സങ്കീർത്തനങ്ങൾ 129

1 ആരോഹണഗീതം. “എന്റെ ബാല്യംമുതൽ അവർ എന്നെ വളരെ ഉപദ്രവിച്ചു,” ഇസ്രായേല്യർ പറയട്ടെ;

[the] song of The ascents much people have opposed me since youth my let it say please Israel.

2 “എന്റെ ബാല്യംമുതൽ അവർ എന്നെ വളരെ ഉപദ്രവിച്ചു, എന്നാൽ അവർക്ക് എന്റെമേൽ വിജയംനേടാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല.

Much people have opposed me since youth my also not they have prevailed to me.

3 ഉഴവുകാർ എന്റെ പുറം ഉഴുത് ഉഴവുചാലുകൾ നീളമുള്ളതാക്കി.

On back my they have plowed plowmen they have made long (furrows their. *Q(K)*)

4 എന്നാൽ യഹോവ നീതിമാൻ ആകുന്നു; അവിടന്നു ദുഷ്ടരുടെ കയറുകൾ മുറിച്ച് ഞങ്ങളെ സ്വതന്ത്രരാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.”

Yahweh [is] righteous he has cut off [the] rope of wicked [people].

5 സീയോനെ വെറുക്കുന്ന ഏവരും ലജ്ജിച്ചു പിന്തിരിയട്ടെ.

May they be ashamed and they may be turned back backward all [those who] hate Zion.

6 വളരുന്നതിനുമുമ്പേതന്നെ കരിഞ്ഞുപോകുന്ന, പുരപ്പുറത്തെ പുല്ലുപോലെ അവർ ആകട്ടെ;

May they be like [the] grass of roofs that before it has shot up it has withered.

7 അതു കൊയ്ത്തുകാരുടെ കൈകൾ നിറയ്ക്കുകയോ കറ്റകെട്ടുന്നവരുടെ ഭുജം നിറയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

That not he has filled hand his a reaper and bosom his [one who] binds sheaves.

8 “യഹോവയുടെ അനുഗ്രഹം നിങ്ങളുടെമേൽ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കട്ടെ; ഞങ്ങൾ യഹോവയുടെ നാമത്തിൽ നിങ്ങളെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു,” എന്നു വഴിപോക്കർ അവരെ ആശംസിക്കുന്നതുമില്ല.

And not they say - those [who] pass by [the] blessing of Yahweh [be] to you we bless you in [the] name of Yahweh.
