പുറപ്പാട് 28
1 ൧ നിന്റെ സഹോദരനായ അഹരോനെയും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും എനിക്ക് പുരോഹിതശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന് യിസ്രായേൽ മക്കളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്ന് നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വരുത്തുക; അഹരോനെയും അഹരോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരായ നാദാബ്, അബീഹൂ, എലെയാസാർ, ഈഥാമാർ എന്നിവരെയും തന്നെ.
And thou shalt let come near unto thee Aaron thy brother, and his sons with him, from among the children of Israel, that he may be a priest unto me; Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Elazar and Ithamar, the sons of Aaron.
And thou shalt make holy garments for Aaron thy brother, for glory and for ornament.
3 ൩ അഹരോൻ എനിക്ക് പുരോഹിതശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യുവാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം അവനെ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കേണ്ടതിന് അവന് വസ്ത്രം ഉണ്ടാക്കണമെന്ന് ഞാൻ ജ്ഞാനാത്മാവുകൊണ്ട് നിറച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സകലജ്ഞാനികളോടും നീ പറയണം.
And thou shalt speak unto all that are wisehearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they may make garments for Aaron, to sanctify him, that he may be a priest unto me.
4 ൪ അവർ ഉണ്ടാക്കേണ്ട വസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ: പതക്കം, ഏഫോദ്, നീളക്കുപ്പായം, ചിത്രത്തയ്യലുള്ള നിലയങ്കി, തലപ്പാവ്, നടുക്കെട്ട് എന്നിവയാണ്. നിന്റെ സഹോദരനായ അഹരോൻ എനിക്ക് പുരോഹിതശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന് അവർ അവനും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർക്കും വിശുദ്ധവസ്ത്രം ഉണ്ടാക്കണം.
And these are the garments which they shall make: a breastplate, and an ephod, and a robe, and a checkered coat, a mitre, and a girdle; and they shall make holy garments for Aaron thy brother, and for his sons, to be a priest unto me.
And they shall take the gold, and the blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn, and the linen.
6 ൬ പൊന്ന്, നീലനൂൽ, ധൂമ്രനൂൽ, ചുവപ്പുനൂൽ, പിരിച്ച പഞ്ഞിനൂൽ എന്നിവകൊണ്ട് നെയ്ത്തുകാരന്റെ ചിത്രപ്പണിയായി ഏഫോദ് ഉണ്ടാക്കണം.
And they shall make the ephod, of gold, of blue, and of purple, of scarlet yarn, and twisted linen, of weaver's work.
7 ൭ അതിന്റെ രണ്ട് അറ്റത്തോട് ചേർന്നതായി രണ്ട് തോൾപ്പട്ട ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം. അത് തമ്മിൽ ബന്ധിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കണം.
Two shoulder-pieces shall it have joined at the two edges thereof; by which it shall be joined together.
8 ൮ അത് കെട്ടിമുറുക്കുവാൻ ഏഫോദ് പോലെ ചിത്രപ്പണിയുള്ള നടുക്കെട്ട് വേണം. അതിന്റെ പണിപോലെ പൊന്ന്, നീലനൂൽ, ധൂമ്രനൂൽ, ചുവപ്പുനൂൽ, പിരിച്ച പഞ്ഞിനൂൽ എന്നിവകൊണ്ട് ആയിരിക്കണം.
And the belt for girding, which is upon it, shall be of the same make, out of the same piece with itself; of gold, of blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn, and twisted linen.
And thou shalt take two onyx stones, and engrave on them the names of the children of Israel:
Six of their names on the one stone, and the names of the remaining six on the other stone, according to the order of their birth.
11 ൧൧ രത്നശില്പി മുദ്ര കൊത്തുന്നതുപോലെ രണ്ട് കല്ലിലും യിസ്രായേൽ മക്കളുടെ പേര് കൊത്തണം; അവ പൊൻ തടങ്ങളിൽ പതിക്കണം;
With the work of an engraver in stone, like the engraving of a signet, shalt thou engrave the two stones with the names of the children of Israel; fitted in settings of gold shalt thou make them.
