We are bound to always give thanks to God for you, brothers, even as it is appropriate, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of each and every one of you towards one another abounds;

4 Maram asimakna Tengban Mapugi singlupsingda nakhoigi maramgidamak eikhoina chaothokchei. Nakhoina thengnariba otpi neibiba amasung awa ana pumnamakta nakhoina khaangheiba amasung thajaduna leiba adugidamak eikhoina chaothokchari.

so that we ourselves boast about you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and in the afflictions which you endure.

5 Masi pumnamaksing asina Tengban Mapugi wayeldi achumbani haiba adu utthokle, aduga madugi mahei oina, nakhoina awa ana khaangba aduna Tengban Mapugi ningthou leibakkidamak nakhoibu matik chaba oina singthanabigani.

This is an obvious sign of the righteous judgment of God, to the end that you may be counted worthy of the Kingdom of God, for which you also suffer.

6 Tengban Mapudi wayel chetpani: Nakhoibu awa anang nanghanbasing adubu Ibungo mahakna amuk awa anang nanghanbigani,

Since it is a righteous thing with God to repay affliction to those who afflict you,

7 Aduga awa ana khaangliba nakhoibusu eikhoibusu mahakna awa anang kok-hanbigani. Masi Ibungo Jisubu matik leiraba mahakki swargadutsingga loinana meiri thokna chakpa mei marakta mahakpu phongdokpiba matam aduda thokkani.

and to give relief to you who are afflicted with us, when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire,

8 Mahakna Tengban Mapu khangdabasing amadi eikhoigi Ibungo Jisu Christtagi Aphaba paobu indabasing adubu cheirak pigani.

giving vengeance to those who do not know God, and to those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus,

who will pay the penalty: everlasting destruction from the face of the Lord and from the glory of his might, (aiōnios g166)

10 Masi Ibungo mahakna mahakki asengba mi pumnamaktagi matik mangal phangnanaba amadi mabu thajaba makhoi pumnamaktagi ikai khumnaba phangnanaba Numit aduda lenglakpa matamda thokkani. Nakhoisu makhoising adugi marakta yaogani maramdi eina nakhoida haikhiba pao aduda nakhoina thajakhi.

when he comes to be glorified in his saints, and to be marveled at among all those who have believed, because our testimony to you was believed.

11 Maram asigidamak matam pumnamakta eikhoina nakhoigidamak haijei. Mahakna hingnanaba koukhiba punsi aduda nakhoibu matik chaba oihannaba eikhoina Tengban Mapuda haijei. Mahakna nakhoina touba pamba aphaba pumnamak adu mahakki panggalgi mapalna thunghanbinaba amadi nakhoigi thajabagi thabak adu mapung phahanbiba oisanu.

To this end we also pray always for you, that our God may count you worthy of your calling, and fulfill every desire of goodness and work of faith, with power;

12 Matou asumna eikhoigi Ibungo Jisugi mingna nakhoidagi matik mangal phangjagani, aduga eikhoigi Tengban Mapu amadi Ibungo Jisu Christtagi thoujal mapalna nakhoina mangondagi matik mangal phangjagani.

that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus (the) Messiah.
