Stand up and shine, for your light has come; the glory of the Lord has risen on you.
2 २ जरी अंधार पृथ्वीला आणि निबीड काळोख लोकांस झाकेल, तरी परमेश्वर तुझ्यावर उदय पावेल आणि, त्याचे तेज तुझ्यावर येईल.
Even though darkness covers the earth, and deep darkness covers the people, the Lord has risen to shine on you, and his glory appears over you.
Nations will come to your light, and kings will come to the brightness of your shining dawn.
4 ४ तुझ्या सभोवती पाहा! ते सर्व एकत्र जमतात आणि तुझ्याकडे येतात. तुझी मुले दूरुन येतील आणि तुझ्या मुलींना कडेवर बसून आणतील.
Look all around you, and see everyone gathering and coming to you—your sons returning from far away, your young daughters being carried on the hip.
5 ५ तेव्हा तू हे पाहशील आणि आनंदाने उल्हासीत होशील, आणि तुझे हृदय हर्षाने भरून वाहेल. कारण समुद्रातील भरपूर संपत्ती तुझ्यापुढे ओतली जाईल, राष्ट्रांचे सर्व धन तुझ्याकडे येईल.
Then you will see and shine brilliantly, your heart will beat wildly for joy, for the riches that cross the sea, the wealth of the nations, will be brought to you.
6 ६ मिद्यान आणि एफा येथील उंटाचे कळप तुला झाकतील, शेबातले सर्व येतील, ते सोने आणि धूप आणतील आणि परमेश्वराची स्तुतिस्तोत्रे गातील.
Long caravans of camels will cover the land, young camels of Midian and Ephah. All the people of Sheba will come to you carrying gold and frankincense, shouting praises to the Lord.
7 ७ केदारमधील सर्व मेंढ्या गोळा करून तुझ्याकडे एकत्र केल्या जातील. नबायोथचे मेंढे तुझी सेवा करतील. ते माझ्या वेदीवर स्विकार्य असे अर्पण होतील, आणि मी माझ्या तेजस्वी घराला आणखी गौरवीत करीन.
All the flocks of Kedar will be brought to you, the rams of Nebaioth will be placed at your disposal. I will accept them as they are sacrificed on my altar, and I will glorify the Temple where I'm honored.
What are these flying like a cloud, flying like pigeons returning to their roost?
9 ९ द्वीपे माझी वाट पाहतात, आणि परमेश्वर तुझा देव याच्या नावासाठी, आणि इस्राएलाच्या पवित्रासाठी तुझ्या मुलांना आपले सोने व रुपे यांसहीत दुरुन आणावे, म्हणून पहिल्याने तार्शीशाची जहाजे वाट पाहतील, कारण त्याने तुला शोभविले आहे.
Coming from the islands that trust in me, these are ships led by those of Tarshish, bringing your children home from far away, carrying with them silver and gold. They come to honor of the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, for he has made you glorious.
10 १० विदेश्यांची मुले तुझ्या भींती पुन्हा बांधतील, आणि त्यांचे राजे तुझी सेवा करतील. “जरी रागात मी तुला शिक्षा केली, परंतु आता माझ्या प्रसन्नतेने मी तुझ्यावर दया केली आहे.”
Foreigners will rebuild your walls, and their kings will work for you. Even though I did hit you when I was angry with you, now I will be kind and merciful to you.
11 ११ तुझे दरवाजे सदोदित उघडे राहतील, दिवस असो किंवा रात्र ते कधीही बंद होणार नाहीत. ह्यासाठी की राष्ट्रे व त्यांची संपत्ती आणि कैद केलेले राजे तुझ्याकडे आणावे.
Your gates will always be kept open. They won't ever be shut, day or night, so the wealth of the nations can be brought to you, with their kings being led along in a procession.
12 १२ खचित, जे राष्ट्र व राज्य तुझी सेवा करतील नाही त्याचा नाश होईल, ती राष्ट्रे पुर्णपणे विनाश पावतील.
Any nation or kingdom that does not serve you will be completely destroyed.
