1 Adu oirabadi eikhoina kari haisige? Thoujal hen-gatnaba eikhoina pap touduna leigadra?
So what shall we say? Shall we continue in the sin so that the grace may abound?
2 Madu tasengna natte! Papta siraba eikhoina karamna pap touduna leikhigadouribano?
Of course not! How can we who died to sin keep on living in it?
3 Christta Jisuda baptize toukhraba eikhoi pumnamkna mahakki sibada baptize toure haiba nakhoina khangdra?
Or are you unaware that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?
4 Eikhoina baptize toubagi mapanna eikhoibu Christtaga loinana leirol chanminnare, Mapa adugi matik mangal adugi panggalgi mapanna Christtabu sibadagi hinggat-hanbikhibagumna eikhoinasu anouba punsi mahing ama hingnanabani.
Therefore, we were buried with Him by means of that baptism into that death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead by means of the Father's glory, we also should walk in newness of life.
5 Maramdi Ibungogi siba aduda eikhoibu mahakka loinana tinnahallabanina, soidanamak eikhoibusu mahakki hinggatpa aduda tinnahanbigani.
Now if we have become united with Him in His death, we will certainly be in His resurrection as well;
6 Papna panba hakchang adu manghannaba, eikhoina amuk papki minai oidanaba, eikhoigi ariba mi adu Ibungoga loinana cross-ta hatkhre haiba eikhoina khang-i.
knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him in order that the body of the sin might be set aside, so that we no longer be enslaved to that sin—
7 Maramdi kanagumba sikhraba mahak adu paptagi maning tamle.
because he who has died has been released from that sin.
8 Aduna eikhoina Christtaga loinana siminnarabanina, eikhoina mahakka loinana hingsu hinggani haiba eikhoina thajei.
Now since we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with Him,
9 Sibadagi hinggatkhraba Christta adu amuk hanna siraroi haiba eikhoina khang-i; aduga sibana mahakki mathakta mapu oina amuk hanna pallaroi.
knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, cannot die again; death can no longer master Him
10 Maramdi mahakna siraba maramna mahakki mathakta papki panggal leitre aduga houjikti mahakki punsi adu Tengban Mapuga tinnajaduna hing-i.
—the death He died He died to sin once for all, while the life He lives He lives to God.
11 Matou adugumna nakhoisu papki maramda sire haina singthanou adubu Christta Jisugi mapanna Tengban Mapuga tinnaduna hinglibani haina singthanou.
Thus you also, consider yourselves to be dead indeed to the sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
12 Nakhoigi hakchanggi apambasing adu toudanaba nakhoigi hakchanggi mathakta papna palhan-ganu.
Therefore do not let the sin reign in your mortal body, so that you obey it with the body's evil desires
13 Nakhoigi hakchanggi kayat amatabu phattabada sijinnanaba khutlai oina papta katkanu, adubu sibadagi hing-hanbiraba misinggum amasung nakhoigi hakchang kayatsing adu Tengban Mapuda achumba chatpagi khutlaisinggum nakhoi nasamak Tengban Mapugi maphamda katthok-u.
—do not present any part of your body to sin as an implement for unrighteousness, but present yourselves to God as those who are alive from the dead, and your body parts to God as implements for righteousness.
14 Papna nakhoigi nathakta mapu oiroidabani; maramdi nakhoi wayel yathanggi makha ponba natte, adubu thoujal-gi makha ponbani.
Really, sin must not rule over you, because you are not under law but under grace.
15 Adunadi kari tougani? Eikhoina wayel yathanggi makha pondaduna thoujal-gi makha ponba maramna eikhoina pap tousira? Madu tasengna natte!
What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Of course not!
16 Nakhoina siba thok-hanba papki minai oirabasu, nattraga achum chatpa thok-hanba haiba inbagi minai oirabasu, nakhoina nasabu minai oina haiba innaba katthoklabadi, nakhoina haiba illiba mahak adugi minai oire haiba nakhoi khangdra?
Do you not know that when you offer yourselves to someone to obey them as slaves, you are slaves to the one whom you obey—whether of sin into death, or of obedience into righteousness?
17 Adubu Tengban Mapubu thagatli! Nakhoi papki minai oiramlabasu, nakhoida tambiba adudagi nakhoina phangjaba achumbasing adugi haiba adu nakhoigi thamoi apumba yaona haiba ille.
But thanks be to God that although you used to be the slaves of the sin you wholeheartedly obeyed that pattern of doctrine into which you were delivered.
18 Nakhoi paptagi naning tamhalle aduga nakhoi achumba chatpagi minaising oire.
So having been emancipated from the sin, you became enslaved to the righteousness.
19 Nakhoi nasagi mahousagi asonba adugi maramna numitkhudinggi sijinnaba achamba londa eina nganglibani. Nakhoina sengdaba amasung phattaba thabaksingda sijinnanaba phattabagi minai oina nakhoi nasa pumnamak katlammi adubu houjikti achumba chatpa thabaksinggidamak sijinnanaba nakhoi nasa pumnamakpu katlu.
I continue to speak on a human level because of the weakness of your flesh. Now just as you used to present your body parts as slaves to uncleanness, and to ever increasing lawlessness, so now present your body parts as slaves to righteousness with a view to sanctification.
20 Maramdi nakhoina papki minai oiringeida, nakhoi achumba chatparomda ningtamlammi.
For when you were slaves to the sin, you were ‘free’ from the righteousness.
21 Houjik nakhoina ikairiba thabaksing adugi maramna nakhoida kari tongjaba purakpage? Thabaksing adugi maheidi sibani.
So what ‘fruit’ did you have at that time from the things you are now ashamed of? The end of those things is death!
22 Adubu houjikti nakhoi paptagi naning tamhanduna Tengban Mapugi minaising oire, madugi tongjabadi nakhoigi punsi adu mapung phana Tengban Mapuda katchare, madugi maheidi lomba naidaba hingbani. (aiōnios g166)
But now, having been emancipated from the sin, and having become enslaved to God, you have your ‘fruit’ into sanctification—and the end is eternal life! (aiōnios g166)
23 Maramdi papki atoumandi sibani, adubu Tengban Mapugi khudoldi eikhoigi Ibungo Christta Jisuda lomba naidaba hingbani. (aiōnios g166)
Because the wages of sin is death, but the gracious gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (aiōnios g166)
