< Ekoruhe 10 >

1 Na ka mea a Ihowa ki a Mohi, Haere ki a Parao; kua whakapakeke hoki ahau i tona ngakau, i te ngakau hoki o ona tangata, kia whakakite ai ahau i enei tohu aku ki tona aroaro;
And he said Yahweh to Moses go to Pharaoh for I I have made heavy heart his and [the] heart of servants his so as to perform I signs my these in midst his.
2 Kia korero ai hoki koe ki nga taringa o tau tama, o te tama hoki a tau tama, i taku i mahi ai ki Ihipa, i aku tohu hoki i meatia e ahau i roto i a ratou; kia mohio ai koutou ko Ihowa ahau.
And so that you may recount in [the] ears of son your and [the] son of son your how I have dealt ruthlessly with Egypt and signs my which I performed among them and you will know that I [am] Yahweh.
And he went Moses and Aaron to Pharaoh and they said to him thus he says Yahweh [the] God of the Hebrews until when? have you refused to humble yourself from before me let go people my so they may serve me.
That except [are] refusing you to let go people my here I [am] about to bring tomorrow locust[s] in territory your.
5 A e kapi i a ratou te mata o te whenua, e kore ano e ahei te kite i te whenua; a e kai ratou i nga toenga i mahue, i toe ma koutou i te whatu, e kai hoki ratou i nga rakau katoa e tupu ana ma koutou i te mara:
And it will cover [the] eye of the land and not anyone will be able to see the ground and it will eat - [the] remainder of the escaped thing which remains to you from the hail and it will eat every tree that is sprouting for you from the field.
6 A e ki i a ratou ou whare, me nga whare o ou tangata katoa, me nga whare o nga Ihipiana katoa; he mea kihai nei i kitea e ou matua, e nga matua ranei o ou matua, o te ra iho ano i noho ai ratou ki te whenua a moroki noa nei. A tahuri ana ia, haer e atu ana i a Parao.
And they will be full houses your and [the] houses of all servants your and [the] houses of all Egypt which not they saw ancestors your and [the] ancestors of ancestors your from [the] day were they on the land until the day this and he turned and he went out from with Pharaoh.
And they said [the] servants of Pharaoh to him until when? will he become this [man] for us a snare let go the people so they may serve Yahweh God their ¿ not yet do you know that it will perish Egypt.
8 Na ka whakahokia a Mohi raua ko Arona ki a Parao; a ka mea ia ki a raua, Haere, e mahi ki a Ihowa, ki to koutou Atua: ko wai ma oti e haere?
And he was brought back Moses and Aaron to Pharaoh and he said to them go serve Yahweh God your who? and who? [are] the [ones] going.
9 A ka mea a Mohi, E haere ra matou me a matou taitamariki, me o matou koroheke, me a matou tama, me a matou tamahine, e haere me a matou hipi, me a matou kau; he hakari hoki ta matou ki a Ihowa.
And he said Moses with young men our and with old [men] our we will go with sons our and with daughters our with flock[s] our and with herds our we will go for festival of Yahweh [will belong] to us.
10 Na ka mea ia ki a raua, Kia pena te noho o Ihowa ki a koutou, me ahau ka tuku nei i a koutou me a koutou potiki: ma koutou e titiro; he kino hoki kei mua i a koutou.
And he said to them may he be thus Yahweh with you just as I will let go you and little one[s] your see that evil [is] before faces your.
11 Kahore ra hoki: haere e nga tane, e mahi ki a Ihowa; ko ta koutou hoki tena i whai na. A peia ana raua i te aroaro o Parao.
Not so go please the men and serve Yahweh for it you [are] requesting and someone drove out them from with [the] face of Pharaoh.
And he said Yahweh to Moses stretch out hand your over [the] land of Egypt for the locust[s] so may it come up on [the] land of Egypt so it may eat all [the] vegetation of the land all that it left over the hail.
And he stretched out Moses staff his over [the] land of Egypt and Yahweh he drove a wind of [the] east in the land all the day that and all the night the morning it was and [the] wind of the east it carried the locust[s].
14 A puta ake ana te mawhitiwhiti ki te whenua katoa o Ihipa, a tau iho ki nga rohe katoa o Ihipa: he nanakia rawa; kahore he mawhitiwhiti o mua atu hei rite mo enei, e kore ano hoki e rite a muri ake nei.