13 १३ माझ्या पवित्र जागेला सुंदर करायला लबानोनाचे वैभव म्हणजे सरू, देवदारू आणि भद्रदारू हे तुझ्याकडे येतील, आणि मी माझे पायाचे स्थान गौरवशाली करील.
The glory of Lebanon will come to you: cedars, acacias, and myrtle trees, to make my Temple beautiful and to honor the place I choose to live.
14 १४ ज्यांनी तुला दुखावले, तेच आता तुझ्यापुढे नमतील, ते तुझ्या पायावर झुकतील. ते तुला परमेश्वराचे नगर म्हणतील, इस्राएलाच्या पवित्राचे सियोन म्हणून संबोधतील.
The children of those who persecuted you will come and bow before you; everyone who looked down on you will bow down at your feet and will call you the City of the Lord, Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
15 १५ “तू टाकलेली आणि तिरस्कारयुक्त होतीस, तुझ्यातून कोणीही जात नसे, मी तुला चिरकालासाठी गौरवाची एक गोष्ट करीन, एका पिढी पासून दुसऱ्या पिढीपर्यंतचा आनंद असे करीन.”
Once you were abandoned and despised, somewhere people didn't go, but now I will make you a place to be proud of forever, a joy to every generation.
16 १६ तू राष्ट्रांचे दुध पिणार आणि राजांचे स्तन चोखणार, मग तुला समजेल की परमेश्वर तुझा देव, तुला सोडवणारा आणि तारणारा, याकोबाचे सामर्थ्य आहे.
Nations will provide you with what you need, kings will take care of you as if you were their own children. You will know that I, the Lord, am your Savior and Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.
17 १७ “मी पितळेच्या ऐवजी सोने आणि लोखंडाच्या ठिकाणी चांदी आणीन, आणि लाकडाच्या ऐवजी, पितळे व दगडांच्या ऐवजी लोखंड आणील. तुझे अधिकारी शांती व तुझे कर घेणारे न्याय असे मी करीन.”
I will bring you gold instead of bronze, silver instead of iron, bronze instead of wood, and iron instead of stone. I will appoint Peace as your watchman, and Goodness as your leader.
18 १८ तुझ्या भूमीत पुन्हा कधीही हिंसेची वार्ता आणि नासधूस किंवा उजाडी ऐकू येणार नाही, परंतु तू तुझ्या वेशीला तारण आणि तुझ्या दरवाजांना स्तुती म्हणशील.
There won't be any more violence in your land, no more devastation and destruction within your borders. You will call your walls Salvation, and your gates Praise.
19 १९ “दिवसा सुर्य तुझा प्रकाश असणार नाही, आणि चंद्राचा उजेडही तुझ्यावर चमकणार नाही. पण परमेश्वर तुझा अक्षय प्रकाश होईल, आणि तुझा देवच तुझे वैभव असणार.”
You won't need the light of the sun during the day, or the light of the moon at night, for the Lord your God will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory.
20 २० “तुझा ‘सूर्य’ कधी मावळणार नाही आणि ‘चंद्राचा’ क्षय होणार नाही. कारण परमेश्वर तुझा अक्षय प्रकाश असेल, आणि तुझ्या शोकाचे दिवस संपतील.”
Your sun will never set, and your moon will never wane, for the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your time of mourning will end.
21 २१ “तुझे सर्व लोक नितीमान असतील, आणि माझा महिमा व्हावा म्हणून मी लावलेले रोप, माझ्या हाताचे कृत्य असे ते सर्वकाळपर्यंत भूमी वतन करून घेतील.”
All your people will be good, and they will own the land forever. They are the shoot I have planted with my hands, and they will reveal my glory.
22 २२ “जो लहान तो हजार होईल, आणि जो धाकटा तो बलवान राष्ट्र होईल. मी, परमेश्वर, त्या समयी हे लवकर घडवून आणणार.”
The smallest of your families will increase to a thousand, and the most insignificant will become a great nation. I am the Lord; at the right time I will do this quickly.
