ലേവ്യപുസ്തകം 8

1 യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു: നീ അഹരോനെയും അവനോടുകൂടെ

YHWH spoke to Moses, saying,

2 അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും വസ്ത്രം, അഭിഷേകതൈലം, പാപയാഗത്തിന്നുള്ള കാള, രണ്ടു ആട്ടുകൊറ്റന്മാർ, കൊട്ടയിൽ പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത അപ്പം എന്നിവയുമായി കൊണ്ടുവരികയും

"Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and the bull of the sin offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread;

3 സഭയെ മുഴുവനും സമാഗമനകൂടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽക്കൽ കൂട്ടുകയും ചെയ്ക എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

and assemble all the congregation at the door of the Tent of Meeting."

4 യഹോവ തന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ മോശെ ചെയ്തു; സഭ സമാഗമനകൂടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽക്കൽ വന്നുകൂടി.

Moses did as YHWH commanded him; and the congregation was assembled at the door of the Tent of Meeting.

5 മോശെ സഭയോടു: യഹോവ കല്പിച്ച കാൎയ്യം ഇതാകുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

Moses said to the congregation, "This is the thing which YHWH has commanded to be done."

6 മോശെ അഹരോനെയും പുത്രന്മാരെയും അടുക്കൽ വരുത്തി അവരെ വെള്ളംകൊണ്ടു കഴുകി.

Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and washed them with water.

7 അവനെ ഉള്ളങ്കി ഇടുവിച്ചു നടുക്കെട്ടു കെട്ടിച്ചു അങ്കി ധരിപ്പിച്ചു ഏഫോദ് ഇടുവിച്ചു ഏഫോദിന്റെ ചിത്രപ്പണിയായ നടുക്കെട്ടു കെട്ടിച്ചു അതിനാൽ അതു മുറുക്കി.

He put the coat on him, tied the sash on him, clothed him with the robe, put the ephod on him, and he tied the skillfully woven band of the ephod on him, and fastened it to him with it.

8 അവനെ പതക്കം ധരിപ്പിച്ചു; പതക്കത്തിൽ ഊറീമും തുമ്മീമും വെച്ചു.

He placed the breastplate on him; and in the breastplate he put the Urim and the Thummim.

9 അവന്റെ തലയിൽ മുടി വെച്ചു; മുടിയുടെ മേൽ മുൻവശത്തു വിശുദ്ധകിരീടമായ പൊൻപട്ടം വെച്ചു; യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നേ.

He set the turban on his head; and on the turban, in front, he set the golden plate, the holy crown; as YHWH commanded Moses.

10 മോശെ അഭിഷേകതൈലം എടുത്തു കൂടാരവും അതിലുള്ളതൊക്കെയും അഭിഷേകം ചെയ്തു ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു.

Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was in it, and sanctified them.

11 അതിൽ കുറെ അവൻ യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ ഏഴു പ്രാവശ്യം തളിച്ചു യാഗപീഠവും അതിന്റെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളൊക്കെയും തൊട്ടിയും അതിന്റെ കാലും അഭിഷേകം ചെയ്തു ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു.

He sprinkled it on the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all its vessels, and the basin and its base, to sanctify them.

12 അവൻ അഹരോന്റെ തലയിൽ അഭിഷേകതൈലം ഒഴിച്ചു അവനെ അഭിഷേകം ചെയ്തു ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു.

He poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron's head, and anointed him, to sanctify him.

13 മോശെ അഹരോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെ വരുത്തി, അങ്കി ധരിപ്പിച്ചു നടുക്കെട്ടു കെട്ടിച്ചു തലപ്പാവും ഇടുവിച്ചു; യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നേ.

Moses brought Aaron's sons, and clothed them with coats, and tied sashes on them, and put headbands on them; as YHWH commanded Moses.

14 അവൻ പാപയാഗത്തിന്നുള്ള കാളയെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു: പാപയാഗത്തിന്നുള്ള കാളയുടെ തലയിൽ അഹരോനും പുത്രന്മാരും കൈ വെച്ചു.

He brought the bull of the sin offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the bull of the sin offering.

15 അവൻ അതിനെ അറുത്തു; മോശെ അതിന്റെ രക്തം എടുത്തു വിരൽകൊണ്ടു യാഗപീഠത്തിന്റെ കൊമ്പുകളിൽ ചുറ്റും പുരട്ടി യാഗപീഠം ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു; ശേഷം രക്തം യാഗപീഠത്തിന്റെ ചുവട്ടിൽ ഒഴിച്ചു, അതിന്നുവേണ്ടി പ്രാശ്ചിത്തം കഴിച്ചു അതിനെ ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു;

He killed it; and Moses took the blood, and put it around on the horns of the altar with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured out the blood at the base of the altar, and sanctified it, to make atonement for it.

