2 Timothy 4

1 Tengban Mapugi mangda amasung Ningthou oina panbinaba lengbirakkadaba aduga ahingba amadi asibabu wayenbigadouriba Christta Jisugi mangda eina nangonda yathang asi piri:

I charge [thee] therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

2 wa adu sandok-u, achaba matamdasu, chadaba matamdasu sandoknaba thourang tou; kuina khaangheibaga amadi cheksinna tambibaga loinana chumthokpiyu, cheiduna warakpiyu amasung pukning thougatpiyu.

Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

3 Achumba tambiba adu misingna taroidaba matam adu lakkani, madugi mahutta makhoi masagi apambasinggi matung in-gani aduga makhoina taningbana langtaknaba adu haigadaba ojasing makhoina henna henna khomjin-gani.

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

4 Makhoina achumba tabadagi leithokkhigani aduga semjin sajinba warisingda makhoina wakhal thamgani.

And they shall turn away [their] ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

5 Adubu nahakti phibham pumnamakta pukning laksillu; awaba khaang-u, Aphaba pao sandokpaki thabak adu tou aduga Tengban Mapugi manai ama oibagi thougal adu mapung phana tou.

But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

6 Eigidamakti thaknaba mahi Tengban Mapuda katpagumna heidokkhre aduga eihak taibangpan asi thadokpagi matam adu nakle.

For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.

7 Eihak lan kanna soknakhre, eina chen-gadaba lamjen adu chenkhre, thajaba adu eina ngakchare.

I have fought a good fight, I have finished [my] course, I have kept the faith:

8 Houjikti achumba chatpagi luhup adu eigidamak thamjinbire, achumba chatpa Wayel Mapu Ibungona Numit aduda eingonda pibigani aduga eingondata nattana nungsibaga loinana Ibungona lengbirakkadaba adubu khourangna ngaijaribasingdasu pibigani.

Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

9 Eigi inakta thuna laknaba yaribamakhei kanna hotnou,

Do thy diligence to come shortly unto me:

10 maramdi Demas-na houjikki taibangpan asibu nungsibadagi eibu thadoklamlaga Thessalonica-da chatkhre. Crescens-su Galatia-da, aduga Titus-na Dalmatia-da chatkhre. (aiōn g165)

For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus unto Dalmatia. (aiōn g165)

11 Luke khaktadi eiga loinari. Eina thougal toubagi thabak asida mateng pangbinaba nahakna lakpada Mark-pu pubirak-u.

Only Luke is with me. Take Mark, and bring him with thee: for he is profitable to me for the ministry.

12 Tychicus-pu eina Ephesus-ta thakhibani.

And Tychicus have I sent to Ephesus.

13 Nahakna lakpada Troas-ta leiba Carpus-ta thanamba eigi achonba phi adu pubirak-u; aduga lairiksing adusu pubirak-u maru oina sa-unda i-ba lairiksing adu pubirak-u.

The cloke that I left at Troas with Carpus, when thou comest, bring [with thee], and the books, [but] especially the parchments.

14 Yotsuba Alexander-na eingonda yamna phattaba toure. Mahakna toukhiba matung inna Mapu Ibungona mahakki mathakta hanbigani.

Alexander the coppersmith did me much evil: the Lord reward him according to his works:

15 Nahaknasu mahakki maramda yamna cheksillu, maramdi mahakna eikhoigi paojelbu thingnanaba kanna hotnei.

Of whom be thou ware also; for he hath greatly withstood our words.

16 Eigi ahanba isa ngakthokchaba matamda kana amatana eigi michangda leppikhide, pumnamakna eibu thadoklammi. Madu Tengban Mapuna makhoigi mathakta singthabidaba oisanu!

At my first answer no man stood with me, but all [men] forsook me: [I pray God] that it may not be laid to their charge.

17 Paojel adu mapung phana eina sandoktuna Jihudi nattaba phurupsingna tanaba Mapu Ibungona eigi inakta leppiduna eingonda panggal pibikhi aduga eibu asibagi khayattagi kanbikhi.

Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and [that] all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.

18 Eingonda phattaba landarakpa pumnamaktagi Mapu Ibungona kanbigani aduga Ibungo mahakki swarga Leibakta eibu asoi angam yaodana pubigani. Ibungoda matam pumnamakta matik mangal leiba oirasanu! Amen. (aiōn g165)

And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve [me] unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom [be] glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)

Salute Prisca and Aquila, and the household of Onesiphorus.

20 Erastus-na Corinth-ta leihoure, Trophimus-ti masa ngamdabadagi eina mahakpu Miletus-ta thannamle.

Erastus abode at Corinth: but Trophimus have I left at Miletum sick.

21 Ningthamtha changlaktringeida nahak mapham asida laknaba kanna hotnou. Eubulus, Pudens, Linus, Claudia amasung atei Christian ichin inao pumnamakna nahakpu khurumjarakli.

Do thy diligence to come before winter. Eubulus greeteth thee, and Pudens, and Linus, and Claudia, and all the brethren.

22 Mapu Ibungona nahakki thawaiga loinabisanu. Tengban Mapugi thoujal nakhoi pumnamakka loinabisanu.

The Lord Jesus Christ [be] with thy spirit. Grace [be] with you. Amen.