12 ൧൨ കല്ല് രണ്ടും ഏഫോദിന്റെ തോൾപ്പട്ടയുടെമേൽ യിസ്രായേൽ മക്കളുടെ ഓർമ്മയ്ക്കായി വെക്കണം; അഹരോൻ യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ അവരുടെ പേരുകൾ ഓർമ്മയ്ക്കായി തന്റെ രണ്ട് ചുമലിന്മേലും വഹിക്കണം.
And thou shalt put the two stones upon the shoulder-pieces of the ephod as stones of memorial unto the children of Israel; and Aaron shall bear their names before the Lord upon his two shoulders for a memorial.
And thou shalt make casings of gold;
And two chains of pure gold, with knots at the ends, of wreathed work shalt thou make them, and thou shalt fasten the wreathed chains to the casings.
15 ൧൫ ന്യായവിധിപ്പതക്കം ചിത്രപ്പണികളോടുകൂടി ഉണ്ടാക്കണം; അത് ഏഫോദിന്റെ പണിപോലെ പൊന്ന്, നീലനൂൽ, ധൂമ്രനൂൽ, ചുവപ്പുനൂൽ, പിരിച്ച പഞ്ഞിനൂൽ എന്നിവകൊണ്ട് ഉണ്ടാക്കണം.
And thou shalt make the breastplate of judgment, of weaver's work; after the work of the ephod thou shalt make it; of gold, of blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn, and of twisted linen, shalt thou make it.
Four-square shall it be, double; a span in length, and a span in breadth.
And thou shalt set in it settings of stones, even four rows of stones: the first row, a sardius, a topaz, and an emerald; this shall be the first row.
And the second row, a carbuncle, a sapphire, and a diamond.
And the third row, an opal, a turquoise, and an amethyst.
And the fourth row, a chrysolite, and an onyx, and a jasper: they shall be fitted in golden casings when they are set in.
21 ൨൧ ഇവ ക്രമമായി യിസ്രായേൽ മക്കളുടെ പേരുകൾ കൊത്തിയ പന്ത്രണ്ട് കല്ലുകൾ ആയിരിക്കണം; പന്ത്രണ്ട് ഗോത്രങ്ങളുടെയും പേരുകൾ അവയിൽ മുദ്രയായി കൊത്തിയിരിക്കണം.
And the stones shall be according to the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names; [engraved] with the engraving of a signet, every one according to his name, shall they be for the twelve tribes.
And thou shalt make on the breastplate chains with knots at the ends, of wreathed work, of pure gold.
And thou shalt make on the breastplate two rings of gold, and shalt put the two rings on the two ends of the breastplate.
24 ൨൪ പൊന്നുകൊണ്ട് പിരിച്ചെടുത്ത ചരടുകൾ പോലെയുള്ള ചങ്ങലകൾ രണ്ടും പതക്കത്തിന്റെ അറ്റങ്ങളിൽ ഉള്ള വളയങ്ങൾ രണ്ടിലും കൊളുത്തേണം.
And thou shalt put the two wreathed chains of gold in the two rings, on the ends of the breastplate.
25 ൨൫ പിരിച്ചെടുത്ത രണ്ട് ചങ്ങലകളുടെയും മറ്റേഅറ്റം രണ്ടും രണ്ട് തടത്തിൽ കൊളുത്തി ഏഫോദിന്റെ തോൾപ്പട്ടയുടെ മുൻഭാഗത്ത് വെക്കണം.
And the [other] two ends of the two wreathed chains thou shalt fasten on the two casings, and put them on the shoulder-pieces of the ephod on the outside thereof.
26 ൨൬ പൊന്നുകൊണ്ട് രണ്ട് വളയങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കി പതക്കത്തിന്റെ മറ്റെ രണ്ട് അറ്റത്തും ഏഫോദിന്റെ കീഴറ്റത്തിന് നേരെ അതിന്റെ വിളുമ്പിൽ അകത്തായി വെക്കണം.
