< Galatia 4 >

1 Eina haibadi yumlepchara aduna pumnamakki mapu oirabasu mahakna angang oiriba makheidi mahakna minai amaga khetnaba karisu leite.
But I say, that the heir, as long as he is a minor, differs in no respect from a servant, though he is owner of all;
2 Yumlep chara adu mapa aduna lepkhiba matam adu youdriba phaobadi mahakpu sennabiriba mising amadi asin arang touriba mising adugi makha ponna lei.
but is under guardians and managers till the time appointed by the father.
3 Matou adugumduna eikhoina thawaigi oina mapung phadringeigi mamangda eikhoisu taibangpan asigi thawaigi oiba pangalsing adugi minai oiduna leirammi.
So, also, we, when we were minors, were in bondage under the rudiments of the world.
4 Adubu matam aduna pumsu surabada Tengban Mapuna mahakki Machanupabu thabirakle. Mahakna taibangda nupi amagi macha ama oina lenglakkhi aduga mahakna Jihudigi Wayel Yathanggi makha ponna leikhi.
But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth his Son, born of a woman, born under the law,
5 Madu eikhoina Tengban Mapugi machasing oiraknanaba Wayel Yathanggi makha ponna leirambasing adubu handokpinabani.
that he might buy off those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption.
6 Aduga nakhoi mahakki machasing oibagi maramna Tengban Mapuna mahakki Machanupagi Thawai adubu eikhoigi thamoinungda thabirakle aduga Thawai aduna “Abba, Ipa” haina koujei.
And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.
7 Maram aduna nahak makha tana minai oidre adubu Tengban Mapugi macha oire. Aduga nahakna mahakki macha oirabanina mahakna machasinggidamak thambiriba pumnamak adu Tengban Mapuna nangonda pinabigani.
So, then, you are no longer a servant, but a son; and if a son, an heir also of God, through Christ.
8 Mamangda nakhoina Tengban Mapu khangdringei matamda, mahousana Tengban Mapu nattaba makhoising adugi minai oiduna leirammi.
But, then, because you knew not God, you were enslaved to those who, by nature, are not gods:
9 Adubu houjikti nakhoina Tengban Mapubu khangle aduga henna Tengban Mapunasu nakhoibu khangle. Aduga karamna nakhoina asonba amadi karisu kanadaba pangalsing aduda hanba pamlibano? Karigi nakhoina amuk hanna makhoising adugi minai oiba pamlibano?
now, however, after having known God, rather indeed having been known by God, how is it that you are turning back to the weak and beggarly rudiments, to which you desire again to be in bondage, as at first?
10 Nakhoina akhannaba numit, tha, kum-tha amadi chahi ngaktuna lei.
You observe days and months and times and years.
11 Ei nakhoigidamak ki! Eina nakhoigidamak nomjakhiba thabak pumnamak adu arembada touba taragadra.
fear for you, lest I have bestowed labor upon you in vain.
12 Ichil inaosing eina nakhoida haijari, eigumna oibiyu maramdi eina nakhoigumna oirakle. Nakhoina eingonda aranba karisu toukhide.
Brethren, I beseech you, be as I am; because I was as you are. You have injured me in nothing.
13 Eigi hakchangda anaba leibagi maramna eina ahanba oina nakhoida Aphaba Pao sandokkhi haibadu nakhoina khang-i.
You know that through weakness of the flesh I preached the gospel to you at the first:
14 Adubu eigi hakchanggi phibham aduna nakhoida achouba changyeng oiraba phaobada nakhoina eibu hanthana khanbikhide aduga yadaba toukhide. Madugi mahutta Tengban mapugi swarga dut ama lousinbagum amadi Christta Jisu masamakpu lousinbagum nakhoina eibu lousinbikhi.
and my trial, which was in my flesh, you did not despise or loathe; but you received me as an angel of God, as Christ Jesus.
15 Nakhoi adukki matik haraorammi! Adubu kari toukhrabage? Ei isana haiba ngamgani adudi nakhoina yarabadi nakhoigi namit adu phaoba kotthoktuna madu eingonda piramgani.
How great, then, was your blessedness! For I testify for you, that, if possible, you would have torn out your eyes, and have given them to me.
16 Achumba asi nakhoida haibagidamak houjik ei nakhoigi yeknaba oirabra?
Have I then become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?
