This is the blessing, bi which Moises, the man of God, blesside the sones of Israel bifor his deeth;
2 ൨ “യഹോവ സീനായിൽനിന്നു വന്നു, അവർക്ക് മീതെ സേയീരിൽനിന്ന് ഉദിച്ചു, പാരാൻ പർവ്വതത്തിൽനിന്ന് അവരുടെ മേൽ പ്രകാശിച്ചു. ലക്ഷോപലക്ഷം വിശുദ്ധന്മാരുടെ നടുവിൽനിന്നു വന്നു; അവർക്കുവേണ്ടി അഗ്നിമയമായ ഒരു പ്രമാണം അവന്റെ വലങ്കയ്യിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
and seide, The Lord cam fro Syna, and he roos to us fro Seir; he apperide fro the hil of Pharan, and thousandis of seyntis with hym; a lawe of fier in his riythond.
3 ൩ അതേ, അവൻ തന്റെ ജനത്തെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ സകലവിശുദ്ധന്മാരും തൃക്കയ്യിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു. അവർ തൃക്കാല്ക്കൽ ഇരുന്നു; അവർ തിരുവചനങ്ങൾ പ്രാപിച്ചു.
He louede puplis; alle seyntis ben in his hond, and thei that neiyen to hise feet schulen take of his doctryn.
Moisis comaundide lawe `to vs, eritage of the multitude of Jacob.
And the king schal be at the moost riytful, whanne princes of the puple schulen be gaderid togidere with the lynagis of Israel.
6 ൬ രൂബേനെക്കുറിച്ച് അവൻ പറഞ്ഞത് “രൂബേൻ മരിക്കാതെ ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കട്ടെ; അവന്റെ പുരുഷന്മാർ കുറയാതിരിക്കട്ടെ”.
Ruben lyue, and die not, and be he litil in noumbre.
7 ൭ യെഹൂദയ്ക്കുള്ള അനുഗ്രഹമായി അവൻ പറഞ്ഞത്: “യഹോവേ, യെഹൂദയുടെ അപേക്ഷ കേട്ട് അവനെ സ്വജനത്തിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുവരണമേ. തന്റെ കൈകളുടെ ശക്തിയാൽ അവൻ പോരാടേണ്ടതിന്, ശത്രുക്കളുടെ നേരെ നീ അവന് തുണയായിരിക്കണമേ”.
This is the blessyng of Juda; Lord, here thou the vois of Juda, and brynge in hym to his puple; hise hondis schulen fiyte for hym, and the helpere of hym schal be ayens hise aduersaries.
8 ൮ ലേവിയെക്കുറിച്ച് അവൻ പറഞ്ഞത്: “നിന്റെ തുമ്മീമും ഊറീമും നിന്റെ ഭക്തന്റെ പക്കൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു; നീ മസ്സയിൽവച്ചു പരീക്ഷിക്കുകയും മെരീബാ വെള്ളത്തിനരികിൽ മത്സരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവന്റെ പക്കൽ തന്നെ.
Also he seide to Leuy, Thi perfeccioun and thi techyng is of an hooly man, whom thou preuedist in temptacioun, and demedist at the Watris of Ayenseiynge;
9 ൯ അവൻ അപ്പനെയും അമ്മയെയും കുറിച്ച്, ‘ഞാൻ അവരെ കണ്ടില്ല’ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; സഹോദരന്മാരെ അവൻ ആദരിച്ചില്ല; സ്വന്തമക്കളെന്ന് ഓർമിച്ചതു ഇല്ല. നിന്റെ വചനം അവർ പ്രമാണിച്ചു; നിന്റെ നിയമം കാത്തുകൊള്ളുകയും ചെയ്തു.
which Leuy seide to his fadir and to his modir, Y knowe not you, and to hise britheren, Y knowe not hem; and knewen not her sones. These kepten thi speche, and these kepten thi couenaunt; A!
10 ൧൦ അവർ യാക്കോബിന് നിന്റെ വിധികളും യിസ്രായേലിന് ന്യായപ്രമാണവും ഉപദേശിക്കും; അവർ നിന്റെ സന്നിധിയിൽ സുഗന്ധ ധൂപവും യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ സർവ്വാംഗഹോമവും അർപ്പിക്കും.
Jacob, thei kepten thi domes, and `thou, Israel, thei kepten thi lawe; thei schulen putte encense in thi strong veniaunce, and brent sacrifice on thin auter.
