1 Adudagi eikhoina makhoida kaina warol hairamlaga Cos tanna chumdring hi tongduna chatlammi. Mathanggi numitta eikhoi Rhodes-ta thunglammi aduga mapham adudagi eikhoi Patara-da chatlammi.
When it happened that we had parted from them and had set sail, we came with a straight course to Cos, and the next day to Rhodes, and from there to Patara.
2 Mapham aduda Phoenicia tanna chatkadaba hi ama phangladuna eikhoina madu tongkhatlaga chatle.
Having found a ship crossing over to Phoenicia, we went aboard, and set sail.
3 Eikhoina Cyprus uba ngamba mapham youre aduga kha pangna chatle aduga eikhoi Syria tamna chatlammi. Aduga eikhoigi hi adugi pot tharamgadaba mapham Tyre-da thungle.
When we had come in sight of Cyprus, leaving it on the left hand, we sailed to Syria, and landed at Tyre, for there the ship was to unload her cargo.
4 Mapham aduda thajaba khara eikhoina thengnaduna makhoiga loinana chayol ama leiminnarammi. Thawai Asengbagi panggalgi mapanna makhoina Paul-bu Jerusalem-da chattanaba hairammi.
Having found the disciples, we stayed there seven days. These said to Paul through the Spirit, that he should not go up to Jerusalem.

When it happened that we had accomplished the days, we departed and went on our journey. They all, with wives and children, brought us on our way until we were out of the city. And after kneeling down on the beach and praying,

we said farewell to one another. And we went on board the ship, and they returned to their own.

When we had finished the voyage from Tyre, we arrived at Ptolemais. We greeted the brothers, and stayed with them one day.
8 Mathanggi numitta eikhoina mapham adu thadoklaga Caesarea-da thunglammi. Eikhoi mapham aduda thougal tounaba khan-gatlaba mi taretki manungda ama oiba pao sandokpa Philip-ki yumda leirammi
On the next day, we departed and came to Caesarea. We entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, who was one of the seven, and stayed with him.
9 Tengban Mapugi wa phongdokpi mahakki luhongdribi machanupi mari leirammi.
Now this man had four virgin daughters who prophesied.
10 Eikhoina numit kayanimuk mapham aduda leiraba matungda Judea-dagi Agabus kouba Tengban Mapugi wa phongdokpa maichou ama laklammi.
As we stayed there some days, a certain prophet named Agabus came down from Judea.
11 Mahakna eikhoigi nakta laktuna Paul-gi khwangyet louraga maduna mahak masagi makhong makhut punsillammi aduga hairak-i, “Thawai Asengbana hai, ‘Matou asumna Jerusalem-gi Jihudisingna khwangyet asigi mapu adubu pun-gani amadi makhoina mahakpu Jihudi nattabasingda pithokkani.’”
Coming to us, and taking Paul's belt, he bound his own feet and hands, and said, "Thus says the Holy Spirit: 'So will the Jews in Jerusalem bind the man who owns this belt, and will deliver him into the hands of non-Jewish people.'"

When we heard these things, both we and the people of that place urged him not to go up to Jerusalem.

Then Paul answered, "What are you doing, weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus."

When he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, "The Lord's will be done."

After these days we took up our baggage and went up to Jerusalem.
16 Caesarea-dagi tung inba kharasu eikhoiga loinana chatminnarammi aduga eikhoina leigadaba yum adugi mi haibadi anganba matamdagi thajaba mi oiraklaba Cyprus-tagi Mnason kouba nupa adugi manakta makhoina eikhoibu purammi.
Some of the disciples from Caesarea also went with us, bringing one Mnason of Cyprus, an early disciple, with whom we would stay.
17 Eikhoina Jerusalem-da thunglabada thajabasingna eikhoibu taramna okpirammi.
When we had come to Jerusalem, the brothers received us gladly.
18 Mathanggi numitta Paul-na eikhoiga loinana Jacob unaba chatlammi. Aduga singlupki ahal laman loinamak mapham aduda leirammi.
The day following, Paul went in with us to James; and all the elders were present.
19 Paul-na makhoi pumnamakpu taramna koujaraga Jihudi nattabasingda mahakki thougalgi mapanna Tengban Mapuna toubiba khudingmak adu kupna paodamlammi.
When he had greeted them, he reported one by one the things which God had worked among the non-Jewish people through his ministry.
20 Makhoina madu tabada Tengban Mapubu thagatcharammi. Adudagi makhoina Paul-da hairak-i, “Ichil-inao Paul, Jihudi lising kayana thajaba oirakpa asi nahakna ure, makhoi pumnamak Wayel Yathangda thawai luppi.
They, when they heard it, glorified God. They said to him, "You see, brother, how many thousands there are among the Jews of those who have believed, and they are all zealous for the Law.