And it came up the locust[s] on all [the] land of Egypt and it settled down in all [the] territory of Egypt heavy very before it not it had been thus locust[s] like it and after it not it will be thus.
15 Ngaro ana hoki i a ratou te mata o te whenua katoa, pouri ana te whenua; a kainga ake e ratou nga otaota katoa o te whenua, me nga hua katoa o nga rakau i toe i te whatu: kihai i mahue tetahi tupu o nga rakau, o nga otaota ranei o te mara, i te whenua katoa o Ihipa.
And it covered [the] eye of all the land and it grew dark the land and it ate all [the] vegetation of the land and all [the] fruit of the tree[s] which it had left over the hail and not it was left behind any greenery on the tree[s] and on [the] vegetation of the field in all [the] land of Egypt.
And he hurried Pharaoh to summon Moses and Aaron and he said I have sinned to Yahweh God your and to you.
17 Na, whakarerea toku hara, heoi rawa ano ko to tenei taima, a inoi ki a Ihowa, ki to koutou Atua, kia tangohia atu e ia ko tenei mate anake i ahau.
And therefore forgive please sin my only this time and pray to Yahweh God your so may he remove from on me only the death this.
18 A mawehe ana ia i a Parao, inoi ana ki a Ihowa.
And he went out from with Pharaoh and he prayed to Yahweh.
19 Na whakataka ana e Ihowa he hauauru nui rawa nana i kahaki atu nga mawhitiwhiti, i whiu ki te Moana Whero; kihai i toe tetahi mawhitiwhiti i nga rohe katoa o Ihipa.
And he turned Yahweh a wind west strong very and it carried away the locust[s] and it blew it [the] sea of towards reed[s] not it remained a locust one in all [the] territory of Egypt.
20 Otiia whakapakeke ana a Ihowa i te ngakau o Parao, a kihai ia i tuku i nga tama a Iharaira.
And he made strong Yahweh [the] heart of Pharaoh and not he let go [the] people of Israel.
And he said Yahweh to Moses stretch out hand your to the heavens so may it be darkness over [the] land of Egypt so they may feel darkness.
And he stretched out Moses hand his to the heavens and it was darkness of darkness in all [the] land of Egypt three days.
23 Kahore tetahi i kite i tetahi, kihai ano hoki i whakatika atu tetahi i tona wahi i nga ra e toru: tena ko nga tama a Iharaira, marama ana o ratou na nohoanga.
Not they saw each brother his and not they rose anyone from under him three days and to all [the] people Israel it be[longed] light in dwelling places their.
24 Na ka karanga a Parao ki a Mohi, ka mea, Haere, e mahi ki a Ihowa; otiia me waiho a koutou hipi me a koutou kau: ko a koutou tamariki nonohi hoki me haere tahi i a koutou.
And he summoned Pharaoh Moses and he said go serve Yahweh only flock[s] your and herd[s] your it will be detained also little one[s] your it will go with you.
25 A ka mea a Mohi, Me homai ano e koe ki a matou he patunga tapu, he tahunga tinana, hei mahinga ma matou ki a Ihowa, ki to matou Atua.
And he said Moses also you you will give in hand our sacrifices and burnt offerings and we will offer [them] to Yahweh God our.
26 Me haere ano a matou kararehe i a matou; e kore tetahi maikuku e mahue; ka tangohia hoki e matou etahi o ena hei mahinga ki a Ihowa, ki to matou Atua; e kore hoki matou e mohio ki ta matou e mahi ai ki a Ihowa, kia tae ra ano ki reira.
And also livestock our it will go with us not it will remain a hoof for some of it we will take to serve Yahweh God our and we not we will know what? will we serve Yahweh until go we there.
And he made strong Yahweh [the] heart of Pharaoh and not he was willing to let go them.
28 Na ka mea a Parao ki a ia, Mawehe atu i ahau, kia tupato kei kite koe i toku kanohi a muri ake nei; ko te ra hoki e kite ai koe i toku kanohi, ka mate koe.
And he said to him Pharaoh go from with me take heed to yourself to may you repeat to see face my for on [the] day seeing you face my you will die.
29 Ano ra ko Mohi, Ka tika tau korero, heoi ano taku kitenga i tou kanohi ki muri ake nei.
And he said Moses right you have spoken not I will repeat again to see face your.