11 ൧൧ യഹോവേ, അവന്റെ ധനത്തെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കണമേ; അവന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തിയിൽ പ്രസാദിക്കണമേ. അവന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളും അവനെ ദ്വേഷിക്കുന്നവരും എഴുന്നേല്ക്കാത്തവിധം അവരുടെ അരക്കെട്ടുകളെ തകർത്തുകളയണമേ”.
Lord, blesse thou the strengthe of hym, and resseyue thou the werkis of his hondis; smyte thou the backis of hise enemyes, and thei that haten hym, rise not.
12 ൧൨ ബെന്യാമീനെക്കുറിച്ച് അവൻ പറഞ്ഞത്: “അവൻ യഹോവയ്ക്ക് പ്രിയൻ; തിരുസന്നിധിയിൽ നിർഭയം വസിക്കും; യഹോവ അവനെ എല്ലായ്പോഴും മറച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു; അവന്റെ ഭുജങ്ങളുടെ മദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ വസിക്കുന്നു”.
And he seide to Benjamyn, The moost loued of the Lord schal dwelle tristili in hym, `that is, in the Lord; he schal dwelle al day as in a chaumbur, and he schal reste bitwixe the schuldris of hym.
13 ൧൩ യോസേഫിനെക്കുറിച്ച് അവൻ പറഞ്ഞത്: “ആകാശത്തിലെ വിശിഷ്ടവസ്തുവായ, മഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടും താഴെയുള്ള അഗാധമായ സമുദ്രം കൊണ്ടും
Also he seide to Joseph, `His lond is of the Lordis blessyng; of the applis of heuene, and of the dewe, and of watir liggynge bynethe;
of the applis of fruytis of the sunne and moone; of the coppe of elde munteyns,
15 ൧൫ പുരാതനപർവ്വതങ്ങളുടെ ശ്രേഷ്ഠനിക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ടും ശാശ്വതശൈലങ്ങളുടെ വിശിഷ്ടവസ്തുക്കൾ കൊണ്ടും ഭൂമിയിലെ വിശേഷവസ്തുക്കളുടെ സമൃദ്ധികൊണ്ടും അവന്റെ ദേശം യഹോവയാൽ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെടുമാറാകട്ടെ.
and of the applis of euerlastynge litle hillis;
16 ൧൬ മുൾപ്പടർപ്പിൽ വസിച്ചവന്റെ പ്രസാദം യോസേഫിന്റെ ശിരസ്സിന്മേലും തന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരിൽ പ്രഭുവായവന്റെ നെറുകമേലും വരുമാറാകട്ടെ.
and of the fruytis of the lond, and of the fulnesse therof. The blessyng of hym that apperide in the busch come on the heed of Joseph, and on the cop of Nazarey, `that is, hooli, among hise britheren.
17 ൧൭ അവന്റെ മഹത്വം കടിഞ്ഞൂൽകൂറ്റൻ പോലെ; അവന്റെ കൊമ്പുകൾ കാട്ടുപോത്തിന്റെ കൊമ്പുകൾ; അവയാൽ അവൻ സകലജനതകളെയും ഭൂമിയുടെ സീമ വരെയും ഓടിക്കും; അവർ എഫ്രയീമിന്റെ പതിനായിരങ്ങളും മനശ്ശെയുടെ ആയിരങ്ങളും തന്നേ”.
As the first gendrid of a bole is the feirnesse of hym; the hornes of an vnicorn ben the hornes of hym; in tho he schal wyndewe folkis, `til to the termes of erthe. These ben the multitudis of Effraym, and these ben the thousyndis of Manasses.
18 ൧൮ സെബൂലൂനെക്കുറിച്ചും യിസ്സഖാരിനെക്കുറിച്ചും അവൻ പറഞ്ഞത്: “സെബൂലൂനേ, നിന്റെ പ്രയാണത്തിലും, യിസ്സാഖാരേ, നിന്റെ കൂടാരങ്ങളിലും സന്തോഷിക്കുക.
And he seide to Zabulon, Zabulon, be thou glad in thi goyng out, and, Ysacar, in thi tabernaclis.
19 ൧൯ അവർ ജനതകളെ പർവ്വതത്തിലേക്കു വിളിക്കും; അവിടെ നീതിയാഗങ്ങളെ കഴിക്കും. അവർ സമുദ്രങ്ങളുടെ സമൃദ്ധിയും മണലിലെ നിക്ഷേപങ്ങളും വലിച്ചുകുടിക്കും”.
Thei schulen clepe puplis to the hil, there thei schulen offre sacrifices of riytfulnesse; whiche schulen souke the flowing of the see as mylk, and hid tresours of grauel.
