യെഹെസ്കേൽ 32
1 ൧ ബാബിലോന്യ പ്രവാസത്തിന്റെ പന്ത്രണ്ടാം ആണ്ട്, പന്ത്രണ്ടാം മാസം, ഒന്നാം തീയതി യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട് എനിക്കുണ്ടായത് എന്തെന്നാൽ:
And it came to pass in the twelfth year, in the twelfth month, on the first of the month, that the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
2 ൨ “മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ ഈജിപ്റ്റ് രാജാവായ ഫറവോനെക്കുറിച്ച് ഒരു വിലാപം കഴിച്ച് അവനോട് പറയേണ്ടത്: ‘ജനതകളിൽ ബാലസിംഹമായുള്ളോവേ, നീ നശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; നീ കടലിലെ നക്രംപോലെ ആയിരുന്നു; നീ നദികളിൽ ചാടി കാൽ കൊണ്ട് വെള്ളം കലക്കി നദികളെ മലിനമാക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു.’
Son of man, take up a lamentation for Pharaoh king of Egypt, and say unto him, Thou wast like a young lion among the nations, and thou wast as a monster in the seas; and thou didst break forth in thy rivers, and troubledst the waters with thy feet, and fouledst their rivers.
3 ൩ യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “ഞാൻ അനേകം ജനതകളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തെക്കൊണ്ട് നിന്റെമേൽ എന്റെ വല വീശിക്കും; എന്റെ വലയിൽ അവർ നിന്നെ വലിച്ചെടുക്കും;
Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will also spread out my net over thee with an assemblage of many peoples; and they shall bring thee up in my net.
4 ൪ ഞാൻ നിന്നെ കരയിലേക്ക് വലിച്ചിടും; നിന്നെ വെളിമ്പ്രദേശത്ത് എറിഞ്ഞുകളയും; ആകാശത്തിലെ പറവകളെയെല്ലാം നിന്റെമേൽ ഇരിക്കുമാറാക്കും; സർവ്വഭൂമിയിലെയും മൃഗങ്ങൾക്ക് നിന്നെ ഇരയാക്കി, അവയ്ക്ക് തൃപ്തി വരുത്തും.
And I will leave thee upon the land, I will cast thee forth upon the open field, and will cause all the fowl of the heavens to settle upon thee, and I will fill the beasts of the whole earth with thee.
And I will lay thy flesh upon the mountains, and fill the valleys with the heap of thy [members];
and I will water with thy blood the land wherein thou swimmest, even to the mountains; and the water-courses shall be full of thee.
7 ൭ നിന്റെ വെളിച്ചം കെടുത്തിക്കളയുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ആകാശത്തെ മൂടി അതിലെ നക്ഷത്രങ്ങളെ ഇരുളടഞ്ഞവയാക്കും; ഞാൻ സൂര്യനെ മേഘംകൊണ്ടു മറയ്ക്കും; ചന്ദ്രൻ പ്രകാശം നല്കുകയും ഇല്ല.
And when I shall put thee out, I will cover the heavens, and make the stars thereof black; I will cover the sun with a cloud, and the moon shall not give her light.
8 ൮ ആകാശത്തിലെ ശോഭയുള്ള ജ്യോതിസ്സുകളെയെല്ലാം നിന്റെനിമിത്തം ഞാൻ ഇരുളടഞ്ഞവയാക്കുകയും, നിന്റെ ദേശത്ത് അന്ധകാരം വരുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യും” എന്ന് യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാട്.
All the bright lights of the heavens will I make black over thee, and bring darkness upon thy land, saith the Lord Jehovah.
9 ൯ നിന്റെ നാശം ജനതകളുടെ ഇടയിലും നീ അറിയാത്ത ദേശങ്ങളോളവും പ്രസിദ്ധമാക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ അനേകം ജനതകളുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളെ വ്യസനിപ്പിക്കും.
And I will vex the heart of many peoples, when I bring [the news of] thy destruction among the nations, into the countries that thou hast not known.