They have been informed about you, that you teach all the Jews who are among the non-Jews to forsake Moses, telling them not to circumcise their children neither to walk after the customs.
22 Nahak lakle haiba makhoina soidana tarani. Maram aduna houjik eikhoina kari tousige?
What then? The multitude must certainly meet. They will hear that you have come.
23 Maram aduna eikhoina nangonda touhanningba adudi asini. Mapham asida masana wasak loujakhraba nupa mari eikhoiga leiminnari.
Therefore do what we tell you. We have four men who have taken a vow.
24 Nahak makhoiga chatminou aduga makhoiga loinana sengdokpagi thouram adu saruk yaminnou aduga makhoigi laininggi sengdokpagi senpham adu nahakna piyu, maduna makhoi lu kokpa yaragani. Adu oirabadi nanggi maramda makhoida haiba paodamsing adu achumba amata natte nahak nasamak Moses-ki Wayel Yathanggi matung inna hingli haiba makhoi pumnamakna khanggani.
Take them, and purify yourself with them, and pay their expenses for them, that they may shave their heads. Then all will know that there is no truth in the things that they have been informed about you, but that you yourself also walk keeping the Law.
25 Adubu thajakhraba Jihudi nattabasinggi maramdadi makhoina lai murtisingda khatluraba chinjak, ee, mangak leithattuna hatpa sa hairibasing asi chadanaba aduga nupa nupi oktaba lamchat chatpa asidagi makhoi masana ngakthokchana leinaba eikhoina mangjounana makhoida ikhre.”
But concerning the non-Jewish who believe, we have written our decision that they should keep themselves from food offered to idols, from blood, from strangled things, and from sexual immorality."
26 Maram aduna mathanggi numitta Paul-na nupasing adu puduna makhoiga loinana sengdokpagi thouram pangthoklammi. Aduga mahakna Mapugi Sanglenda changduna makhoigi sengdokpa loigadaba aroiba numit amasung makhoi ama-mamgi katnapot adu karamba matamda katkadage haibadu khang-hallammi.
Then Paul took the men, and the next day, purified himself and went with them into the temple, declaring the fulfillment of the days of purification, until the offering was offered for every one of them.

When the seven days were almost completed, the Jews from Asia, when they saw him in the temple, stirred up all the crowd and laid hands on him,

29 (Makhoina masi haibagi maramdi Paul-na Ephesus-ki mi Trophimus-ka loinaba adu Jerusalem saharda makhoina ukhi aduga Paul-na mahakpu Mapugi Sanglenda pusillakpani haina makhoina khallammi.)
For they had previously seen Trophimus, the Ephesian, with him in the city, and they supposed that Paul had brought him into the temple.
30 Aduga sahar apumba irang langduna maikei khudingdagi misingna punna chensillakle aduga makhoina Paul-bu pharaga Mapugi Sanglen mapanda chingthokle. Khudak aduda Mapugi Sanglen-gi thongsing adu thingjinkhi.
All the city was moved, and the people ran together. They seized Paul and dragged him out of the temple. Immediately the doors were shut.
31 Makhoina mahakpu hatnaba hotnaringeida Jerusalem apumba irang thokle haina Rome-gi lanmisinggi makokki maphamda pao youre.
As they were trying to kill him, news came up to the commanding officer of the regiment that all Jerusalem was in an uproar.
32 Khudakta mahakna lanmising amasung lanmi chammagi mapusing puduna miyam adu tamna chensinkhi. Maduda mising aduna lanmi makok amadi mahakki lanmising adu ubada makhoina Paul-bu phuba tokle.
Immediately he took soldiers and centurions, and ran down to them. They, when they saw the chief captain and the soldiers, stopped beating Paul.
33 Maduda lanmi makok aduna Paul-gi manakta changsillaktuna mahakpu phare aduga mahakpu yotli anina punnaba yathang pirammi. Adudagi mahakna hanglak-i, “Mi asi kanano aduga mahakna kari toukhrabage?”
Then the commanding officer came near, arrested him, commanded him to be bound with two chains, and inquired who he was and what he had done.
34 Maduda miyam adugi maraktagi kharana wa ama aduga atoppa kharana wa ama laoraklammi. Charangnaba adugi maramna kari thokkhibano haibadu mahakna khangba ngamdre aduna mahakna Paul-bu lanmi leiphamda pusinnaba yathang pirammi.
Some shouted one thing, and some another, among the crowd. When he could not find out the truth because of the noise, he commanded him to be brought into the barracks.
35 Makhoina Paul-ga loinana khong kapham thaksing adu yourakpada, miyam adu yamna tamthibagi maramna lanmisingna mahakpu thangduna puba tarammi.
When he came to the stairs, it happened that he was carried by the soldiers because of the violence of the crowd;
36 Miyam aduna mahakki matungda innaraktuna “Mahakpu hatlu, mahakpu hatlu” haina laorammi.
for the crowd of the people followed after, crying out, "Away with him."
37 Lanmising aduna Paul-bu lanmi leiphamda pusillamdaida mahakna lanmi makok aduda hairak-i, “Eina nangonda wa khara haijaba yabigadra?” Maduda lanmi makok aduna hanglak-i, “Nahak Greek lon ngangbra?”
As Paul was about to be brought into the barracks, he asked the commanding officer, "May I speak something to you?" He said, "Do you know Greek?
38 “Adudi matam kharagi mamangda laan houramba aduga mihatpa mi lising maribu lamjao lamhangda luchinglamba Egypt-ki mi adu nahak nattra?”
Are you not then the Egyptian, who before these days stirred up to sedition and led out into the wilderness the four thousand men of the Assassins?"
39 Maduda Paul-na paokhum pirak-i, “Eidi Cilicia-gi Tarsus-ta pokpa Jihudini, maru oiba sahar adugi mini. Chanbiduna eina miyam asida wa haiba yahanbiyu.”
But Paul said, "I am a Jew, from Tarsus in Cilicia, a citizen of no insignificant city. I beg you, allow me to speak to the people."
40 Lanmi makok aduna mangonda ayaba pirammi maram aduna Paul-na khong kapham thaksing aduda leptuna mising aduda tuminna leibinaba makhut hairammi. Miyam aduna tumin leirabada mahakna makhoida Hebrew londa hairak-i:
When he had given him permission, Paul, standing on the stairs, beckoned with his hand to the people. When there was a great silence, he spoke to them in the Hebrew language, saying,