And thou shalt make two rings of gold, and thou shalt put them on the two ends of the breastplate on its border, which is on the opposite side of the ephod, inward.
27 ൨൭ പൊന്നുകൊണ്ട് വേറെ രണ്ട് വളയങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കി, ഏഫോദിന്റെ മുൻഭാഗത്ത് അതിന്റെ രണ്ട് തോൾപ്പട്ടയുടെ താഴെ അതിന്റെ ചേർപ്പിനരികെ ഏഫോദിന്റെ നടുക്കെട്ടിന് മേലായി വെക്കണം.
And thou shalt make two more rings of gold, and shalt put them on the two shoulder-pieces of the ephod underneath, toward its front part, close by its seam, above the girdle of the ephod.
28 ൨൮ പതക്കം ഏഫോദിന്റെ നടുക്കെട്ടിന് മേലായിരിക്കേണ്ടതിനും ഏഫോദിൽ ആടാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിനും അതിന്റെ വളയങ്ങളാൽ ഏഫോദിന്റെ വളയങ്ങളോട് നീലനാടകൊണ്ട് കെട്ടണം.
And they shall fasten the breastplate by its rings unto the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, that it may remain on the girdle of the ephod, and that the breastplate be not loosed from the ephod.
29 ൨൯ അങ്ങനെ അഹരോൻ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിൽ കടക്കുമ്പോൾ ന്യായവിധിപ്പതക്കത്തിൽ യിസ്രായേൽ മക്കളുടെ പേരുകൾ എപ്പോഴും യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ ഓർമ്മയ്ക്കായിട്ട് തന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിന്മേൽ വഹിക്കണം.
And Aaron shall bear the names of the children of Israel in the breastplate of judgment upon his heart, when he goeth in unto the holy place, for a memorial before the Lord continually.
30 ൩൦ ന്യായവിധിപ്പതക്കത്തിനകത്ത് ഊറീമും തുമ്മീമും വെക്കണം; അഹരോൻ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധാനത്തിൽ കടക്കുമ്പോൾ അവന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിന്മേൽ ഇരിക്കണം; അഹരോൻ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾക്കുള്ള ന്യായവിധി എപ്പോഴും യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ തന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിന്മേൽ വഹിക്കണം.
And thou shalt put into the breastplate of judgment the Urim and the Thummim, and they shall be upon Aaron's heart, when he goeth in before the Lord; and Aaron shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel upon his heart before the Lord continually.
And thou shalt make the robe of the ephod altogether of blue woolen yarn.
32 ൩൨ അതിന്റെ നടുവിൽ തല കടത്തുവാൻ ഒരു ദ്വാരം വേണം; ദ്വാരത്തിന് നെയ്ത്തുപണിയായ ഒരു നാട ചുറ്റിലും വേണം; അത് കീറിപ്പോകാതിരിക്കുവാൻ കവചത്തിന്റെ ദ്വാരംപോലെ അതിന് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.
And there shall be an opening in the top of it, in the midst thereof; it shall have a binding of woven work, round about its opening, as it is on the opening of a habergeon, so shall it be thereon, that it be not rent.
33 ൩൩ നീലനൂൽ, ധൂമ്രനൂൽ, ചുവപ്പുനൂൽ എന്നിവകൊണ്ട് അതിന്റെ വിളുമ്പിൽ ചുറ്റും മാതളപ്പഴങ്ങളും അവയുടെ ഇടയിൽ പൊന്നുകൊണ്ട് മണികളും ഉണ്ടാക്കണം.
And thou shalt make on its lower hem pomegranates of blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn, round about its lower hem; and bells of gold between them round about:
34 ൩൪ അങ്കിയുടെ വിളുമ്പിൽ ചുറ്റും ഒരു പൊന്മണി ഒരു മാതളപ്പഴം, ഒരു പൊന്മണി, ഒരു മാതളപ്പഴം, ഇങ്ങനെ വേണം.
A golden bell and a pomegranate, a golden bell and a pomegranate, on the lower hem of the robe round about.
