നെഹെമ്യാവു 11
1 ൧ ജനത്തിന്റെ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാർ യെരൂശലേമിൽ പാർത്തു; ശേഷം ജനം പത്തുപേരിൽ ഒരാൾ വീതം വിശുദ്ധനഗരമായ യെരൂശലേമിൽ പാർക്കേണ്ടതിന് കൊണ്ടുവരുവാനും ഒമ്പത് പേരെ മറ്റ് പട്ടണങ്ങളിൽ പാർപ്പിപ്പാനുമായി ചീട്ടിട്ടു.
The princes of the people lived in Jerusalem. The rest of the people also cast lots to bring one of ten to dwell in Jerusalem, the holy city, and nine parts in the other cities.
The people blessed all the men who willingly offered themselves to dwell in Jerusalem.
3 ൩ യെരൂശലേമിൽ പാർത്ത സംസ്ഥാനത്തലവന്മാർ ഇവരാകുന്നു: യെഹൂദാ നഗരങ്ങളിൽ യിസ്രായേല്യരും പുരോഹിതന്മാരും ലേവ്യരും ദൈവാലയദാസന്മാരും ശലോമോന്റെ ദാസന്മാരുടെ മക്കളും ഓരോരുത്തൻ താന്താന്റെ പട്ടണത്തിലും അവകാശത്തിലും പാർത്തു.
Now these are the chiefs of the province who lived in Jerusalem; but in the cities of Judah, everyone lived in his possession in their cities—Israel, the priests, the Levites, the temple servants, and the children of Solomon’s servants.
4 ൪ യെരൂശലേമിൽ ചില യെഹൂദ്യരും ബെന്യാമീന്യരും പാർത്തു. യെഹൂദ്യർ ആരെല്ലാമെന്നാൽ: പേരെസിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരിൽ മഹലലേലിന്റെ മകനായ അമര്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ സെഖര്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ ഉസ്സീയാവിന്റെ മകൻ അഥായാവും
Some of the children of Judah and of the children of Benjamin lived in Jerusalem. Of the children of Judah: Athaiah the son of Uzziah, the son of Zechariah, the son of Amariah, the son of Shephatiah, the son of Mahalalel, of the children of Perez;
5 ൫ ശീലോന്യന്റെ മകനായ സെഖര്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ യോയാരീബിന്റെ മകനായ അദായാവിന്റെ മകനായ ഹസായാവിന്റെ മകനായ കൊൽഹോസെയുടെ മകനായ ബാരൂക്കിന്റെ മകൻ മയസേയാവും തന്നേ.
and Maaseiah the son of Baruch, the son of Colhozeh, the son of Hazaiah, the son of Adaiah, the son of Joiarib, the son of Zechariah, the son of the Shilonite.
All the sons of Perez who lived in Jerusalem were four hundred sixty-eight valiant men.
7 ൭ ബെന്യാമീന്യർ ആരെല്ലാമെന്നാൽ: മെശുല്ലാമിന്റെ മകൻ സല്ലൂ; മെശുല്ലാം യോവേദിന്റെ മകൻ; യോവേദ് പെദായാവിന്റെ മകൻ; പെദായാവ് കോലായാവിന്റെ മകൻ; കോലായാവ് മയസേയാവിന്റെ മകൻ; മയസേയാവ് ഇഥീയേലിന്റെ മകൻ: ഇഥീയേൽ യെശയ്യാവിന്റെ മകൻ;
These are the sons of Benjamin: Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Joed, the son of Pedaiah, the son of Kolaiah, the son of Maaseiah, the son of Ithiel, the son of Jeshaiah.
After him Gabbai and Sallai, nine hundred twenty-eight.
Joel the son of Zichri was their overseer; and Judah the son of Hassenuah was second over the city.
Of the priests: Jedaiah the son of Joiarib, Jachin,
11 ൧൧ അഹീത്തൂബിന്റെ മകനായ മെരായോത്തിന്റെ മകനായ സാദോക്കിന്റെ മകനായ മെശുല്ലാമിന്റെ മകനായ ഹില്ക്കീയാവിന്റെ മകനായി ദൈവാലയപ്രഭുവായ സെരായാവും
Seraiah the son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, the ruler of God’s house,
12 ൧൨ ആലയത്തിൽ വേല ചെയ്തുവന്ന അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാർ എണ്ണൂറ്റി ഇരുപത്തിരണ്ട് പേരും മല്ക്കീയാവിന്റെ മകനായ പശ്ഹൂരിന്റെ മകനായ സെഖര്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ അംസിയുടെ മകനായ പെലല്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ യൊരോഹാമിന്റെ മകൻ ആദായാവും
and their brothers who did the work of the house, eight hundred twenty-two; and Adaiah the son of Jeroham, the son of Pelaliah, the son of Amzi, the son of Zechariah, the son of Pashhur, the son of Malchijah,
13 ൧൩ പിതൃഭവനത്തലവന്മാരായ അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാർ ഇരുനൂറ്റിനാല്പത്തിരണ്ട് പേരും ഇമ്മേരിന്റെ മകനായ മെശില്ലേമോത്തിന്റെ മകനായ അഹ്സായിയുടെ മകനായ അസരേലിന്റെ മകൻ അമശെസായിയും
and his brothers, chiefs of fathers’ households, two hundred forty-two; and Amashsai the son of Azarel, the son of Ahzai, the son of Meshillemoth, the son of Immer,
14 ൧൪ അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരായ നൂറ്റി ഇരുപത്തി എട്ട് പരാക്രമശാലികളും; ഇവരുടെ പ്രമാണി ഹഗെദോലീമിന്റെ മകൻ സബ്ദീയേൽ ആയിരുന്നു.
and their brothers, mighty men of valor, one hundred twenty-eight; and their overseer was Zabdiel, the son of Haggedolim.
