യിരെമ്യാവു 27
1 യോശീയാവിന്റെ മകനായി യെഹൂദാരാജാവായ യെഹോയാക്കീമിന്റെ വാഴ്ചയുടെ ആരംഭത്തിങ്കൽ യഹോവയിങ്കൽനിന്നു യിരെമ്യാവിന്നുണ്ടായ അരുളപ്പാടു എന്തെന്നാൽ:
In the beginning of the reign of Jehoiakim son of Josiah, king of Judah, this word has been to Jeremiah from YHWH, saying,
2 യഹോവ എന്നോടു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു: നീ കയറും നുകവും ഉണ്ടാക്കി നിന്റെ കഴുത്തിൽ വെക്കുക.
“Thus said YHWH to me: Make bands and yokes for yourself,
3 പിന്നെ അവയെ യെഹൂദാരാജാവായ സിദെക്കീയാവിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വരുന്ന ദൂതന്മാരുടെ കയ്യിൽ എദോംരാജാവിന്നും മോവാബ് രാജാവിന്നും അമ്മോന്യരുടെ രാജാവിന്നും സോർരാജാവിന്നും സീദോൻ രാജാവിന്നും കൊടുത്തയച്ചു,
and you have put them on your neck, and have sent them to the king of Edom, and to the king of Moab, and to the king of the sons of Ammon, and to the king of Tyre, and to the king of Sidon, by the hand of messengers who are coming to Jerusalem, to Zedekiah king of Judah;
4 തങ്ങളുടെ യജമാനന്മാരോടു പറവാൻ നീ അവരോടു കല്പിക്കേണ്ടതു: യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായ സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നിങ്ങളുടെ യജമാനന്മാരോടു ഇപ്രകാരം പറവിൻ:
and you have commanded them for their lords, saying, Thus said YHWH of Hosts, God of Israel:
5 ഞാൻ ഭൂമിയെയും ഭൂതലത്തിലെ മനുഷ്യനെയും മൃഗങ്ങളെയും എന്റെ മഹാശക്തികൊണ്ടും നീട്ടിയ ഭുജംകൊണ്ടും ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു; എനിക്കു ബോധിച്ചവന്നു ഞാൻ അതു കൊടുക്കും.
Thus you say to your lords, I have made the earth with man, and the livestock that [are] on the face of the earth, by My great power, and by My outstretched arm, and I have given it to whom it has been right in My eyes.
6 ഇപ്പോഴോ ഞാൻ ഈ ദേശങ്ങളെ ഒക്കെയും എന്റെ ദാസനായി ബാബേൽരാജാവായ നെബൂഖദ്നേസരിന്റെ കയ്യിൽ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; അവനെ സേവിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു വയലിലെ മൃഗങ്ങളെയും ഞാൻ അവന്നു കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
And now, I have given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, My servant, and I have also given the beast of the field to him to serve him;
7 സകലജാതികളും അവനെയും അവന്റെ മകനെയും മകന്റെ മകനെയും അവന്റെ ദേശത്തിന്റെ കാലാവധിയാകുവോളം സേവിക്കും; അതിന്റെ ശേഷം അനേകം ജാതികളും വലിയ രാജാക്കന്മാരും അവനെക്കൊണ്ടും സേവ ചെയ്യിക്കും.
and all the nations have served him, and his son, and his son’s son, until the coming in of the time of his land, also it; and many nations and great kings have made him serve them.
8 ബാബേൽരാജാവായ നെബൂഖദ്നേസരിനെ സേവിക്കയോ ബാബേൽരാജാവിന്റെ നുകത്തിന്നു കഴുത്തു കീഴ്പെടുത്തുകയോ ചെയ്യാത്ത ജാതിയെയും രാജ്യത്തെയും ഞാൻ അവന്റെ കൈകൊണ്ടു അവരെ മുടിച്ചുകളയുംവരെ വാൾകൊണ്ടും ക്ഷാമംകൊണ്ടും മഹാമാരികൊണ്ടും സന്ദൎശിക്കും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.