16 കുടലിന്മേലുള്ള സകലമേദസ്സും കരളിന്മേലുള്ള വപയും മൂത്രപിണ്ഡം രണ്ടും അവയുടെ മേദസ്സും മോശെ എടുത്തു യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ ദഹിപ്പിച്ചു.

He took all the fat that was on the entrails, and the cover of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat; and Moses burned it on the altar.

17 എന്നാൽ കാളയെയും അതിന്റെ തോൽ, മാംസം, ചാണകം എന്നിവയെയും അവൻ പാളയത്തിന്നു പുറത്തു തീയിൽ ഇട്ടു ചുട്ടുകളഞ്ഞു; യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നേ.

But the bull, and its skin, and its flesh, and its dung, he burned with fire outside the camp; as YHWH commanded Moses.

18 അവൻ ഹോമയാഗത്തിന്നുള്ള ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനെയും കൊണ്ടുവന്നു: അഹരോനും പുത്രന്മാരും ആട്ടുകൊറ്റന്റെ തലയിൽ കൈ വെച്ചു.

He presented the ram of the burnt offering: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram.

19 അവൻ അതിനെ അറുത്തു; മോശെ അതിന്റെ രക്തം യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ ചുറ്റും തളിച്ചു.

He killed it; and Moses sprinkled the blood around on the altar.

20 ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനെ ഖണ്ഡംഖണ്ഡമായി ഖണ്ഡിച്ചു; മോശെ തലയും ഖണ്ഡങ്ങളും മേദസ്സും ദഹിപ്പിച്ചു.

He cut the ram into its pieces; and Moses burned the head, and the pieces, and the fat.

21 അവൻ അതിന്റെ കുടലും കാലും വെള്ളംകൊണ്ടു കഴുകി; മോശെ ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനെ മുഴുവനും യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ ദഹിപ്പിച്ചു; ഇതു സൌരഭ്യവാസനയായ ഹോമയാഗമായി യഹോവെക്കുള്ള ദഹനയാഗം; യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നേ.

He washed the entrails and the legs with water; and Moses burned the whole ram on the altar. It was a burnt offering for a pleasant aroma. It was an offering made by fire to YHWH; as YHWH commanded Moses.

22 അവൻ കരപൂരണത്തിന്നുള്ള ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനായ മറ്റെ ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനെയും കൊണ്ടുവന്നു; അഹരോനും പുത്രന്മാരും ആട്ടുകൊറ്റന്റെ തലയിൽ കൈവെച്ചു.

He presented the other ram, the ram of consecration: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram.

23 അവൻ അതിനെ അറുത്തു; മോശെ അതിന്റെ രക്തം കുറെ എടുത്തു അഹരോന്റെ വലത്തെ കാതിന്മേലും വലത്തെ കയ്യുടെ പെരുവിരലിന്മേലും വലത്തെ കാലിന്റെ പെരുവിരലിന്മേലും പുരട്ടി.

He killed it; and Moses took some of its blood, and put it on the tip of Aaron's right ear, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the great toe of his right foot.

24 അവൻ അഹരോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും വരുത്തി; മോശെ രക്തം കുറെ അവരുടെ വലത്തെ കാതിന്മേലും വലത്തെ കയ്യുടെ പെരുവിരലിന്മേലും വലത്തെ കാലിന്റെ പെരുവിരലിന്മേലും പുരട്ടി; ശേഷം രക്തം മോശെ യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ ചുറ്റും തളിച്ചു.

He brought Aaron's sons; and Moses put some of the blood on the tip of their right ear, and on the thumb of their right hand, and on the great toe of their right foot; and Moses sprinkled the blood around on the altar.

25 മേദസ്സും തടിച്ചവാലും കുടലിന്മേലുള്ള സകലമേദസ്സും കരളിന്മേലുള്ള വപയും മൂത്രപിണ്ഡം രണ്ടും അവയുടെ മേദസ്സും വലത്തെ കൈക്കുറകും അവൻ എടുത്തു,

He took the fat, and the fat tail, and all the fat that was on the entrails, and the cover of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and the right thigh;

26 യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിലുള്ള പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത അപ്പം ഇരിക്കുന്ന കൊട്ടയിൽ നിന്നു പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത ഒരു അപ്പവും എണ്ണയപ്പമായ ഒരു ദോശയും ഒരു വടയും എടുത്തു മേദസ്സിന്മേലും കൈക്കുറകിന്മേലും വെച്ചു.

and out of the basket of unleavened bread, that was before YHWH, he took one unleavened cake, and one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, and placed them on the fat, and on the right thigh.