15 ൧൫ ലേവ്യരിൽ: ബൂന്നിയുടെ മകനായ ഹശബ്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ അസ്രീക്കാമിന്റെ മകനായ അശ്ശൂബിന്റെ മകൻ ശെമയ്യാവും
Of the Levites: Shemaiah the son of Hasshub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Bunni;
16 ൧൬ ലേവ്യരുടെ തലവന്മാരിൽ ദൈവാലയത്തിന്റെ പുറമെയുള്ള വേലയ്ക്ക് മേൽവിചാരകന്മാരായിരുന്ന ശബ്ബെത്തായിയും യോസാബാദും
and Shabbethai and Jozabad, of the chiefs of the Levites, who had the oversight of the outward business of God’s house;
17 ൧൭ ആസാഫിന്റെ മകനായ സബ്ദിയുടെ മകനായ മീഖയുടെ മകനായി പ്രാർത്ഥനയിൽ സ്തോത്രം ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന തലവനായ മത്ഥന്യാവും രണ്ടാമൻ അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരിൽ ഒരുവനായ ബക്ക്ബൂക്ക്യാവും യെദൂഥൂന്റെ മകനായ ഗാലാലിന്റെ മകനായ ശമ്മൂവയുടെ മകൻ അബ്ദയും തന്നേ.
and Mattaniah the son of Mica, the son of Zabdi, the son of Asaph, who was the chief to begin the thanksgiving in prayer, and Bakbukiah, the second among his brothers; and Abda the son of Shammua, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun.
All the Levites in the holy city were two hundred eighty-four.
19 ൧൯ വാതിൽകാവല്ക്കാരായ അക്കൂബും തല്മോനും വാതിലുകൾക്കരികെ കാക്കുന്ന അവരുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരും നൂറ്റി എഴുപത്തിരണ്ട് പേർ.
Moreover the gatekeepers, Akkub, Talmon, and their brothers, who kept watch at the gates, were one hundred seventy-two.
20 ൨൦ ശേഷം യിസ്രായേല്യരും പുരോഹിതന്മാരും ലേവ്യരും യെഹൂദാനഗരങ്ങളിലൊക്കെയും ഓരോരുത്തൻ അവരവരുടെ അവകാശത്തിൽ പാർത്തു.
The residue of Israel, of the priests, and the Levites were in all the cities of Judah, everyone in his inheritance.
But the temple servants lived in Ophel; and Ziha and Gishpa were over the temple servants.
22 ൨൨ ദൈവാലയത്തിലെ വേലയ്ക്ക് യെരൂശലേമിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ലേവ്യരുടെ പ്രമാണി ആസാഫ്യരായ സംഗീതക്കാരിൽ ഒരുവനായി മീഖയുടെ മകനായ മത്ഥന്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ ഹശബ്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ ബാനിയുടെ മകൻ ഉസ്സി ആയിരുന്നു.
The overseer also of the Levites at Jerusalem was Uzzi the son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Mica, of the sons of Asaph, the singers responsible for the service of God’s house.
23 ൨൩ സംഗീതക്കാരെക്കുറിച്ച് രാജാവിന്റെ ഒരു കല്പനയും അവരുടെ നിത്യച്ചെലവിലേയ്ക്ക് ഒരു നിയമവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
For there was a commandment from the king concerning them, and a settled provision for the singers, as every day required.
24 ൨൪ യെഹൂദയുടെ മകനായ സേരെഹിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരിൽ മെശേസബേലിന്റെ മകനായ പെഥഹ്യാവ് ജനത്തെ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാകാര്യങ്ങൾക്കും രാജാവിന്റെ കാര്യസ്ഥൻ ആയിരുന്നു.
Pethahiah the son of Meshezabel, of the children of Zerah the son of Judah, was at the king’s hand in all matters concerning the people.
25 ൨൫ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളുടെയും അവയോട് ചേർന്ന വയലുകളുടെയും കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞാലോ: യെഹൂദ്യരിൽ ചിലർ കിര്യത്ത്-അർബയിലും അതിന്റെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലും ദീബോനിലും അതിന്റെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലും യെക്കബ്സയേലിലും അതിന്റെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലും
As for the villages with their fields, some of the children of Judah lived in Kiriath Arba and its towns, in Dibon and its towns, in Jekabzeel and its villages,
in Jeshua, in Moladah, Beth Pelet,
in Hazar Shual, in Beersheba and its towns,
in Ziklag, in Meconah and in its towns,
in En Rimmon, in Zorah, in Jarmuth,
30 ൩൦ സനോഹയിലും അദുല്ലാമിലും അവയുടെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലും ലാഖീശിലും അതിന്റെ വയലുകളിലും അസേക്കയിലും അതിന്റെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലും പാർത്തു; അവർ ബേർ-ശേബമുതൽ ഹിന്നോം താഴ്വരവരെ പാർത്തു.
Zanoah, Adullam, and their villages, Lachish and its fields, and Azekah and its towns. So they encamped from Beersheba to the valley of Hinnom.
The children of Benjamin also lived from Geba onward, at Michmash and Aija, and at Bethel and its towns,
at Anathoth, Nob, Ananiah,
Hazor, Ramah, Gittaim,
Hadid, Zeboim, Neballat,
Lod, and Ono, the valley of craftsmen.
Of the Levites, certain divisions in Judah settled in Benjamin’s territory.