10 ൧൦ ഞാൻ അനേകം ജനതകളെ നിന്നെച്ചൊല്ലി സ്തംഭിക്കുമാറാക്കും; അവരുടെ രാജാക്കന്മാർ കാൺകെ ഞാൻ എന്റെ വാൾ വീശുമ്പോൾ, അവർ നിന്റെനിമിത്തം അത്യന്തം പേടിച്ചുപോകും; നിന്റെ വീഴ്ചയുടെ നാളിൽ അവർ ഓരോരുത്തനും അവരവരുടെ പ്രാണനെ ഓർത്ത് നിമിഷംതോറും വിറയ്ക്കും”.
And I will make many peoples amazed at thee, and their kings shall be horribly afraid at thee, when I brandish my sword before them; and they shall tremble at every moment, each one for his life, in the day of thy fall.
For thus saith the Lord Jehovah: The sword of the king of Babylon shall come upon thee.
12 ൧൨ വീരന്മാരുടെ വാൾകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ നിന്റെ പുരുഷാരത്തെ വീഴുമാറാക്കും; അവരെല്ലാവരും ജനതകളിൽവച്ച് ഉഗ്രന്മാർ; അവർ ഈജിപ്റ്റിന്റെ പ്രതാപത്തെ ശൂന്യമാക്കും; അതിലെ പുരുഷാരമൊക്കെയും നശിച്ചുപോകും.
By the swords of the mighty will I cause thy multitude to fall: the terrible of the nations are they all: and they shall spoil the pride of Egypt, and all the multitude thereof shall be destroyed.
13 ൧൩ സമൃദ്ധമായ ജലാശയത്തിനരികെനിന്നു ഞാൻ അതിലെ സകലമൃഗങ്ങളെയും നശിപ്പിക്കും; ഇനി മേൽ മനുഷ്യന്റെ കാൽ അതിനെ കലക്കുകയില്ല; മൃഗങ്ങളുടെ കുളമ്പും അതിനെ കലക്കുകയില്ല.
And I will destroy all the beasts thereof, from beside the great waters; and the foot of man shall not trouble them any more, nor shall the cloven hoofs of beasts trouble them.
14 ൧൪ ആ കാലത്ത് അവരുടെ വെള്ളം തെളിമയുള്ളതാക്കി, ഞാൻ അവരുടെ നദികളെ എണ്ണപോലെ ഒഴുകുമാറാക്കും” എന്ന് യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാട്.
Then will I make their waters clear, and cause their rivers to run like oil, saith the Lord Jehovah.
15 ൧൫ “ഞാൻ ഈജിപ്റ്റിനെ പാഴാക്കി, ദേശം ശൂന്യമാക്കി, അതിലുള്ളതെല്ലാം ഇല്ലാതാകുമ്പോഴും, ഞാൻ അതിലെ നിവാസികളെയെല്ലാം നശിപ്പിക്കുമ്പോഴും, ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്ന് അവർ അറിയും.
When I shall make the land of Egypt a desolation, and the country shall be left desolate of all that was in it, when I have smitten all them that dwell therein, then shall they know that I [am] Jehovah.
16 ൧൬ അവർ അതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് വിലപിക്കുന്ന വിലാപം ഇതത്രേ; ജനതകളുടെ പുത്രിമാർ ഇതു ചൊല്ലി വിലപിക്കും; അവർ ഈജിപ്റ്റിനെക്കുറിച്ചും അതിലെ സകലപുരുഷന്മാരെക്കുറിച്ചും ഇതു ചൊല്ലി വിലപിക്കും” എന്ന് യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാട്.
It is a lamentation, and [thus] they shall lament her: the daughters of the nations shall say it in lamenting; they shall say it in lamenting over Egypt and over all her multitude, saith the Lord Jehovah.
And it came to pass in the twelfth year, on the fifteenth of the month, the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
18 ൧൮ “മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ ഈജിപ്റ്റിലെ ജനസമൂഹത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു വിലപിച്ച്, അതിനെയും പ്രസിദ്ധമായ ജനതകളുടെ പുത്രിമാരെയും കുഴിയിൽ ഇറങ്ങുന്നവരോടുകൂടെ ഭൂമിയുടെ അധോഭാഗത്തു തള്ളിയിടുക.
Son of man, wail for the multitude of Egypt, and cast them down, her and the daughters of the famous nations, unto the lower parts of the earth, with them that go down into the pit.
