യെഹെസ്കേൽ 35
1 യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:
Moreover the word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
2 മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ സെയീർപൎവ്വതത്തിന്നു നേരെ മുഖംതിരിച്ചു അതിനെക്കുറിച്ചു പ്രവചിച്ചു അതിനോടു പറയേണ്ടതു:
"Son of man, set your face against Mount Seir, and prophesy against it,
3 യഹോവയായ കൎത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: സെയീർപൎവ്വതമേ, ഞാൻ നിനക്കു വിരോധമായിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ നിന്റെ നേരെ കൈ നീട്ടി നിന്നെ പാഴും ശൂന്യവുമാക്കും.
and tell it, 'Thus says Jehovah: "Look, I am against you, Mount Seir, and I will stretch out my hand against you, and I will make you a desolation and an astonishment.
4 ഞാൻ നിന്റെ പട്ടണങ്ങളെ ശൂന്യമാക്കും; നീ പാഴായിത്തീരും; ഞാൻ യഹോവയെന്നു നീ അറിയും.
I will lay your cities waste, and you shall be desolate; and you shall know that I am Jehovah.
5 നീ നിത്യവൈരം ഭാവിച്ചു, യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ അന്ത്യാകൃത്യകാലമായ അവരുടെ ആപത്തുകാലത്തു അവരെ വാളിന്നു ഏല്പിച്ചുവല്ലോ.
"'"Because you have had a perpetual enmity, and have given over the children of Israel to the power of the sword in the time of their calamity, in the time of the iniquity of the end;
6 അതുകൊണ്ടു: എന്നാണ, ഞാൻ നിന്നെ രക്തമാക്കിത്തീൎക്കുകയും രക്തം നിന്നെ പിന്തുടരുകയും ചെയ്യും; അതേ രക്തം നീ വെറുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; രക്തം നിന്നെ പിന്തുടരും എന്നു യഹോവയായ കൎത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.
therefore, as I live," says Jehovah, "I will prepare you for blood, and blood shall pursue you: since you have not hated blood, therefore blood shall pursue you.
7 അങ്ങനെ ഞാൻ സെയീർപൎവ്വതത്തെ പാഴും ശൂന്യവുമാക്കി, ഗതാഗതം ചെയ്യുന്നവരെ അതിൽ നിന്നു ഛേദിച്ചുകളയും.
Thus will I make Mount Seir an astonishment and a desolation; and I will cut off from it him who passes through and him who returns.
8 ഞാൻ അതിന്റെ മലകളെ നിഹതന്മാരെക്കൊണ്ടു നിറെക്കും നിന്റെ കുന്നുകളിലും താഴ്വരകളിലും നിന്റെ സകലനദികളിലും വാളാൽ നിഹതന്മാരായവർ വീഴും.
I will fill its mountains with its slain: in your hills and in your valleys and in all your watercourses shall they fall who are slain with the sword.
9 ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ശാശ്വതശൂന്യങ്ങളാക്കും; നിന്റെ പട്ടണങ്ങൾ നിവാസികൾ ഇല്ലാതെയിരിക്കും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും.
I will make you a perpetual desolation, and your cities shall not be inhabited; and you shall know that I am Jehovah.
10 യഹോവ അവിടെ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കെ: ഈ ജാതി രണ്ടും ഈ ദേശം രണ്ടും എനിക്കുള്ളവയാകും; ഞങ്ങൾ അതു കൈവശമാക്കും എന്നു നീ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കകൊണ്ടു
"'"Because you have said, 'These two nations and these two countries shall be mine, and we will possess it'; whereas Jehovah was there:
11 എന്നാണ, നീ അവരോടു നിന്റെ ദ്വേഷം ഹേതുവായി കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന കോപത്തിന്നും അസൂയെക്കും ഒത്തവണ്ണം ഞാനും പ്രവൎത്തിക്കും; ഞാൻ നിനക്കു ന്യായം വിധിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ അവരുടെ ഇടയിൽ എന്നെത്തന്നേ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തും എന്നു യഹോവയായ കൎത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.
therefore, as I live," says Jehovah, "I will do according to your anger, and according to your envy which you have shown out of your hatred against them; and I will make myself known among them, when I shall judge you.
12 യിസ്രായേൽപൎവ്വതങ്ങൾ ശൂന്യമായിരിക്കുന്നു; അവ ഞങ്ങൾക്കു ഇരയായി നല്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നിങ്ങനെ അവയെക്കുറിച്ചു നീ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ദൂഷണങ്ങളെ ഒക്കെയും യഹോവയായ ഞാൻ കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു നീ അറിയും.
You shall know that I, Jehovah, have heard all your insults which you have spoken against the mountains of Israel, saying, They are laid desolate, they have been given us to devour.
13 നിങ്ങൾ വായ്കൊണ്ടു എന്റെനേരെ വമ്പു പറഞ്ഞു എനിക്കു വിരോധമായി നിങ്ങളുടെ വാക്കുകളെ പെരുക്കി; ഞാൻ അതു കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.
You have magnified yourselves against me with your mouth, and have multiplied your words against me: I have heard it."
14 യഹോവയായ കൎത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: സൎവ്വഭൂമിയും സന്തോഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ശൂന്യമാക്കും.
Thus says Jehovah: "When the whole earth rejoices, I will make you desolate.
15 യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തിന്റെ അവകാശം ശൂന്യമായതിൽ നീ സന്തോഷിച്ചുവല്ലോ; ഞാൻ നിന്നോടും അതുപോലെ ചെയ്യും; സെയീർപൎവ്വതവും എല്ലാഏദോമുമായുള്ളാവേ, നീ ശൂന്യമായ്പോകും; ഞാൻ യഹോവയെന്നു അവർ അറിയും.
As you rejoiced over the inheritance of the house of Israel, because it was desolate, so will I do to you: you shall be desolate, Mount Seir, and all Edom, even all of it; and they shall know that I am Jehovah."'"
