सीनाय पर्वतापाशी मोशेला दिले ते हेच होत मोशेने हे नियम इस्राएल लोकांस सांगितले.
These are the judgments, and precepts, and laws, which the Lord has granted between himself and the sons of Israel, on mount Sinai, by the hand of Moses.