17 Atoppa makhoising aduna nakhoida thawai yamna yaoba matou utli adubu makhoigi pandam adudi aphaba natte. Makhoina pamba haibabu makhoina nakhoida thawai yaojaba adugumna nakhoinasu makhoida chap manaba thawai yaoba adu leinanaba nakhoibu eikhoidagi tokhai tahanba aduni.
They are ardently attached to you, but not honorably; indeed, they desire to exclude us, that you may be ardently attached to them.
18 Houjik, eina nakhoiga leiminnaringei matam asi khaktada nattaduna, aphaba maramgidamak oirabadi matam pumnamakta asigumba yamna thawai yaoba asi leiba phei.
It is honorable to be ardently attached always, in what is honorable, and not only when I am present with you.
19 Eigi nungsijaraba angangsa! Amukkasu hanna, mamana angang unaba matamda phaoba cheina aduga chap manaba cheina adu nakhoida Christtagi sakwong adu semgattriba phaoba eina nakhoigidamak phaojari.
My little children, for whom I again suffer the pains of gestation, till Christ be formed in you,
20 Houjik eina nakhoiga loinana kayada leiminnajaningliba, aduga eigi wahei khonpham asi hongdokchaningba, maramdi eina nakhoigi maramda palleppham khangde.
I desire to be present with you now, and to change my tone, for I am in doubt concerning you.
21 Wayel Yathanggi makha ponna leiningba nakhoida eina hangge: Wayel Yathangna kari haibage haibadu nakhoi tadabra?
Tell me, you that desire to be under the law, do you not understand the law?
22 Maramdi masi iduna lei, madudi Abraham-gi macha ani lei, amana minai nupigi machani, aduga amana maningtambi nupigi machani.
For it is written, that Abraham had two sons; one by a bondmaid, and one by a free woman.
23 Minai nupina pokpa mahakki macha adudi hachanggi matung-inna pokpani aduga maningtambina pokpa mahakki macha aduna Tengban Mapugi wasakpiba adugi mahei oina pokpani.
But the one by the bondmaid was born according to the flesh; the other, by the free woman, was by promise.
24 Hairibasing asi pandam oina haibani. Nupi ani asina utlibasi warepnaba anini. Macha adubu minai oina pokpa adu Hagarni, aduga mahakna Sinai chingda warepnakhiba warepnaba adu phongdokpibani.
These things are allegorized: for these women are the two covenants; the one from the Mount Sinai that brings forth for bondage, which is Hagar.
25 Hagarna Arabia-da leiba Sinai Ching adu utpani aduga houjik oiriba Jerusalem saharga pangkhakni, maramdi mahakna mahakki machasingga loinana minai oiri.
For Hagar represents Mount Sinai in Arabia, and corresponds to the present Jerusalem, for she is in bondage with her children.
26 Adubu swargagi oiba Jerusalem asidi maningtambini, aduga mahakti eikhoigi imani.
But Jerusalem which is above is free; and she is the mother of us all.
27 Maramdi, Mapugi Puyana hai, Haraojaro, he chaboktabi nupi, angang amata poktribi! Haraobaga loinana lao amadi khonjel thokna lao, naoyek amukta phangdribi nahak. Maramdi hundokpiramlabi nupigi machasing aduna mapuroibana keidounungda thadoktabi nupi adugi machasingdagi masing yamgani.
For it is written: Rejoice you barren, that do not bear: break forth and cry aloud, you that travail not: for many more are the children of the deserted, than of her that had the husband of the deserted.
28 Ichil-inaosa, houjik nakhoi Isaac-na oikhibagumna, Tengban Mapuna wasakpikhiba adugi mahei oina phangjaba Tengban Mapugi machasingni.
We, indeed, brethren, like Isaac, are children of promise.
29 Matam aduda hakchanggi matung-inna pokkhiba macha aduna Tengban Mapugi Thawaigi matung-inna pokpa mahak adubu ot-neibikhi. Aduga maduga chap mannana houjiksu oiri.
But as then, he that was born according to the flesh persecuted him that was born according to the Spirit, so even now.
30 Adubu Mapugi Puyana kari haibage? “Minai nupi amasung machanupa adu tanthokkhro, maramdi minai nupina pokpa macha aduna maning tambi nupina pokpa macha aduga mapagi lanthum adu saruk phangminnaroidabani.”
But what says the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son; for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the free-woman.
31 Maram aduna, ichil-inaosa, eikhoi minai nupigi machasing natte adubu maning tambigi machasingni.
Therefore, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free-woman.
