സങ്കീർത്തനങ്ങൾ 65

1 സംഗീതസംവിധായകന്. ദാവീദിന്റെ ഒരു സങ്കീർത്തനം; ഒരു ഗീതം. ദൈവമേ, സീയോനിൽ സ്തുതി അങ്ങേക്ക് യോഗ്യം; അങ്ങേക്കുതന്നെ ഞങ്ങൾ നേർച്ചയർപ്പിക്കും.

“To the chief musician, a psalm [and] song of David.” For thee praise is waiting, O God, in Zion: and unto thee shall vows be paid.

2 പ്രാർഥനയ്ക്ക് ഉത്തരമരുളുന്ന ദൈവമേ, സകലജനവും അങ്ങയുടെ അടുക്കലേക്കു വരും

O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee all flesh shall come.

3 ഞങ്ങളുടെ പാപങ്ങൾ ഞങ്ങളെ മൂടിക്കളഞ്ഞെങ്കിലും അവിടന്ന് ഞങ്ങളുടെ അതിക്രമങ്ങൾ ക്ഷമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

The iniquitous things have become too mighty for me: our transgressions—these wilt thou wipe away.

4 അങ്ങയുടെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരാങ്കണത്തിൽ വസിക്കേണ്ടതിന് അങ്ങ് തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത് അടുപ്പിക്കുന്ന മനുഷ്യർ അനുഗൃഹീതർ. അവിടത്തെ നിവാസസ്ഥാനമായ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിലെ നന്മകളാൽ ഞങ്ങൾ സംതൃപ്തരാകും.

Happy is he whom thou choosest, and causest to approach, that he may dwell in thy courts: let us be satisfied with the happiness of thy house, the holiness of thy temple.

5 ഭൂമിയിലെ സകലസീമകൾക്കും വിദൂര സമുദ്രങ്ങൾക്കും പ്രത്യാശയായിരിക്കുന്ന ഞങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷകനായ ദൈവമേ, അങ്ങ് അത്ഭുതകരമായ നീതിപ്രവൃത്തികളാൽ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉത്തരമരുളുന്നു.

With terrific deeds in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation, who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of the sea, that are far away;

6 അവിടന്ന് ബലം അരയ്ക്കുകെട്ടിക്കൊണ്ട് അവിടത്തെ ശക്തിയാൽ പർവതങ്ങളെ ഉറപ്പിച്ചു.

Who setteth firmly the mountains by his power, who is girded with might;

7 അവിടന്ന് സമുദ്രങ്ങളുടെ ഗർജനവും തിരമാലകളുടെ അലർച്ചയും രാഷ്ട്രങ്ങളുടെ കലഹവും ശമിപ്പിച്ചു.

Who assuageth the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the tumult of nations.

8 ഭൂമിയിലെല്ലായിടത്തും പാർക്കുന്ന ജനം അവിടത്തെ അത്ഭുതങ്ങൾനിമിത്തം വിസ്മയപ്പെടുന്നു; ഉദയത്തിന്റെയും അസ്തമയത്തിന്റെയും ദിക്കുകളിൽനിന്ന് അവിടന്ന് ആനന്ദഗീതം ആലപിക്കുമാറാക്കുന്നു.

And they that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid of thy wondrous signs: the outgoings of the morning and evening thou causest to rejoice.

9 അവിടന്ന് ഭൂമിയെ സന്ദർശിക്കുകയും അത് നനയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു; അവിടന്ന് അതിനെ അത്യന്തം ഫലപുഷ്ടമാക്കുന്നു. ദൈവത്തിന്റെ നദിയിൽ വെള്ളം നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു; ഇങ്ങനെ അങ്ങ് ഭൂമിയെ ഒരുക്കി അവർക്കു ധാന്യംനൽകുന്നു.

Thou hast thought of the earth, and waterest her abundantly; thou greatly enrichest her; the brook of God is full of water: thou preparest their corn, when thou hast thus prepared her.

10 അങ്ങ് അതിന്റെ ഉഴവുചാലുകളെ നനയ്ക്കുന്നു; മഴയാൽ അങ്ങ് അതിനെ കുതിർക്കുകയും അതിന്റെ മുളയെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

Watering her furrows abundantly, smoothing down her ridges, thou softenest her with showers; thou blessest her growth.

11 അങ്ങ് സംവത്സരത്തെ നന്മകൊണ്ട് കിരീടമണിയിക്കുന്നു, അവിടത്തെ പാതകൾ പുഷ്ടിപൊഴിക്കുന്നു.

Thou hast crowned the year of thy goodness; and thy tracks drop fatness:

12 മരുഭൂമിയിലെ പുൽമേടുകൾ സമൃദ്ധിപൊഴിക്കുന്നു കുന്നുകൾ ആനന്ദം അണിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.

The pastures of the wilderness are dropping [with plenty]: and the hills are girt with gladness.

13 പുൽപ്പുറങ്ങളിൽ ആട്ടിൻപറ്റം നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു താഴ്വരകൾ ധാന്യംകൊണ്ട് മൂടിയിരിക്കുന്നു; അവർ ആനന്ദത്താൽ ആർക്കുകയും പാടുകയുംചെയ്യുന്നു.

The meadows are clothed with flocks, and the valleys are enveloped with corn: men shout for joy, [yea, ] they also sing.