19 ൧൯ സൗന്ദര്യത്തിൽ നീ ആരെക്കാൾ മെച്ചപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; നീ ഇറങ്ങിച്ചെന്ന് അഗ്രചർമ്മികളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ കിടക്കുക.
Whom dost thou surpass in beauty? Go down, and be thou laid with the uncircumcised.
20 ൨൦ വാളാൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ നടുവിൽ അവർ വീഴും; വാൾ നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; അതിനെയും അതിന്റെ സകലപുരുഷാരത്തെയും വലിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുപോകുവിൻ.
They shall fall in the midst of them that are slain by the sword. The sword hath been given: draw her out, and all her multitudes.
21 ൨൧ വീരന്മാരിൽ ബലവാന്മാരായവർ അവന്റെ സഹായികളോടുകൂടെ പാതാളത്തിന്റെ നടുവിൽനിന്ന് അവനോട് സംസാരിക്കും; അഗ്രചർമ്മികളായി വാളാൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവർ ഇറങ്ങിച്ചെന്ന് അവിടെ കിടക്കുന്നു. (Sheol h7585)
The strong among the mighty, with them that helped him, shall speak to him out of the midst of Sheol: they are gone down, they lie still, the uncircumcised, slain by the sword. (Sheol h7585)
22 ൨൨ അവിടെ അശ്ശൂരും അതിന്റെ സർവ്വസമൂഹവും ഉണ്ട്; അവന്റെ ശവക്കുഴികൾ അവന്റെ ചുറ്റും കിടക്കുന്നു; അവരെല്ലാവരും വാളാൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരായി വീണവർ തന്നെ.
There is Asshur and all his assemblage, his graves round about him: all of them slain, fallen by the sword;
23 ൨൩ അവരുടെ ശവക്കുഴികൾ പാതാളത്തിന്റെ ഏറ്റവും അടിയിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു; അതിന്റെ സമൂഹം അതിന്റെ ശവക്കുഴിയുടെ ചുറ്റും ഇരിക്കുന്നു; ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്തു ഭീതിപരത്തിയ, അവരെല്ലാവരും വാളാൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരായി വീണിരിക്കുന്നു.
their graves are set in the sides of the pit, and his assemblage is round about his grave; all of them slain, fallen by the sword, — who caused terror in the land of the living.
24 ൨൪ അവിടെ ഏലാമും അതിന്റെ സകലപുരുഷാരവും അതിന്റെ ശവക്കുഴിയുടെ ചുറ്റും ഉണ്ട്; അവർ എല്ലാവരും വാളാൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരായി വീണ്, അഗ്രചർമ്മികളായി, ഭൂമിയുടെ അധോഭാഗത്ത് ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോയിരിക്കുന്നു; ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്ത് അവർ ഭീതി പരത്തി; ഇപ്പോൾ കുഴിയിൽ ഇറങ്ങുന്നവരോടുകൂടെ അവർ ലജ്ജ വഹിക്കുന്നു.
There is Elam and all her multitude round about her grave, all of them slain, fallen by the sword, who are gone down uncircumcised unto the lower parts of the earth, who caused their terror in the land of the living; yet have they borne their confusion with them that go down to the pit.
25 ൨൫ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ മദ്ധ്യേ അവർ അതിനും അതിന്റെ സകലപുരുഷാരത്തിനും ഒരു കിടക്ക വിരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അതിന്റെ ശവക്കുഴികൾ അതിന്റെ ചുറ്റും ഇരിക്കുന്നു; അവരെല്ലാവരും അഗ്രചർമ്മികളായി വാളാൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരാകുന്നു; ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്ത് അവർ ഭീതി പരത്തിയിരിക്കുകയാൽ കുഴിയിൽ ഇറങ്ങുന്നവരോടുകൂടെ ലജ്ജ വഹിക്കുന്നു; കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ മദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ അത് കിടക്കുന്നു.
They have set him a bed in the midst of the slain, with all his multitude: their graves are round about him, all of them uncircumcised, slain by the sword, though their terror was caused in the land of the living; and they have borne their confusion with them that go down to the pit: he is put in the midst of them that are slain.