And it has come to pass, the nation and the kingdom that does not serve him—Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon—and that which does not put its neck into the yoke of the king of Babylon, with sword, and with famine, and with pestilence, I lay a charge on that nation—a declaration of YHWH—until I consume them by his hand.
9 നിങ്ങൾ ബാബേൽരാജാവിനെ സേവിക്കേണ്ടിവരികയില്ല എന്നു പറയുന്ന നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവാചകന്മാൎക്കും പ്രശ്നക്കാൎക്കും നിങ്ങളുടെ സ്വപ്നങ്ങൾക്കും നിങ്ങളുടെ ശകുനവാദികൾക്കും ക്ഷുദ്രക്കാൎക്കും ചെവികൊടുക്കരുതു.
And you, you do not listen to your prophets, and to your diviners, and to your dreamers, and to your observers of clouds, and to your sorcerers who are speaking to you, saying, You do not serve the king of Babylon—
10 നിങ്ങളെ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദേശത്തുനിന്നു അകറ്റിക്കളവാനും ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ നീക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞിട്ടു നിങ്ങൾ നശിച്ചുപോകുവാനും ഇടയാകത്തക്കവണ്ണം അവർ നിങ്ങളോടു ഭോഷ്കു പ്രവചിക്കുന്നു.
For they are prophesying falsehood to you, so as to remove you far from your ground, and I have driven you out, and you have perished.
11 എന്നാൽ ബാബേൽരാജാവിന്റെ നുകത്തിന്നു കഴുത്തു കീഴ്പെടുത്തി അവനെ സേവിക്കുന്ന ജാതിയെ ഞാൻ അവരുടെ ദേശത്തു തന്നേ വസിക്കുമാറാക്കും; അവർ അതിൽ കൃഷിചെയ്തു അവിടെ പാൎക്കും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.
And the nation that causes its neck to enter into the yoke of the king of Babylon, and has served him—I have left it on its ground—a declaration of YHWH—and it has tilled it, and dwelt in it.”
12 ഞാൻ അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ യെഹൂദാരാജാവായ സിദെക്കീയാവോടും പ്രസ്താവിച്ചതെന്തെന്നാൽ: നിങ്ങൾ ബാബേൽരാജാവിന്റെ നുകത്തിന്നു കഴുത്തു കീഴ്പെടുത്തി അവനെയും അവന്റെ ജനത്തെയും സേവിച്ചു ജീവിച്ചുകൊൾവിൻ.
And I have spoken to Zedekiah king of Judah according to all these words, saying, “Cause your necks to enter into the yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him and his people, and live.
13 ബാബേൽരാജാവിനെ സേവിക്കാത്ത ജാതിയെക്കുറിച്ചു യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു പോലെ നീയും നിന്റെ പ്രജകളും വാൾകൊണ്ടും ക്ഷാമംകൊണ്ടും മഹാമാരികൊണ്ടും മരിക്കുന്നതു എന്തിനു?
Why do you die, you and your people, by sword, by famine, and by pestilence, as YHWH has spoken concerning the nation that does not serve the king of Babylon?
14 നിങ്ങൾ ബാബേൽരാജാവിനെ സേവിക്കേണ്ടിവരികയില്ല എന്നു പറയുന്ന പ്രവാചകന്മാരുടെ വാക്കു കേൾക്കരുതു; അവർ ഭോഷ്കത്രേ നിങ്ങളോടു പ്രവചിക്കുന്നതു.
And you do not listen to the words of the prophets who are speaking to you, saying, You do not serve the king of Babylon—for they are prophesying falsehood to you.
15 ഞാൻ അവരെ അയച്ചിട്ടില്ല; എങ്കിലും ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ നീക്കിക്കളവാനും നിങ്ങളും നിങ്ങളോടു പ്രവചിക്കുന്ന പ്രവാചകന്മാരും നശിച്ചുപോകുവാനും തക്കവണ്ണം അവർ എന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ ഭോഷ്കു പ്രവചിക്കുന്നു എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.