35 ൩൫ അഹരോൻ ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ അത് ധരിക്കണം. യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിൽ കടക്കുമ്പോഴും പുറത്ത് വരുമ്പോഴും അവൻ മരിക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന് അതിന്റെ ശബ്ദം കേൾക്കണം.
And it shall be upon Aaron when he ministereth; and his sound shall be heard when he goeth in into the holy place before the Lord, and when he cometh out, that he die not.
And thou shalt make a plate of pure gold, and grave upon it, like the engraving of a signet, Holy unto the Lord.
And thou shalt fasten it on a lace of blue, and it shall be upon the mitre; upon the front of the mitre shall it be.
38 ൩൮ യിസ്രായേൽ മക്കൾ തങ്ങളുടെ സകല വിശുദ്ധവഴിപാടുകളിലും ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന വിശുദ്ധവസ്തുക്കളുടെ കുറ്റം അഹരോൻ വഹിക്കേണ്ടതിന് അത് അഹരോന്റെ നെറ്റിയിൽ ഇരിക്കണം; യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ അവർക്ക് പ്രസാദം ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതിന് അത് എപ്പോഴും അവന്റെ നെറ്റിയിൽ ഇരിക്കണം.
And it shall be upon Aaron's forehead; and Aaron shall atone for the iniquity of the holy things, which the children of Israel shall hallow in all their holy gifts; and it shall be upon his forehead always, that they may be received in favor before the Lord.
39 ൩൯ പഞ്ഞിനൂൽകൊണ്ട് ഉള്ളങ്കിയും ചിത്രപ്പണിയായി നെയ്യണം; പഞ്ഞിനൂൽകൊണ്ട് തലപ്പാവും ഉണ്ടാക്കണം; നടുക്കെട്ടും ചിത്രത്തയ്യൽപണിയായിട്ട് ഉണ്ടാക്കണം.
And thou shalt make the coat of linen checkered, and thou shalt make a mitre of linen, and a girdle shalt thou make of embroiderer's work.
40 ൪൦ അഹരോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർക്ക് മഹത്വത്തിനും അലങ്കാരത്തിനും വേണ്ടി അങ്കി, നടുക്കെട്ട്, തലപ്പാവ് എന്നിവ ഉണ്ടാക്കണം.
And for Aaron's sons shalt thou make coats, and thou shalt make for them girdles; and bonnets thou shalt make for them, for glory and for ornament.
41 ൪൧ അവ നിന്റെ സഹോദരനായ അഹരോനെയും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും ധരിപ്പിക്കണം; അവർ എനിക്ക് പുരോഹിതശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന് അവരെ അഭിഷേകവും കരപൂരണവും ചെയ്ത് ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കണം.
And thou shalt clothe therewith Aaron thy brother, and his sons with him; and thou shalt anoint them, and consecrate them, and sanctify them, that they may be priests unto me.
42 ൪൨ അവരുടെ നഗ്നത മറയ്ക്കുവാൻ അവർക്ക് ചണനൂൽകൊണ്ട് കാൽചട്ടയും ഉണ്ടാക്കണം; അത് അര തുടങ്ങി തുടവരെ എത്തണം.
And thou shalt make them linen breeches to cover their nakedness; from the loins even unto the thighs shall they reach.
43 ൪൩ അഹരോനും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിൽ ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യുവാൻ സമാഗമനകൂടാരത്തിൽ കടക്കുമ്പോഴോ യാഗപീഠത്തിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ചെല്ലുമ്പോഴോ കുറ്റം വഹിച്ച് മരിക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന് അവർ അത് ധരിക്കണം. അവനും അവന്റെ സന്തതിക്കും അത് എന്നേക്കുമുള്ള ചട്ടം ആയിരിക്കണം.
And they shall be upon Aaron, and upon his sons, when they come in unto the tabernacle of the congregation, or when they come near unto the altar to minister in the holy place; that they bear not iniquity, and die; a statute for ever shall it be for him and for his seed after him.