26 ൨൬ അവിടെ മേശെക്കും തൂബലും അതിന്റെ സകലപുരുഷാരവും ഉണ്ട്; അതിന്റെ ശവക്കുഴികൾ അതിന്റെ ചുറ്റും സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു; അവർ ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്ത് ഭീതി പരത്തിയിരിക്കുകയാൽ അവരെല്ലാം അഗ്രചർമ്മികളായി വാളാൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.
There is Meshech, Tubal, and all their multitude, their graves round about them, all of them uncircumcised, slain by the sword, though they caused their terror in the land of the living.
27 ൨൭ അവർ ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്ത് വീരന്മാർക്കു ഭീതി ആയിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ട്, അവരുടെ അകൃത്യങ്ങൾ അസ്ഥികളിന്മേൽ ചുമന്നും, അവരുടെ വാളുകൾ തലയ്ക്കു കീഴിൽ വച്ചുംകൊണ്ട്, അഗ്രചർമ്മികളിൽ പട്ടുപോയ വീരന്മാരായി യുദ്ധായുധങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ പാതാളത്തിൽ ഇറങ്ങിയവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ കിടക്കേണ്ടതല്ലയോ? (Sheol h7585)
And they lie not with the mighty, [that are] fallen of the uncircumcised, who are gone down to Sheol with their weapons of war; and whose swords are laid under their heads, and whose iniquities are upon their bones, though they were the terror of the mighty in the land of the living. (Sheol h7585)
28 ൨൮ നീയോ, അഗ്രചർമ്മികളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ തകർന്നുപോകുകയും വാളാൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരോടുകൂടെ കിടക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.
Thou also shalt be broken in the midst of the uncircumcised, and shalt lie with them that are slain with the sword.
29 ൨൯ അവിടെ ഏദോമും അതിന്റെ രാജാക്കന്മാരും സകലപ്രഭുക്കന്മാരും ഉണ്ട്; അവർ അവരുടെ വല്ലഭത്വത്തിൽ വാളാൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ കിടക്കേണ്ടിവന്നു; അവർ അഗ്രചർമ്മികളോടും, കുഴിയിൽ ഇറങ്ങുന്നവരോടും കൂടി കിടക്കുന്നു.
There is Edom, her kings, and all her princes, who in their might are laid with them that are slain by the sword: they lie with the uncircumcised, and with them that go down to the pit.
30 ൩൦ അവിടെ വടക്കെ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരെല്ലാവരും കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരോടുകൂടെ ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോയ സകല സീദോന്യരും ഉണ്ട്; അവർ അവരുടെ ആധിപത്യം മൂലം പരത്തിയ ഭീതിനിമിത്തം ലജ്ജിക്കുന്നു; അവർ അഗ്രചർമ്മികളായി വാളാൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരോടുകൂടെ കിടക്കുകയും കുഴിയിൽ ഇറങ്ങുന്നവരോടുകൂടെ ലജ്ജ വഹിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
There are the princes of the north, all of them, and all the Zidonians, that are gone down with the slain — ashamed of the terror which they caused through their might; and they lie uncircumcised with them that are slain by the sword, and bear their confusion with them that go down to the pit.
31 ൩൧ അവരെ ഫറവോൻ കണ്ട് തന്റെ സകലപുരുഷാരത്തെയും കുറിച്ച് ആശ്വസിക്കും; ഫറവോനും അവന്റെ സകലസൈന്യവും വാളാൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരായിരിക്കുന്നു” എന്ന് യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാട്.
Pharaoh shall see them, and shall be comforted over all his multitude, Pharaoh and all his army slain by the sword, saith the Lord Jehovah.
32 ൩൨ “ഞാനല്ലയോ അവന്റെ ഭീതി ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്തു പരത്തിയത്; ഫറവോനും അവന്റെ പുരുഷാരമെല്ലാം വാളാൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടവരോടുകൂടി അഗ്രചർമ്മികളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ കിടക്കേണ്ടിവരും” എന്ന് യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാട്.
For I have caused my terror in the land of the living; and he shall be laid in the midst of the uncircumcised, with them that are slain by the sword, Pharaoh and all his multitude, saith the Lord Jehovah.