For I have not sent them—a declaration of YHWH—and they are prophesying falsely in My Name, so as to drive you out, and you have perished, you and the prophets who are prophesying to you.”
16 പിന്നെ ഞാൻ പുരോഹിതന്മാരോടും ഈ സകലജനത്തോടും പ്രസ്താവിച്ചതെന്തെന്നാൽ: യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: യഹോവയുടെ ആലയംവക ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ഇപ്പോൾ ക്ഷണത്തിൽ ബാബേലിൽനിന്നു തിരികെ കൊണ്ടുവരും എന്നിങ്ങനെ പ്രവചിക്കുന്ന നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവാചകന്മാരുടെ വാക്കു കേൾക്കരുതു: അവർ ഭോഷ്കത്രേ നിങ്ങളോടു പ്രവചിക്കുന്നതു.
And to the priests, and to all this people, I have spoken, saying, “Thus said YHWH: You do not listen to the words of your prophets, who are prophesying to you, saying, Behold, the vessels of the house of YHWH are now brought back from Babylon in haste, for they are prophesying falsehood to you.
17 അവൎക്കു ചെവികൊടുക്കരുതു; ബോബേൽരാജാവിനെ സേവിച്ചു ജീവിച്ചുകൊൾവിൻ; ഈ നഗരം ശൂന്യമായ്തീരുന്നതെന്തിന്നു?
You do not listen to them; serve the king of Babylon and live! Why is this city a ruin?
18 അവർ പ്രവാചകന്മാരാകുന്നു എങ്കിൽ, യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു അവൎക്കുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിലും യെഹൂദാരാജാവിന്റെ അരമനയിലും യെരൂശലേമിലും ശേഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ബാബേലിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുപോകാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവർ സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവയോടു പക്ഷവാദം കഴിക്കട്ടെ.
And if they are prophets, and if a word of YHWH is with them, let them now intercede with YHWH of Hosts, so that the vessels that are left in the house of YHWH, and [in] the house of the king of Judah, and in Jerusalem, have not gone into Babylon.
19 ബാബേൽരാജാവായ നെബൂഖദ്നേസർ, യെഹോയാക്കീമിന്റെ മകനായി യെഹൂദാരാജാവായ യെഖൊന്യാവെയും യെഹൂദയിലും യെരൂശലേമിലും ഉള്ള സകലകുലീനന്മാരെയും യെരൂശലേമിൽനിന്നു ബാബേലിലേക്കു പിടിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുപോയപ്പോൾ,
For thus said YHWH of Hosts concerning the pillars, and concerning the sea, and concerning the bases, and concerning the rest of the vessels that are left in this city,
20 അവൻ എടുക്കാതെ വെച്ചിരുന്ന സ്തംഭങ്ങളെയും കടലിനെയും പീഠങ്ങളെയും ഈ നഗരത്തിൽ ശേഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ശേഷം ഉപകരണങ്ങളെയും കുറിച്ചു സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു:
that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon has not taken, in his removing Jeconiah son of Jehoiakim king of Judah from Jerusalem to Babylon with all the nobles of Judah and Jerusalem,
21 അതേ, യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിലും യെഹൂദാരാജാവിന്റെ അരമനയിലും യെരൂശലേമിലും ശേഷിപ്പുള്ള ഉപകരണങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു തന്നേ യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായ സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു:
surely thus said YHWH of Hosts, God of Israel, concerning the vessels that are left of the house of YHWH, and of the house of the king of Judah, and [in] Jerusalem:
22 അവയെ ബാബേലിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുപോകും; ഞാൻ അവരെ സന്ദൎശിക്കുന്ന നാൾവരെ, അവ അവിടെ ഇരിക്കും; പിന്നത്തേതിൽ ഞാൻ അവയെ ഈ സ്ഥലത്തു മടക്കിവരുത്തും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.
They are brought to Babylon, and there they are until the day of My inspecting them—a declaration of YHWH; then I have brought them up, and have brought them back to this place.”
