1 ദിനവൃത്താന്തം 22
1 ഇതു യഹോവയായ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ആലയം; ഇതു യിസ്രായേലിന്നു ഹോമപീഠം എന്നു ദാവീദ് പറഞ്ഞു.

8 എങ്കിലും എനിക്കു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു ഉണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ: നീ വളരെ രക്തം ചിന്തി വലിയ യുദ്ധങ്ങളും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടു; നീ എന്റെ നാമത്തിന്നു ഒരു ആലയം പണിയരുതു; നീ എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ ഭൂമിയിൽ ബഹു രക്തം ചിന്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

12 നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ ന്യായപ്രമാണം നീ ആചരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു യഹോവ നിനക്കു ജ്ഞാനവും വിവേകവും തന്നു നിന്നെ യിസ്രായേലിന്നു നിയമിക്കുമാറാകട്ടെ.

13 യഹോവ യിസ്രായേലിന്നു വേണ്ടി മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ച ചട്ടങ്ങളും വിധികളും നീ പ്രമാണിച്ചാചരിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ നീ കൃതാൎത്ഥനാകും; ധൈൎയ്യപ്പെട്ടു ഉറെച്ചിരിക്ക; ഭയപ്പെടരുതു, ഭ്രമിക്കയും അരുതു.

14 ഇതാ, ഞാൻ എന്റെ കഷ്ടത്തിൽ യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിന്നായി ഒരു ലക്ഷം താലന്ത് പൊന്നും പത്തു ലക്ഷം താലന്ത് വെള്ളിയും പെരുപ്പംനിമിത്തം തൂക്കമില്ലാത്ത താമ്രവും ഇരിമ്പും സ്വരൂപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടു; മരവും കല്ലും കൂടെ ഞാൻ ഒരുക്കിവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; നിനക്കു ഇനിയും അതിനോടു ചേൎത്തുകൊള്ളാമല്ലോ.

16 പൊന്നു, വെള്ളി, താമ്രം, ഇരിമ്പു എന്നിവ ധാരാളം ഉണ്ടു; ഉത്സാഹിച്ചു പ്രവൎത്തിച്ചുകൊൾക; യഹോവ നിന്നോടുകൂടെ ഇരിക്കുമാറാകട്ടെ.

18 നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ നിങ്ങളോടു കൂടെ ഉണ്ടല്ലോ; അവൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു ചുറ്റും വിശ്രമം വരുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു. അവൻ ദേശനിവാസികളെ എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഏല്പിച്ചു ദേശം യഹോവെക്കും അവന്റെ ജനത്തിന്നും കീഴടങ്ങിയുമിരിക്കുന്നു.

19 ആകയാൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയെ അന്വേഷിപ്പാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയവും മനസ്സും ഏല്പിച്ചുകൊടുപ്പിൻ. എഴുന്നേല്പിൻ; യഹോവയുടെ നിയമപെട്ടകവും ദൈവത്തിന്റെ വിശുദ്ധപാത്രങ്ങളും യഹോവയുടെ നാമത്തിന്നു പണിവാനുള്ള ആലയത്തിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുവരേണ്ടതിന്നു യഹോവയായ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തെ പണിവിൻ.