27 അവയൊക്കെയും അഹരോന്റെ കയ്യിലും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരുടെ കയ്യിലും വെച്ചു യഹോവെക്കു നീരാജനം ചെയ്തു.

He put all these in Aaron's hands and in his sons' hands, and waved them for a wave offering before YHWH.

28 പിന്നെ മോശെ അവയെ അവരുടെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നു എടുത്തു യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ യാഗത്തിൻമീതെ ദഹിപ്പിച്ചു. ഇതു സൌരഭ്യവാസനയായ കരപൂരണയാഗം, യഹോവെക്കുള്ള ദഹനയാഗം തന്നേ.

Moses took them from their hands, and burned them on the altar on the burnt offering. They were a consecration for a pleasant aroma. It was an offering made by fire to YHWH.

29 മോശെ അതിന്റെ നെഞ്ചു എടുത്തു യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ നീരാജനാൎപ്പണമായി നീരാജനം ചെയ്തു; അതു കരപൂരണത്തിന്റെ ആട്ടുകൊറ്റനിൽ മോശെക്കുള്ള ഓഹരി ആയിരുന്നു; യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നേ.

Moses took the breast, and waved it for a wave offering before YHWH. It was Moses' portion of the ram of consecration, as YHWH commanded Moses.

30 മോശെ അഭിഷേകതൈലവും യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേലുള്ള രക്തവും കുറേശ്ശ എടുത്തു അഹരോന്റെ മേലും അവന്റെ വസ്ത്രത്തിന്മേലും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരുടെ മേലും പുത്രന്മാരുടെ വസ്ത്രത്തിന്മേലും തളിച്ചു; അഹരോനെയും അവന്റെ വസ്ത്രത്തെയും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രന്മാരുടെ വസ്ത്രങ്ങളെയും ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു.

Moses took some of the anointing oil, and some of the blood which was on the altar, and sprinkled it on Aaron, on his garments, and on his sons, and on his sons' garments with him, and sanctified Aaron, his garments, and his sons, and his sons' garments with him.

31 അഹരോനോടും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരോടും മോശെ പറഞ്ഞതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: മാംസം നിങ്ങൾ സമാഗമനകൂടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽക്കൽവെച്ചു പാകംചെയ്തു, അഹരോനും പുത്രന്മാരും അതു തിന്നേണമെന്നു എനിക്കു കല്പനയുണ്ടായതുപോലെ അവിടെവെച്ചു അതും കരപൂരണത്തിന്റെ കൊട്ടയിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്ന അപ്പവും തിന്നുവിൻ.

Moses said to Aaron and to his sons, "Boil the flesh at the door of the Tent of Meeting, and there eat it and the bread that is in the basket of consecration, as I commanded, saying, 'Aaron and his sons shall eat it.'

32 മാംസത്തിലും അപ്പത്തിലും ശേഷിക്കുന്നതു നിങ്ങൾ തീയിൽ ഇട്ടു ചുട്ടുകളയേണം.

What remains of the flesh and of the bread you shall burn with fire.

33 നിങ്ങളുടെ കരപൂരണദിവസങ്ങൾ തികയുവോളം നിങ്ങൾ ഏഴു ദിവസത്തേക്കു സമാഗമനകൂടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽ വിട്ടു പുറത്തു പോകരുതു; ഏഴു ദിവസം അവൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു കരപൂരണം ചെയ്യും.

You shall not go out from the door of the Tent of Meeting seven days, until the days of your consecration are fulfilled: for he shall consecrate you seven days.

34 നിങ്ങൾക്കുവേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിപ്പാൻ ഇന്നു ചെയ്തതുപോലെ ഇനിയും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു യഹോവ കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

What has been done this day, so YHWH has commanded to do, to make atonement for you.

35 ആകയാൽ നിങ്ങൾ മരിക്കാതിരിപ്പാൻ ഏഴു ദിവസം രാവും പകലും സമാഗമനകൂടാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽക്കൽ പാൎത്തു യഹോവയുടെ കല്പന അനുസരിക്കേണം; ഇങ്ങനെ എന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

You shall stay at the door of the Tent of Meeting day and night seven days, and keep YHWH's command, that you do not die: for so I am commanded."

36 യഹോവ മോശെ മുഖാന്തരം കല്പിച്ച സകലകാൎയ്യങ്ങളെയും അഹരോനും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും ചെയ്തു.

Aaron and his sons did all the things which YHWH commanded by Moses.