20 ൨൦ ഗാദിനെക്കുറിച്ച് അവൻ പറഞ്ഞത്: “ഗാദിനെ വിസ്താരമാക്കുന്നവൻ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെട്ടവൻ. ഒരു സിംഹത്തെപ്പോലെ അവൻ പതുങ്ങിക്കിടന്ന് ഭുജവും നെറുകയും പറിച്ചുകീറുന്നു.
And he seide to Gad, Gad is blessid in broodnesse; he restide as a lioun, and he took the arm and the nol.
21 ൨൧ അവൻ ആദ്യഭാഗം തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു; അവിടെ നായകന്റെ ഓഹരി വേർതിരിച്ച് വച്ചിരുന്നു; അവൻ ജനത്തിന്റെ തലവന്മാരോടുകൂടി വന്നു. യിസ്രായേലിൽ യഹോവയുടെ നീതിയും അവന്റെ വിധികളും നടത്തി”.
And he siy his prinshed, that `the techere was kept in his part; which Gad was with the princes of the puple, and dide the riytfulnesses of the Lord, and his doom with Israel.
Also he seide to Dan, Dan, a whelp of a lioun, schal flowe largeli fro Basan.
23 ൨൩ നഫ്താലിയെക്കുറിച്ച് അവൻ പറഞ്ഞത്: “നഫ്താലിയേ, ദൈവപ്രസാദംകൊണ്ട് തൃപ്തനും യഹോവയുടെ അനുഗ്രഹം നിറഞ്ഞവനുമായി പടിഞ്ഞാറും തെക്കും കൈവശമാക്കുക”.
And he seide to Neptalym, Neptalym schal vse abundaunce, and he schal be ful with blessyngis of the Lord; and he schal welde the see and the south.
24 ൨൪ ആശേരിനെക്കുറിച്ച് അവൻ പറഞ്ഞത്: “ആശേർ പുത്രസമ്പത്തുകൊണ്ട് ഏറ്റവും അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെട്ടവൻ; അവൻ സഹോദരന്മാർക്ക് ഇഷ്ടനായിരിക്കട്ടെ; അവൻ കാൽ എണ്ണയിൽ മുക്കട്ടെ.
Also he seide to Aser, Aser, be blessid in sones, and plese he hise britheren; dippe he his foot in oile.
Yrun and bras the scho of hym; as the dai of thi youthe so and thin eelde.
26 ൨൬ യെശുരൂന്റെ ദൈവത്തെപ്പോലെ മറ്റൊരു ദൈവവുമില്ല. നിന്റെ സഹായത്തിനായി അവൻ ആകാശത്തിലൂടെ തന്റെ മഹിമയിൽ മേഘാരൂഢനായി വരുന്നു.
Noon other god is as the God of the moost riytful, that is, `as the God `of the puple of Israel, gouerned bi moost riytful lawe; the stiere of heuene is thin helpere; cloudis rennen aboute bi the glorie of hym.
27 ൨൭ നിത്യനായ ദൈവം നിന്റെ സങ്കേതം; കീഴെ ശാശ്വതഭുജങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട്; അവൻ ശത്രുവിനെ നിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽനിന്നു നീക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു. ‘സംഹരിക്കുക’ എന്ന് കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
His dwellynge place is aboue, and armes euerlastynge ben bynethe; he schal caste out fro thi face the enemy, and he schal seie, Be thou al to-brokun.
28 ൨൮ ധാന്യവും വീഞ്ഞുമുള്ള ദേശത്ത് യിസ്രായേൽ നിർഭയമായും യാക്കോബിന്റെ വാസസ്ഥലങ്ങളില്‍ ഉള്ളവര്‍ തനിയെയും വസിക്കുന്നു; ആകാശം അവന് മഞ്ഞു പൊഴിക്കുന്നു.
Israel schal dwelle trustili and aloone; the iye of Jacob in the lond of whete, and of wyn; and heuenes schulen be derk with dew.
29 ൨൯ യിസ്രായേലേ, നീ ഭാഗ്യവാൻ; നിനക്ക് തുല്യൻ ആര്? യഹോവയാൽ സംരക്ഷിക്കപ്പെട്ട ജനമേ, അവൻ നിന്റെ സഹായത്തിൻ പരിചയും നിന്റെ മഹിമയുടെ വാളും ആകുന്നു. നിന്റെ ശത്രുക്കൾ നിനക്ക് കീഴടങ്ങും. നീ അവരുടെ ഉന്നതസ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ നടകൊള്ളും”.
Blessed art thou, Israel; thou puple that art saued in the Lord, who is lijk thee? The scheld of thin help and the swerd of thi glorie is thi God; thin enemyes schulen denye thee, and thou schalt trede her neckis.
